Mr. Stripey shirt is Pretty Boy Purple’s keeper. Stripes there is pretty srs but he probably wears funny hats with a straight face and literally never gets embarrassed. I know nobody gets on here anymore but I made it to the next round of interviews for this job I really want and I’m crying a lot

Voltron season 8 (without the garbage epilogue...) reminded me a lot of pacific rim 2, except I went into that movie thinking it would be horrible and it turned out to have a lot of really cool stuff that was just obviously super rushed and it really inspired me and made me love the series more. With Voltron I had extremely high hopes. I think we all pretty much agree that season 6 was the high point but I'm one the few people who loved season 7.

Season 8 had so many hints of so much cool stuff lurking under the surface. The universe they built is endlessly fascinating and learning about the backstory of Lotor/Honerva/Zarkon and all of the awesome robot fights and Voltron and Atlas merging were all so cool but it just felt... Rushed. They didn't put the heart and soul of what made the series great into anything until Allura was about to die.

I still love the series. I'm just... Really disappointed they obviously rushed the last season when it could have been so good and put in that stupid epilogue for fake woke points and I will go to my grave screaming for Allura to get the happy ending she deserved.
