This is my first ever Inspo board! This is Nick Nelson from heartstopper! He is a rugby boy who loves Mario Kart, Minecraft, Marvel, doggies, and (personally) animal crossing! He is a sweet boy who regressed to 0-5 depending on the day and who he is with!

I dont see much content of heartstopper outside the discourse of what has happened in the show and I really wanted more sweet and wholesome to share!

how did they find out about age regression? did they stumble upon it online? did a friend tell them about it?

do they have a specific age or range they regress to, or do they just go off vibes?

why do they regress? is it trauma or stress related? do they regress to go back to simpler times, or to create new memories? what causes them to regress?

is their regression more voluntary or involuntary? do they ever regress without realizing it?

Charlie is really shy about his regression and he was so upset when nick found out about it but Nick promised he stil loved him

Charlie's first time regressing was not too long after the two got together and Charlie slipped in to one of his younger mindsets after a very bad day

Nick could tell something was up but it wasn't until that Charlie actually told him

Nick keeps a little fidget or a tiny stuffd animle on hand incase Charlie slips when out

Charlie have a stuffed cat in his room that he loves especially much when he regress

He have a range at 3-6 on very bad days he might be about 2

He gets clingy and more whiny and nick is well aware how to handle boo boos

Charlie might have the occasional accident especially when asleep First time it happened was at a sleepover and the was out of it

Nick allowd him to cry while holding him afterwards getting him in to the shower

He doesn't wanna wear anything to help prevent accidents so he just trys to keep himself scdueld about how much he drinks and when he gose to the bathroom but it doesn't always help

Are you familiar enough with the show/graphic novel Heartstopper to do a cg board for Nick Nelson? no worries if not!

When season 1 came out I did watch and read heartstopper along with a few of the books but I haven’t interacted with anything to do with it since, so I googled nick as a reminder and tried my best! I’m sure it’s not perfect, but I hope you like it anyway!

The Perfect Snow Day

Nick Nelson! Regressor × Reader

Tomorrow is a snow day for you and Nick, you and him stayed up super late to watch the news and see if the snow you got today would cancel school. It did!

“Let's get you ready for bed buddy”

“But I don't wanna I wanna stay up late! I has no schools. Why must I still go ni ni early?”

“well cause you are cranky and we already stayed up super late bud” you point to the clock and it says 11:15 pm “ See, its 3 hours past your normal bed time.”

Nick: “Fine” He raises his hands for uppies “pease? Then you can help me with ni ni?”

”of course buddy.”

You pick up Nick and carry him to the bathroom, sitting him on the counter. You help him brush his teeth and floss. He gets his own jammies on and walks out of the bathroom with his teddy bear onesie on and the hood up. You tuck him in to bed and read him a bedtime story as he fell asleep. You get yourself ready for bed and leave your door open just in case your little buddy has a nightmare

—- Next Morning—-

You slept in a bit longer than when you had to get up for school. It happens when your body is used to getting up early anyways. You go into the kitchen and decide to make some Pancakes and eggs for yourself and Nick.

Rubbing his eyes

“good morning baba, I smells yummy foods!”

“Good morning kiddo! Did you sleep well? I am making Pancakes and Eggs, you woke up just in time too, they're almost done!”

“Mhm…” Nick walks to the Island stools and slightly struggles to get into one. You make his plate of two pancakes and two eggs and place it in front of him

“What drink are you feeling for today buddy, we have juice, Tea, Hot cocoa, and milk!”

He whines

“Oh right, there are too many options at once. I forget. I am just too excited for the snow day!”

Nick perks up when you say snow day “can we go outside! And and build a blanket fowt and and have movie nights!”

“We can do all of that later, what drink would you like bubby?”

“Oh yes baba, tan I haves teas? Just Like how I likes it?”

“Mhm! One tea with sugar and creamer coming your way!”

You make his tea and you hand it to him in a sippy.

“Thankies baba!” He takes a sip and waits until you grab your food and you sit next to him

“Are you super tiny today you need help with eating?”

“Nu! Just wanting to eats wif yous rather than eating fiwst”

“Oh alright then, go ahead and get that yummy food in your tummy before it gets cold.”

You both eat your breakfast and once you two are done, you take the plates and your mug that was full of coffee to the sink to wash them and place them in the dishwasher.

“Be rights back gotta go gets some stuffs for the pillow and blanket fort!”

“Okay Darling.”

“Baba should I gets the movies all set out for yous in the order that I wanna watch thems? Then we cans go outside and make snow angels and a snow man and maybe a snow ball fights?!?!”

Nick is placing every blanket, pillow, and stuffy from his room and yours into the living room.

“Yes please do that and before we go out we gotta get you all bundled up and cozy so you don’t get frost bite.”

“Mhm! Thats okay gotta be safe!”

You turn on some music and help make the blanket fort

“All finished! It looks amazing!”

“We did a good job, now for some snow fun bud?”

“Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! Snowsuit times!”

You help Nick into his snowsuit, socks, shoes, and a beanie and get your snow apparel on too then head out the door.

Nick runs and jumps in the snow. Stand still very dramatically and then gently falls to the ground and makes a snow angel.

“Look Baba! Is angel me!”

“Ooo, Just as cute as my little buddy! Snow man time?”

“Uh huh! Yeah!” He jumps up and down.

You and Nick Roll up the first snowball for the bottom of the snowman and find a place to set him up.

“Oh we need Items for his nosey and buttons and stuff!”

“You are so Right, lets run inside real quick and you can pick out the items, Okay?”

“Yeah! Yeah!”

You and Nick run inside and he picks the biggest buttons to put on his stomach and as his eyes, a scarf that is never used, another beanie, and a carrot. Back outside Nick goes and finds sticks and rocks for his mouth and arms

“Okay, lets get the other two snowballs for his torso and head!”

You and Nick make the two other snowballs for the snowman. You hand Nick each Item for him to put onto the snowman.

“Tan we take pictures with the snowman before going back inside? I no longer want to do a snowball fight..”

“Oh yes! That is okay we have been having a lot of fun all ready. We gotta remember our snowperson! Oh, they need a name!”

“ ummm… Snowy!”

“Let's take some pictures with snowy and then get back inside for hot cocoa.”

You take pictures of Nick being silly with Snowy the Snowperson and then some selfies of you two and snowy. Back inside you take off your snow gear and then warm up some milk for the hot cocoa and make the hot chocolate while Nick takes off his snow gear, He said he could get it off by himself and he is Mr. independent. He runs back to the Blanket Fort and sets up the DVD player and movies. Then you get into the Blanket Fort with Nick and hand him his Hot Chocolate. You and Nick snuggle in for the rest of the day watching all Marvel avengers movies in order, then moved to the Switch to play some Mario Kart.

At the end of the long snow day it meant that school is nearer. You get Nicky all settle into bed and he falls asleep in your arms.

When Caring:

mainly takes care of Imogen, it was a routine they already had before Nick got with Charlie as they were in the same friend group and even back then Nick was one of the nicer of the bunch

Nick doesn’t talk about his caring side until Imogen is comfortable enough to tell the rest of the group that she regressss

on a few odd occasions Nick watches over Tao when Nick first joins the group and while Tao claims he doesn’t like it at first, he’s totally lying

Nick forms such a soft spot for Tao & the other littles in the group

he likes to talk to Tara about caregiver problems™️ and she’s always there with advice or to just listen for a bit

he’s such a sweet caregiver, always willing to research whatever his little is involved in or struggling with

he puts his all into caring and takes such pride in watching over others

always has snacks, fidget toys, journals, games, books and anything else a little could need on hand

keeps a spare first aid kit in his locker just in case (Tao is very clumsy & Elle isn’t there at school so nicks had to step in at times)

When Little:

Charlie & Elle are his main caregivers but occasionally Tara will watch over him

not super clingy when he’s regressed but he does enjoy getting his hair played with & holding hands

lovesssss to draw & color when small

he’s mesmerized by basically everything Charlie or Elle do, he swears they’re magic or something

massive sweet tooth while small - but he loves fresh vegetables too

he’s more secretive/shy about his little side

he can get very anxious while small and gets into his own head a lot

he has a set journal for when he’s small so he can try and ground himself by writing things out (even if it’s not all spelled correctly)

he’s been trying to befriend Tori since day one of being regressed at the spring household, it’s a slow battle but Tori’s definitely losing

he’ll slip pictures he drew under her door and run off with Charlie to watch from behind the corner as she opens the door and looks around

such an outdoorsy kid & finds any reason to be running around his backyard or taking a trip to the park

him & Tao will film “movies” while they’re both small and they force the whole friend group into preforming parts

somehow worse at drums while small and atrocious on the clarinet per trying Tara’s

of course loves rugby while small but he also likes to have Darcy play volleyball with him like on the beach

superhero movies/books are a must while he’s small!

as much as Charlie complains about it, he indulges Nick and watches the marvel movies with Nick

he somehow gets Darcy & Imogen into them too and they all start to play superhero’s together

him & Imogen don’t regress together a lot as Nick likes to keep his little side & caregiving side pretty separate but when they do it absolutely Chaos with a capital C

can either be super well behaved or pretty mischievous

he offers to egg Ben or Harry’s house at least once a week while small
