Honest to god I really haven’t thought about it. I’m gonna go with they just identify as demiromantic. That seems to fit them in my mind.

15. Biggest pet peeve?

Raine hates it when there’s too much dust on instruments. They often times go through and dust peoples instruments just to calm down.

24. How much do they swear?

Once in a blue moon they’ll let out a little shit but that’s very rare. They instead use those curses that are just words incredibly close to the source material but not enough so. So yes, Raine really likes the word “fudge”.

ooohh okay i haven’t actually thought about this one that much i think they could be really cute ! literally think that katara is terrified of ty lee and pretty much hates her and ty lee is kinda indifferent towards katara but they would be really cute and i think they could learn a lot from each other. but that being said i would enjoy the two of them becoming friends more than the two of them in a romantic relationship

Thoughts on Colm Wilkinson

I only know him from Les Miserables, but he is definitely my favorite Jean Valjean. My favorite things he does in the TAC are the slide in Confrontation ("race is not yet ruuu-uuun") and "took my FLIGHT". Also, I'm normally not a huge fan of Bring Him Home (it's a pretty song. Just not my favorite), but his version is the only one I'll listen to regularly.

Also, this seems like a good time to mention him patting PQ's leg right before Stars.

ooo yuetara,,, this makes me think of modern au where yue is homeschooled for like all of her life because her parents are majorly over-protective and also rich and yue begs them to let her go to public school so she can make friends (because she has like. two friends since she's so sheltered. sokka and katara. that's it) and they always tell her "no" so katara gets so sick of it one day and goes off at yue's parents and lists all the reasons why it would be beneficial for her to go to public school backed up by some research and her personal experience and in the end, katara is the reason why yue gets to go to high school her sophomore year.

alos just love thinking about them going stargazing and having evening picnics like. evening evening when it's dark and you can see the stars. and they set up a blanket in the grass and eat snacks and just. talk. and they hold hands while they look at the stars and they sneak glances at the other when they're not looking,,, yeah,,, they,,,

So @shakingtuna and @notahero-notamoviestar have inspired me to post my BATTS Latine headcanons from this post SO HERE WE GO

To preface most of this is in reference to my human au but really can still be interpreted as regular headcanon to the show anyway lol

Raine is HELLA mixed when it comes to being Latine they’re Mexican-Puerto Rican-Salvadoran-Brazilian

(Yes similar to their VA nwndnsnd)

Raine grew up speaking Spanish pretty much exclusively but caught on English, and even later Portuguese, fairly quickly

PUERTORRIQUENA KATYA!!

Well actually she’s lowkey mixed lol, she has a Russian grandfather hence the hella Russian name. But the rest of her family are Puerto Ricans

Spanish is her first language but she’ll forget time to time how to say certain words and everyone calls her out on it, it bugs her so much lol

She definitely the “weird girl who isn’t like her relatives so doesn’t fit into the family” cousin

Derwin is Blasisn Latino!!

He’s half Afro-Salvadoran, half Mongolian!

He’s really big on celebrating Salvadoran traditions (pops off on all the Saint honoring events and holiday season)

His Spanish, while not his first language, is flawless, all the elders love him

Amber is Mexican! Indigenous rooted Mexican to be exact

Gives off ‘first gen American’ vibes lol

Grew up speaking Spanglish, speaks mostly English however

They all make fun other people in Spanish when they know others can’t understand them lmaoo

Raine grew up in a very mixed dialect household so their Spanish is kind of all over the place

The more time the BATTS spend with Raine and each other the more their own dialects start getting mixed

They’ll be speaking to like a relative or something and they’ll say something off so everyone’s like “????”

Listening to Latine music from childhood is what sparked the BATTS love of music

When Raine and Eda get together and the BATTS move in LUZ is suddenly in on everything

Teaches the BATTS about more Dominican/Dominican American traditions

Luz really loves getting to spend time with them all especially when she’s missing her mom

While her hometown does have a Latine community it’s still.. yknow.. Connecticut.. so having similar folks around is welcomed

Luz and Amber really bond over their similar upbringings and language differences from the others

Luz tells Raine embarrassing things about Eda and vice versa in Spanish lol she has no clue

Luz and Katya end up really close because of this. When they talk about fandom stuff especially like weird fanfic Amber gets so annoyed and thinks it’s super weird

Luz and Derwin also bond over being afro-Latino and the experiences they’ve had being “different” from the other kids they grew up around and realizing ‘hey screw them, they’re just jerks’

While Eda is probably the best cook in the house, the BATTS give some dishes they know a try. Eda likes to bother them from time to time

actually you know what? fuck it. Orphydice plushie headcanons

As mentioned in my last art post, Orpheus has a plush monkey named Monkey. It is in surprisingly good condition, albeit a little well-loved.

user @denim-supreme (thanks to @notahero-notamoviestar for telling me this!) made a hc that Eurydice has a plush elephant named Peanut and. Im gonna steal that. Sorry, but its cute 

Orpheus gets said plush for Eurydice when he learns that she’s never had a plushie before. He will Not stand for this lack of cuddly creatures!!

and when Orph gives Peanut to Eurydice, he says something like “I don’t know if you’ve had a stuffed animal before but I have one and I like him, so I thought maybe you’d like one :)”

Eurydice cries. She’s never had someone buy her a stuffed animal before, or really buy her something at all. She keeps it very close to her for the next two months.

Orpheus still gets out Monkey whenever he’s really stressed bc if I cant project on my favs i will combust

Huh. for some reason i have more nytw plush headcanons than bway so um

Nytw Orpheus has a plush bc I said so. Yes I know he does not look like he would but it’s MY character misinterpretation and I make the bad headcanons.

Anyway his plush is this green raccoon named Ruffy and he got it when he was 10 from Hermes. (Side note: I hc that Hermes finds/adopts Orph when he’s 10)

Tiny Orpheus carries this thing almost EVERYWHERE cause he’s emotionally starved and isnt quite sure what to do with Hermes’s hospitality yet. The only downside is that it completely betrays his totally serious and streetsmart attitude.

As Orpheus gets older he becomes very self-conscious of his plush and keeps it hidden in his room. 

And then Eurydice comes into Orph’s life, they become partners, blahblahblah Eurydice finds the plushie and it goes like this:

Orph: “uhhhh o fuck ummmm yeah he’s - i mean it’s - been sitting there for a while haha that’s embarassing sorry”

Eury:

Eury: IT’S SO CUTE OH MY GOD

Eurydice melts over Orpheus’s plushie and he decides that maybe Ruffy can be let back into the public eye.

But soon Eurydice gets a little envious and Orpheus picks up on this. 

So they decide to get another stuffed animal together. 

Eurydice picks out this lion with a soft mane, and Orpheus wants to name it Dandelion. Eurydice gives him the look of a person who Does Not Like Bad Puns and decides to name him Clover instead.

When the two come home (with their new friend) Hermes just stares at them

“You are adults. Why are you buying stuffed animals in a time of crisis-”

“shut UP hermeeeeees its our money and the world sucks and if i cant buy a little fluffy creature then what’s the point??”

Persephone overhears this conversation and says “Hermes is just jealous.”

Hermes will be relentlessly teased about this until the end of time.

Bonus: Whenever Orpheus spots a frightened or crying child in the bar he will RUN upstairs to fetch his plushie and tell them “Hi, this is Ruffy, he may seem small but he’d like to stay with you for a bit and keep you safe, is that okay?” and let the kid hold it until they calm down.
