Not on my watch!!! is a character vignette starring my oc, Nimble.

For a little background, Amvrosiy Nights is a sci-fi cyberpunk world set on a planet called Svetovid. Human's conquered the planet and its people, the Tovids, several hundred years ago and Svetovid was labeled a "Pleasure Planet" for the empire and over time the one remaining city is a massive den of vice.

Nimble is a sixteen year old hacker/netrunner/cyberruner/insert whichever term ends up winning out who isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. Or bloody. When she was six or so Nimble's mother was murdered by a banned patron of the brothel she worked at at the time. Nimble was raised by the other girls at the club collectively.

So to the WIP you picked:

Nimble is spying while snacking at a food cart when she hears this woman calling out to her little boy to run. It's a flashback to a point in her past and she's on it. She jumps in the middle of it, stopping the confrontation before the asshole can hurt the stranger, and uses some of her kit to subdue him before the stranger's partner, a well connected Tovid, shows up to clean up the mess.

This project was me rolling the dice, quite literally, to clear my mind and feel productive as the stresses of the world started to weigh down this fall. It's slow going, as most original content stuff can be and I'm stewing it for now as I attempt to actually finish the other story I'm writing.

Nimble came screaming out of the ether with all the energy you might expect from a teenager with blades installed in their arms and feet and enough cyberware to make Adam Smasher blink (okay maybe not that much but Vic might be concerned if he saw her lol) She'll be a force in Amvrosiy, whether the city is ready for her or not.

Thrushdawn

joined CliffClan moon 0, aged 55 moons

Thrushdawn was not considered a very valuable warrior by his former Clan. It is for this reason that they sent him out in the middle of a storm, to track down a wayward kitten and apprentice. If not for his being out of camp on this errand, he would never have found Chivekit and Nimblepaw, and would have drowned along with the rest of ThornClan.

Thrushdawn does not delight in the deaths of his birth Clan, but his gentler, more soft-spoken personality found him ill-suited to ThornClan's spartan, militaristic ways. He does not celebrate his people's deaths, yet finds it hard to miss them. CliffClan suits him much better, so far.

How does Kate feel about murkrows and honchkrows?

Kare feels a kinship with Murkrows and Honchkrow! They are, after all, related species. He sometimes looks after his friends Miss Henrietta Honchkrow’s baby 🖤 Which they both enjoy because they get along well!

That being said, some of the more, ah, stubborn and prideful Honchkrow see Corviknight as large, fierce rivals. This simply isn’t their nature though.

Not sure how I’m feeling about this one so far- I’m not in a “drawing mood” atm, it’s funny how much of an affect that has both on your work and your perception of said work

Some little doodles from a chat tonight with buddies, just delving more into DC's mother's side of the family. Nimble and Shooting Star grew up pretty close, but drifted apart as they got older and started pursuing their careers. Now they both have adult children and have been trying to make time to catch up a little.

Blizzard and DC were always distant, even as colts. DC not able to keep up to his talented cousin, and Blizzard being envious of how everything in DC's life had seemingly been practically handed to him. As adults they don't really know each other, and haven't had any real desire to.

Frosty Fluff is an absolute delight of a pony. Makes the best snow for jumping in, always with that perfect satisfying crunch. Nimble was smitten right away, but it took a few years of friendship before she considered an actual date with the guy.
