Top three ships: ....okay im going to be completely honest here... I do not consider myself much of a shipper. YES I KNOW. I enjoy reading the romance, but nothing really has a chokehold on me the way it does others in fandom. I respect ships, I write ships, but nothing really *speaks* to me at the moment. But if you're going to FORCE my hand - Zevran x Tabris (Dragon Age), Dorian x Iron Bull (Dragon Age)... and then?? um I am a fan of OC fics in general so I read all sorts of Character x OC stuff.

Favorite color: emerald green, navy blue, mulled wine (yes i know it's more than one)

Last book: *stares straight into the camera* The Earl I Ruined by Scarlett Peckham. I'm trying to read some historical romances to help with one of my fics.

Last movie: A Haunting in Venice. It was just okay, but I had a lot of fun watching it.

9. a future historian’s account of your OC’s actions

Of course, arguably the most instrumental person in the ending of the Fifth Blight was the Hero of Ferelden, Warden-Commander Eriana Tabris. She had been no stranger to hardship, having grown up in Denerim’s elven Alienage and being recruited to the Gray Wardens to be saved from a certain death sentence. Though she had only been officially a part of the Grey Wardens for less than a day when she and Warden Alistair had become the last surviving Grey Wardens left in Ferelden just as another Blight began. Warden Tabris was known for her strength in character and ability to command, which is no surprise that she was granted the title Warden-Commander of the Ferelden Grey Wardens up until her disappearance several years later…

16. a conversation between your OC and their best friend

Two young women sit near a crackling campfire, speaking in hushed tones as the sounds of crickets drone on. 

“I wonder…do you know what you want to do, when this is all done?” Leliana asks, stretching out her stiff legs in front of the warmth of the flames. Eriana doesn’t answer, her face unreadable as she stares into the crackling campfire.

“I don’t know…stay with the Wardens once more arrive in Ferelden, I suppose. What other option is there?” Eriana says finally.

“There’s always a choice, Eri,” Leliana reminds her gently. Eriana shakes her head, resignation on her face.

“My choice was made for me a long time ago, Leliana,” she replies, before standing and walking away from the flames, the conversation still lingering heavy in the air.

How my OCs kiss (in certain situations)

I will have several OCs from different fandoms in this following post. Have fun and feel free to also make a post like this, I want to see them.

Dragon Age Adansser Tabris: He’s less experienced than he’d like to let on. His technique is rather clumsy in the beginning and thus, he is careful. His tongue acts as a curious explorer trying to figure out his lovers limits as well as his. When gaining confidence he’ll be noticeably holding his excitement back to then eventually let himself go. He’ll hungrily pull his lover closer, tangling himself with them to come closer and then never wanting to let them go. Eris Hawke: She’s scared and nervous and it’s noticeable. She wants it so badly, though, and she tries her best. She hesitates every step of the way, Her arms first at her sides but then she slowly wraps them around her lover as the kiss deepens. She loses herself in the kiss, thinking only of the moment because she so rarely does allow herself to let go. Eth Lavellan: He’s as confident as can be, he’s had numerous lovers, he knows what to do and uses his experiences to his advantage. He holds no real weight to his kisses, a drunken kiss for no reason might feel the same as one given in a moment of excitement. It is not until he falls in love when he learns of the weight behind something that seemed so obvious to him before. He still knows what to do, he has the experience but kissing one he actually loves is so different to him that he feels like an amateur. Harry Potter Jessamy Baker: She knows how to do this, she’s done it before and she - awkwardly enough - has read dozens upon dozens of literature pertaining to the subject. She knows how to brew potions by heart but the simple task of putting her lips on someone else’s seems daunting. Thus, she wants it done quickly. She stands on her tiptoes, places her hands somewhere decent for balance and places a peck on her lover’s lips before going to a relaxed stance and nervously inquiring if the kiss had been adequate. Seth Green: He never saw what the big deal was, he used to jokingly stand underneath mistletoe and make bets with friends on how many pecks he could get. So, the first time he seriously kisses someone he doesn’t put that much weight behind it. He cups their face with one hand and kisses them and if they allow him he deepens the kiss but his tongue never so much as peeks out of his mouth. That is for a different time.  The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim Rheyna: Her kisses are simple, gentle and numerous. She kisses her lover in the morning when she sees them, she kisses them as she’s cooking dinner, she kisses them as they meet her by the city gates. She uses her hands to gently cup her lovers face to pull them closer to her, she nuzzles them eversoslightly before wetting her lips and lovingly pushing her mouth onto theirs. Every kiss is always followed by one of her sunny smiles.

2. What does your OC smell like? What does your OC wish they smelled like?

when she’s traveling around, i think she smells a lot like woodsmoke with a little bit of the earthy smell of traveling in nature, not necessarily a bad smell…just more natural. when she was growing up she liked little perfume scents, nothing overpowering but something nice? for a gift one birthday her father got her some nice perfume he saved up for and it was one of her favorite things 

11. What plant, animal, and color does your OC feel like today?

12. If your OC were a superhero, how flashy would their costume be? Also, what would their superpower be? Does this go with their costume at all, or are they all about fashion? #Can’tFightCrimeIfYouAin’tCute

oooh okay i kind of picture eri as being a lot like wonder woman? like a super bad ass fighter with a sword with powers like flight and strength! i don’t think her costume would be crazy flashy, probably some practical armor lol  

14. Is your OC superstitious? If so, what superstitions do they believe? If not, what do they think of superstitious people?

haha nooo Eriana is so not she’s super practical, and sometimes she can get a little impatient with people who are because it can be hard for her to understand why they might feel that way 

17. What’s their go-to parlor trick? Are they actually that good at it, or do they just enjoy it? Do people tell them they’re good, even if they aren’t? How do they handle criticism?

i don’t know if this quite counts but she can actually hold her liquor fairly well for her size,,, this is only happening when shianni can peer pressure her enough to get absolutely wasted bc shes mostly a pretty responsible drinker and is like on Mom Friend mode all the time 

19. Favorite comfort food? Do they enjoy junk food or are they more of a foodie? Can they cook? What’s their favorite thing to cook?

Freshly baked bread right out of the oven! she cooked a lot for her dad when he was super busy and learned a lot from him! soup was always a thing she learned to cook bc they were usually so tight on food and that could feed a lot of ppl with little ingredients and she found recipes she enjoyed making. 

20. Any major theme(s) or conflict(s) in your OC’s life? How have they dealt with that? Are they aware of it, or do they ignore it? Did you design them with such theme(s)/conflict(s) in mind, or did they evolve naturally?

I think a lot of her central conflict is dealing with balancing what she considers what’s expected of her and what she really wants to do. She feels trapped by her expectations and being held down by them even when she joined the Wardens (especially since she really didnt have a choice). I dont know if i really design anyone with conflicts in mind they just sort of pop up in my brain and everything comes up later loll
