Krofne iz rerne punjene Nutelom Potreban materijal: 175ml mleka oko 450-500g oštrog brašna T-400 20g svežeg kvasca 75g smeđeg šećera 2 jaja 1/2 kašičice soli 75g otopljenog maslaca Potrebno je još Nutella krem za punjenje otopljeni maslac za premazivanje kristal šećer za valjanje Priprema: U toplom mleku razmrviti kvasac, dodati kašičicu šećera i brašna, pa ostaviti da se kvasac aktivira. U posudu za mešanje prosejati brašno, dodati jaja, so, ostatak šećera, maslac, nadošli kvasac i zamesiti testo. Testo će biti lepljivo, ali ne preterujte sa dodavanjem brašna više od date količine. Zamešeno testo ostaviti da naraste na toplom mestu, pokriveno kuhinjskom salvetom, nekih 30 minuta. Na radni sto posut brašnom izručiti testo, blago ga premesiti, pa rastanjiti oklagijom na debljinu 1 cm. Okruglom modlom ili čašom seći krofne, pa ih ređati na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje. Krofne ostaviti da narastu tako u plehu još 30 minuta. Krofne peći u rerni predhodno zagrejanoj na 180C dok ne porumene, nekih 20 minuta. Pečene krofne odmah po vađenju iz rerne premazati pomoću četkice otopljenim maslacem sa svih strana, a zatim ih uvaljati u kristal šećer.
