Summary -

"Is this everything? Or are you hiding any more injuries from me?" Chat Blanc muttered into her hair after giving the newly bandaged forehead a soft kiss, his ice blues flickering to the war-torn environment for a second and then back to her. Thankfully, luck was on their side and all of Monarque's brutal sentimonstre titans and Akumas had their hands full with the stubborn resistance (who consisted of selfless Parisians, led by Alya and Nino).

(After successfully stealing all the other miraculous from Ladybug, Monarque wages a war against the heroine, her partner and the rest of the world. He attempted to akumatise Ladybug too however Chat Noir took the hit instead and became Chat Blanc. Though he temporarily fought off Monarque's influence, it's only in a matter of a short time before he succumbs to the insanity of infinite destruction...)

 "Is this everything? Or are you hiding any more injuries from me?"  Marinette and her partner on the other hand were taking a quick break in one of the many vacant apartments, its interior evidencing that it's been rummaged and broken into a little while back by the enemy's army. The heroine wanted to hope that the family who was living here managed to evacuate in time but the congealing bloodstains on the broken furniture and walls said otherwise…

 "No. I got away with just a few little scratches this time around." Marinette sighed, leaning into her Chaton's warmth greedily whilst regarding their hopeless surroundings with bitterness. 'Some hero I am…I failed to protect my city.'

 "That wound on your head isn't just a little scratch. It might need stitches." He was rightfully firm, his grip on her hand tightening and his brows furrowed under his mask. "You'll become a liability if you don't get some rest. We don't want that wretched man to finally get his hands on your earrings, do we?" She hated how right he was, she hated how she couldn't just get everything done on her own terms and,

She hated how much he loved her.

 .

 Because his selfless, neverending love and devotion towards her had him snatch the Akuma butterfly that was meant for her  and now he was constantly plagued with a never-ending mental war against their enemy and against the desire to become one with pure destruction and annihilation.

 He's winning so far.

 But he was also just so, so, so exhausted.

 And there wasn't anything she could do other than defeat their enemies one by one because Monarque had his akumatised item and they were simultaneously on the run from his growing army. The resistance has shrunk in their numbers, having lost over half of their members to the butterflies and feathers and the two tired heroes have been unable to contact their loved ones for a long time now.

 Was there really any point in doing this anymore…?

 "Hey, you're making that face again." His tone was so warm, so Adrien, and all she could see was the internal agony that wailed within his blues on behalf of her sorrows (as well as keeping the insanity of Destruction at bay). "I promise you, I'll find your family. I'll make sure they're safe and sound."

 "They're strong. I know for sure that they're out there fighting against Monarque's army somewhere in the country." She couldn't help the fond smile that played on her bruised lips for the first time in forever and it had her partner soften his features at the rare sight. "I'm worried about you too. You haven't been resting either—"

 He could only silence her with the soft press of his lips against her own, all sweetness and tenderness with the ghost of blood that never left their skin.

 "I don't need rest. I'm strong too." He smiled, only for the sound of explosions close to the area to snap them out of their bubble. "Stay hidden. I'll get rid of them all."

 "A lot of members of Monarque's army are akumatised people just like yourself— don't kill them." Her grip on his wrist was tight and she hoped, hoped that he would listen. That he wouldn't shed any more blood than he already had.

 He's supposed to be a hero.

 "Some of those people were willingly akumatised because they wanted to see your downfall, Marinette." Chills ran down her spine from the ominous glow of his icy, blood-lusting eyes. "I won't let them get away with that."

 And he was gone.

Personality- Poised & refined, she has a great love and respect for art, music, literature, and fashion. She does have a tendency to be a bit snobby for her own personal opinions & taste for the finer things in life, but she's an active conversationalist. She's recently married.

She has the standard abilities of a goddess except shapeshifting. Her other powers/abilities include having an eidetic memory, anthropology mastery (anthroscience; as well as many other applications like detail intuition, history intuition, archaeology mastery, etc...), and culture manipulation (social behavior & norms found in societies as well as the knowledge, beliefs, arts, laws, customs, cuisine, capabilities, & habits of individuals).

She's responsible for maintaining the cultural integrity of Olympius.

A true polyglot, she's fluent in several languages including Latin, French, Minoan, Tsakonian, and Cypriot. She can write in Old Greek as well!

Litismós' main abode is with her husband Isorropía (Isorro) (god of duality, balance, & equilibrium) at The Áltios Building, a luxury apartment building in the Skyline neighborhood of New Olympus. They're also currently overseeing the construction of their mansion in the state of Athens. The apartment has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a HUGE walk-in closet, and a stainless steel kitchen. The interior design is very elegant, sophisticated, & chic. Paintings and sculptures are decorated throughout. Litismós & her husband both have dragons- hers is a she-dragon named Xymeria who has shimmering silver & dark teal scales and pearl white horns, claws, & crests. The dragon saddle is made from the finest leather!

A go-to drink for her is espresso. She uses her espresso machine in the kitchen almost everyday. She also likes cosmopolitans, gin & tonics, classic martins, bellinis, mimosas, champagne, pinot noir, golden cadillacs, pinot gris, whiskey sours, peppermint tea, and vieux carré cocktails. Her usual from The Roasted Bean is a large iced green tea.

Litismós and her now husband were together for ten years before they got engaged. She wasn't intimidated or fearful about his general standoffish attitude or bipolar disorder (especially his manic episodes). She fell in love with his vulnerability & intelligence. She loves how comfortable she feels around him and how he stares at her like she's a million drachmas even if she's in a plain silk T-shirt & leggings with her hair in a messy bun. The wedding took place at The Parthenon after Litismós got clearance from Athena (goddess of wisdom). It was a high class and sophisticated affair with most of the pantheon in attendance. The bride wore a Luxuria wedding gown- a strapless ball gown with a sweetheart neckline made from organza & silk mikado. The wow factor was the crystal stones and sparkling sequins! At the reception, there was a white chocolate fountain & hors d'ouevres like proscuitto wrapped figs drizzled in pomegrante molasses and spicy lamb meatballs with a green herb olive oil dip. The wedding was covered in Modern Olympus magazine.

She likes when her husband makes his specialty mofongo for breakfast. She also likes warm buttery croissants (with caviar butter), the egg white breakfast burrito (loaded with mushrooms, black olives, & peppers) from The Bread Box, or a bowl of rizogalo (topped with poached pear slices).

She prefers her star on the Pantheon Walk of Fame than having a temple built in her honor.

A guilty pleasure for her are oysters topped with beurre blanc. She also likes spicy tuna nigiri.

Litismós' main career is teaching anthropology at New Olympus University. There are six primary courses and she has a very thorough approach to teaching with an open space for dialogue amongst her & the students. For other means of income she also writes for The Oracle newspaper, Modern Olympus, and O Dianooumenos. She also models for/endorses Megaleio, ýfasma óneiro, Euryphaessa, Diamond Ave., & Luxuria. For her own personal endeavors, Litismós has been thinking about releasing a parfum and developing an idea for a new TV program- a hidden camera social experiment show!

Her article in Modern Olympius titled "Megaleio & Diamond Ave.: More Than Just a Bag" recieved critical attention.

She has twenty pairs of shoes from Diamond Ave. with the diamond encrusted soles!

She's a frequent customer at The Luxe, a high end luxurious treatery. Her favorite things to get there are the champagne truffles (which are dusted with edible gold) & a pound of champagne gummy bears!

In the pantheon Litismós has gotten to know her brother-in-law Psionikós (god of the mind). She's also friends with Kéfi (goddess of mirth); her future sister-in-law, Rhapso (goddess of sewing), Favian (god of philosophy), Argía (goddess of holidays), Eikono (goddes of iconography & literature), Agathodaemon (Daemon) (god of vineyards, grainfields, & luck), Evimería (goddess of prosperity), Aígli (goddess of glamour), Lyrikós (Titaness of voice & song), Zeuxo (goddess of marriage), Neicus (god of debate & appeal), Ogygia (one of The Nesoi), Amphictyonis (Amy) (goddess of diplomacy), Momus (god of mockery, satire, & ridicule), Theia (Titaness of sight & heavenly light), Clymene (Titaness of fame & renown), Maia (one of The Pleiades), Praxidike (goddess of judicial punishment), Mnemosyne (Titaness of memory & language), and Orthosia (goddess of wealth). She has a friendly rapport with most of the other deities.

She oversees the latern festival that takes place every year at Eaglepoint Park.

Litismós unknowingly went on the war path with Aisa (goddess of lot & fate) after she bid on a cocktail ring that Aisa wanted- an 18K rose gold three stone ring (blue topaz, diamond, and blue sapphire). Litismós got it for 15,000 drachmas.

Her & Argía went to Athens one time for the state's annual olive festival.

She prefers vinyl records to CDs and music downloads.

Her favorite frozen treat is coconut champagne ice cream!

She along with Ogygia and Mnemosyne went to Athens where they saw a dance troupe perform a kalamatianos dance, a traditonal dance popular amongst the Old Order community (folks that live in the way of ancient times). Litismós was introduced to Apheleia (goddess of simplicity) there.

In her free time she enjoys frequenting the opera, ballet, museums, art galleries, & theater. She also likes swimming, petteia, ballroom dancing, listening to classical music, painting; a few of her works have been shown at NOMMA, shopping, chess, horseback riding, reading, sewing, and writing.

Her all time favorite meal is garlic crusted salmon with beluga caviar & creme fraiche. She also likes her husband's pernil.

« J'ai finalement réussi, à essayer d'en finir avec moi-même, d’une manière aussi ordonnée et concise que possible .... Je préfère mourir jeune en laissant diverses réalisations , un certain travail , mon amitié avec vous , et quelques autres objets intacts , au lieu de l'effacement pêle-mêle de toutes ces choses délicates. », explique-t-elle.

Francesca Woodman a commencé à expérimenter d'autres projets, dont la réalisation de livres qui la passionnait. Mais le seul livre qu'elle ait effectivement publié est : Some Disordered Interior Geometries, Certaines géométries intérieures désordonnées, en janvier 1981.

Elle était aussi fascinée par les diazotypes (photographies imprimées sur des calques d’architecte), mais son œuvre majeure demeure les photographies carrées en noir et blanc.

Puis les épreuves s’enchaînent : une demande de subvention refusée, son vélo volé, une rupture amoureuse difficile. Ses parents soupçonnent qu'elle a cessé de prendre ses antidépresseurs.

Le 19 janvier 1981, elle saute du toit d'un immeuble de l'East Side . Aucune personne assistant à la scène ne la connaissait, ni ne figurait parmi ses relations, et non réclamé son corps est resté à la morgue, jusqu'à ce que quelqu'un l’ait enfin identifié grâce à ses vêtements.

La chute avait rendu son visage méconnaissable.

Francesca Woodman a laissé une œuvre courte, mais dense, de plus de 800 clichés, la plupart pris avec son Yashica 6x6.

ROUND 2 - Noir VS Jeff

Jeff - Jeff (klingon name gutturally difficult to pronounce to non-natives) is a typically gruff and prideful Klingon who serves as a Starfleet medic. Despite her tough exterior, she has a warm and caring interior that she expresses through her love of cooking and sharing. Her approach is tough love, but she cares deeply for those around her, even if she doesn't always show it. Although she can be unwaveringly stubborn in her dislikes, Jeff is surprisingly open to new experiences and people, forging unexpected connections with those who show her kindness and respect.

The village of Saulheim lies in Rheinhessen’s northern interior. Technically within the Nierstein district, one of Rheinhessen’s three Bereiche, Saulheim is about a 20-minute drive west of the town on the Rheinfront with its famous red slope. Saulheim is where brothers Johannes and Christoph Thörle have been steadily transforming their multigenerational estate since taking over in 2006 into one of Rheinhessen’s leading wine producers. The previous generation, Rudolf and Uta Thörle recognized the potential of Saulheim’s limestone soils and began to plant more Riesling and Pinot Noir in the hills around Saulheim. With their sons taking the mantle, Weingut Thörle is today certified organic and practicing biodynamic. The Rieslings have taken on a clearly defined and laser-focused style, while their Spätburgunder ranks among Germany’s best. 

Amid Thörle’s 28 hectares are three vineyards that would qualify as grand cru among Germany’s wine elite. These are Saulheimer’s Schlossberg, Probstey, and Hölle. Schlossberg is the coolest of the three, with deep clay and limestone marl soils, and gives the most elegant Riesling of the estate. Probstey is south-facing with exposed limestone at the vineyard’s heart. Voluminous complex Riesling and Silvaner are the results of Probstey’s sun and soil. Hölle, as the name suggests, warms up quickly and is wind-protected. The ground of Hölle is calcareous clay loam giving opulent Riesling and Spätburgunder while retaining precise acidity and an intense mineral impression. 

Johannes Thörle insists upon spontaneous fermentation and vinification in stainless steel tanks and aging in oak ranging from traditional large Stückfass to tonneau to Burgundian pièce, depending on the wine. Spätburgunder is fully destemmed, and after the Gutswein, most of the reds see a small percentage of new oak. While Riesling and Spätburgunder are the main varieties at Weingut Thörle, Silvaner, Sauvignon Blanc, and Burgundian varieties are all excellent here. For all the attention (and high ratings) the Thörle Rieslings and Pinots have gotten, Silvaner should not be overlooked here; the Probstey Silvaner is incredibly salty and smokey. There’s also an impressive Chardonnay reserve, planted in 1993, shortly after the variety was first permitted in Rheinhessen. The work of Johannes and Christoph Thörle has only just begun.
