I MEAN ITS NOT EXACT But Eclipse is learning how to handle his emotions right now. At least he isn't immediately biting KC. But don't TOUCH his stuff! He worked hard on that! Anyway, Lunar knows when to grab Dadcode. And Sun knows when to KEEP the kids away from Eclipse.

GOD I LOOVE how you draw Eclipse with googly eyes it makes me cackle every time. Also loved that comic where the Vigilante spawns in the window b/c everyone was bullying Eclipse that was so funny 😭😂

so many funny googly expressions! and, well....

I love doing the googly eyes!! Given that I keep their smiles permanent, the eyes are the main expressive feature, and so much fun to exaggerate - gets his emotions really across!

Vigilante's appearance and thus acknowledgement of their existence really was just so they could join in on the bullying and I love that for them fhdjsk Before I was hesitant because Eclipse in canon still has that unhealthy obsession with them and I had no clue how to work menace4menace into that ("They're mine and they're deadly" vs "I found this squeaky toy of a cat and he's mine now") but y'know, joke needed a third person and who'd be better than them? <3

Solar has met some odd people- are they people? -In the Void.

The tall one- Galaxy- just watches him, they seem rather attached to the small one- C.

C reminds him of someone- just nicer and actually seems to care- he’s also managed to give them a heart attack within 5 minutes of meeting them.

Oddly enough C seems to be the most normal, almost human despite their robotic body. He’s scared about the implications of that.

Thankfully C says they can fix them. He’s not sure how much longer he can go without an arm. It feels like he’s bleeding out.

Just some lore don’t mind me.

Question, would Bean Eclipse get uncomfortable or overwhelmed being the center of attention in the daycare for whatever reason? Either the kids all staring at the new cute animatronic, the adult human workers being weirded out by his more mature personality in that body... Or something else along those lines?

Oh probably (likely why he gets sent to TimeOut by Sun a lot. Both deliberately and not). He really do just be chillin' doing his own things when he's around the daycare. He'd rather not interact with the kids. I'd think kids ASSUMED when they first saw him he'd be like Lunar to a degree. So I bet some kids just tackled him thinking that'd be fine, like a fun game thing. Twas not and now everyone makes sure Eclipse isn't left ENTIRELY alone with the children. Kid's now are unnerved by him. But you get the ones who literally don't care about his grumpiness and still try and include him.

And yeah the workers and adult straight up don't like him too much. Not in a bullying sense (thats his brothers job) but like... yeah weirded out by him. But ironically he DOES try and talk to the workers but they never listen to him and he hates it. Just let him in part and service.

You can't trust this face. Grumpy baby can AND WILL remake those gun barrels. He's capable.

Not sure if anyone’s asked this before, but if mob bosses!Sun and Moon ended up in og Sleuth Jesters (or if Sun and Moon just never became detectives), would mob boss!Eclipse be more willing to share with them, or would he still be just as possessive over the vigilante? I wasn’t ever sure if his refusal to share was because detectives!Sun and Moon directly opposed him or if it’s just because he doesn’t like sharing, period.

He doesn't like sharing except with his brothers, so in such a case that his brothers were in his gang, Mafia Boss!Eclipse would be willing to share the vigilante! Obsession of Y/N and anger toward his brother in the main storyline fueled his desire to keep Y/N to himself.

Funny enough, part of why Eclipse doesn't like Sun and Moon touching what's his is because he was rejected by Sun and Moon but here they are, chasing after a criminal that's, really, no better than him, supposedly unaware of their bloody past. He knew that they wouldn't have Y/N once they found out the truth. He knew they wouldn't appreciate Y/N for what they are. He knew they didn't deserve someone as ruthless and deadly as Y/N. Only he did, and after all he did for his ungrateful brothers, he'll let himself have this one, as a treat.

The only notable thing with IRD Eclipse's OS is that he'd have a very well organized system until it just suddenly... stops. empty files. memories sent to default folders. no more notes are left on every date to recall them easier. there's long stretches of time between the occasional note, saying mindless things like "romcons are stupid i hate humans" or "leather is a nice texture when you think about it" to much more self-hating things like "i should have let the star destroy us" or "this is pathetic. i'm being pathetic."
