Nothing worse than knowing that not only are you not helping the cause you support but may be detrimental to it because you support it-- can not only do no good bc have no relevant skills but also causes bad associations with that thing bc people despise you.

And to not be able to do the thing you love to do most-- that you've been doing all your life and can't help the cause with that thing bc you're no good at it. And can't get good at anything else bc how can you when you still aren't skilled enough at what you've practiced for many years?

Only fit for a less than mediocre life-- doing menial simple tasks (for some reason i can't do complex things, can't think in the right way in order to complete any meaningful projects, can't make connections with people-- it's like i don't exist or shouldn't exist) -- to me, that's not a life worth living.

morty v-37 - basically gets used as a human shield and then promptly left for dead by his previous rick(which is why hes got the scar and prosthetics), y-4441 finds him and fixes him up + erases his memories of the whole nearly dying thing. he’s pretty chillaxed and a bit more cynical than an average morty, more “rickish” i guess idk. tends to be skeptical, likes poking holes in rick’s arguments/inventions etc etc but like in a teasing way

rick y-4441 - very peppy, upbeat and emotional. he kind of reeaalllyyy dislikes the cfc and stays away from it as much as possible, especially after finding and unofficially adopting v-37. he’s not as tech savvy as most rick’s, his abilities are more akin to s1 rick’s skill level? as in, he lives off of scraps of materials and creative solutions, less god-like and more “old man in garage who happens to know physics and chemistry”. loves to ramble about basically anything and happily indulges in morty’s hypotheticals/questions whatever. EXCEPT! for why morty doesnt have his fingers he shuts that topic down immediately just does not want to deal with that can of worms at allll

ive been asking for something specific since this blog began, trying to avoid repeatedly asking (ive only asked once a year) and every time it seems avoided. it's a specific trans headcanon, could it be being ignored because the mods of the blog don't like the headcanon?

it might seem like we ignore specific requests sometimes, but it’s never on purpose! to put it into perspective, we get around 300-400 requests each time we open the ask box and id say we do maybe half of those before we clear everything out and get new requests in. some of us like drawing certain ships, characters, headcanons ect, so sometimes other requests get ignored! it’s never because we don’t like the head canon or don’t want to draw it or anything, we just get a lot of requests and can’t draw all of them 😅

i love spending hours writing only to read it back the next day, cringe, and then delete the whole thing

#this is what i call progress #coming to terms with how awful i am then erasing it from existence before it gets worse #made the terrible mistake last night reading some very opinionated persons comments on the way ppl write and well #they were trying to make it sound like helpful criticism but tbh it only sounded l like hate #kind of like ‘omg ppl who do ‘X’ are just so bad’#anyway a lot of what they said ended up being incredibly discouraging #like if you don’t write like this then you’re bad kind of thing #the mental torture i put myself through i swear #for years i have wanted nothing more than to actually do something meaningful with myself #even if that means writing or whatever #cause god knows i’ll never be able to draw #but i will never get over this hurdle it seems #i am only ranting so pls ignore #i'm having one of Those days today #just need to get over myself thats all

Ed Edd n Eddy’s art style is DECEIVINGLY difficult to replicate. I am not going to tolerate anyone speaking disrespectfully of it until they have tried drawing it themselves, and creating a full page of unique expressions and poses under such restrictions as well.
