I was looking for NTF Art one day by curiosity and... you can only buy them with crypto, not "real" money? And the price is over 400$ for one image? WTH? I could hire a artist for less to get what I had seen. Simple characters portraits, head to shoulders. 😓

TERMS OF SERVICE & ADDITIONAL INFO:

- i reserve the right to turn down commissions for any reason.

- I am not okay with my art being used for hate speech of any kind.

- please do not use my art for/put my art into any kind of ai generator.

- the finished art is for personal use only, not commercial use. this includes nfts/crypto. 

- you can use the finished art almost however you want (personal use!) - just make sure to credit me and leave the watermark! (cropping/edits/etc are all fine!) i can also usually send a transparent version as well! in certain cases i can also send the psd file so feel free to ask!

- coloring my lineart/finishing my sketches is also alright just make sure to credit me appropriately. you can reupload to character galleries/use as an icon but please do not reupload on social media like insta, tumblr, etc.

- Price may change depending on how detailed/complex a design is. Payment for usd comms will be through paypal! payment is upfront - I will only refund if I cannot finish the commission. 

- im a very slow artist so patience is appreciated! I try to keep people updated but if you do not hear from me for a significant amount of time please reach out!

- finished pieces may be uploaded! let me know if you want something sent privately!

- i use reference photos sometimes when drawing, if this is something you have a problem with i am not the artist for you.

DESIGNS TOS

- the terms above apply to designs as well!

- do not use my designs for hate speech, NTFs/crypto, or any kind of ai art.

- designs can be changed as much as you'd like after you own it! just please make sure to credit me appropriately!

- if you are reselling/ trading a design do not sell or trade for more than it sold for unless there is added art!

- designs that were obtained for free or received as a gift cannot be sold, although i am okay with free designs being traded!

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING TOS

im pretty lenient/understanding about any issues or mistakes that may happen but please try to fully read and understand my tos before you commission me! However, if you knowingly violate my tos in a significant way i may blacklist you and may speak about it publicly/warn others.

Does anyone know any good animation software options? I know CSP has one but… my lease on that expired because I got it with a Wacom tablet and after the AI art betrayal and NTF’s and whatever other bullshit that’s gonna come next I’m not feeling like I want to give them anything at the moment. And I mean I’ve got procreate so I could always use that for small stuff but. Just wondering if anyone’s got any better ideas/suggestions
