Here you have him in his original blue and green scheme plus in his patriotic white and red scheme. I also cropped off the sleeves and legs so he could survive swinging around in the hot maltese summers.

How about Kenya?

Don't worry guys I haven't forgotten about this its been in the back of my head the entire time </3 i decided to draw them in wwii uniforms this time for a change of pace, but maybe ill draw them in their traditional clothes some other time

first off, kenya!!! shes actually already a canon character but shes barely in hetalia. forever cursed to be a gakuen hetalia chibi head... sigh...

even though nothing hints to this in her appearance in gakuen hetalia, i think she would have a kind of tomboyish and energetic personality! like the girl-next-door type! she's also the first person to ask seychelles a question in the gakuen hetalia demo, which makes me think shes a huge extrovert.

sometimes i wonder if she was part of the group of countries who laughed at seychelles' coat of arms. in my heart, i wanna believe she didnt... but um she probably did. bruh who knows the demo is over a decade old now himas not gonna confirm it. please come back to hetalia, kenya. i need you.

next is malta! his appearance is a little scuffed here because he was going through it in wwii, but he's doing way better in present day

obviously he was influenced by italy so he naturally gets an italian curl. i like to think that he looked up to romano when he was younger and started subconciously taking after him. i was debating whether i should give him thick eyebrows or not, but i think france's occupation cancels it out even if it was a really short time.

in present day i think he cares a lot about his architecture and tourism. i think he'd also be a bit of a womanizer due to the italies' influence on him but he definitely has a lot more decency compared to them. or maybe hes just toos hy to talk to them, that would be cute lol

last is morocco! she was kind of fun to design and i was thinking about her personality throughout while drawing her. i like to think that she is pretty intelligent and is capable of doing a lot of stuff... but she'd rather go smoke weed and have parties, so she feigns ignorance to get out of her responsibilities. on top of that, because of france, she is a huge romantic and can make people swoon for her with just one word

i have no idea if hima would ever make a character like this since his girl characters mostly appeal to cuteness rather than uhh sultriness? but i think moroccos laziness has a cute appeal if you squint hard enough. if he does make a girl character like this i think she'd be some sort of bait and switch or something

also here are some bonus chibis of characters i already designed, mexico and uzbekistan!

i decided to redraw mexico because i dont think i did mexico justice having his back away from the camera. come to think of it maybe i should have drawn him in the mexican revolution uniform but there was already a pattern of wwii going on anyways...

uzbekistan is my favorite design from this series, which is why i decided to draw him again. tbh i think his first appearance didnt seem to come across as sandcat-like, so i decided to change his eyes a little bit, but overall he stayed the same. i wanted to change his pupils to dots, like germany, but it made him look too different

Earth 92164- New Melita

With the unfortunate collapse of the USA, many of its citizens emigrated elsewhere to find better opportunities and stability. Many of these nomads discovered the Mediterranean gem of Malta in search of brighter horizons.

Known for its historical landmarks, this island once home to the crusader knights of the Hospital seemed like the perfect place to set up new roots. The islanders are primarily English-speaking, the property is affordable, and the government is more than happy to offer visa... in exchange for some generous investment, of course.

Sure the island's lifestyle is a bit...slow...for many of these American city folk, but that's nothing a little adjusting couldn't fix.

The year is 2064 and New Melita is the swingingest, hippest place to be. A (small) country-sized city of marvel and wonder. The island was so flooded with new investors and traffic that they had no choice but to build...and build..and build, until we got the metropolitan beast of the Mediterranean. The lights are so bright you have people all the way from Italy complaining about it!

The 60s are making a come back and the economy is booming! So put on your Shien brand go-go boots and hit the town!

Of course, there's still a simmering tension amongst the Maltese locals, who grow more disgruntled with every new skyscraper that gets erected. It feels like every year the apartments get more and more compact and they get stacked on top of one another like lego bricks. Last week riots broke out over the government planning to tear down another historical-

As promised, here are my other Jewish OC´s^^

This is Leon Millard, he´s 25 years old and was born on June 15th 1919 and served during WW2 as a medic. He was born and raised in Malta, Montana. His family had a small farm and pets. He has 2 younger brothers and a younger sister, his family originally comes from Germany but his great grandparents moved to America to start a better life. Growing up he was taught both german and yiddish and can speak it pretty fluent and his family practices reform judaism. After his family learned what was happening during the war and they started getting fewer and fewer letters from their family in Germany, Leon decided to join the army. He wanted to do something and not just sit there and watch from home. But he wanted to save more lives rather than take lives, so he enlisted as a medic. There he joined the paratroopers, Easy Company. During the war something happen that he never thought would happen, he managed to find love. After they had captured a group of german soldiers he helped treating the wounded and there he met a man his aged, a young german soldier named Matthias Becker. They talked about everything and nothing when Leon came over to check on his wounds every day and noticed that they weren´t so different.

This is Darla Liebgott, sister to Joseph Liebgott in Band of Brothers. She´s 22 years old and comes from a orthodox jewish family, she´s not married but she still loves to wear tichels and create cute looks. After her brother left to fight in the war she helped taking care of their younger siblings. Something she struggled with for a long time was that she´s a lesbian. The only one who knew for a while was Joseph, the two are very close and shared thoughts and secrets with eachother. He accepted her and loved her for who she was and before he left he told her to try and talk to their parents about it, not wanting the thoughts to eat her mind. One day when she was on her way to Shul she bumped into someone, a young woman in her age. The two went to Shul together and Darla had butterflies in her stomach the whole time, that young woman is now her girlfriend. Darla finally told her parents a few days later as they prepared for Shabbat, to her relief and surprise her parents had been waiting for her to tell them. That night she sent her brother a very happy letter, updating him on how their parents took the news and that she now had a beautiful girlfriend.

This is Darla´s beautiful girlfriend, Tzeital Levine. She´s 26 years old and was born August 25th 1918. She grew up in the same area as Darla but had never seen or talked with eachother before, she comes from a Ashkenazi family. She loves to take care of her flowers and plants and loves to read and study as well, she learned pretty early that she was a lesbian and it took some time for her family to accept it but now they are her biggest supporters. When she met Darla during the war she finally got some light in her life and the two would often hang out at eachothers places, just cuddle and hold eachother close to comfort eachother.

(OC: Nea Politina)

Yeah here's an OC that I forgot existed for like 4 whole years and then decided to bring back and add her as part of my OC Perri's world

So, as I had been building up and deciding what kind of world Perri lives in, I ended up deciding that the setting would have a bizarre and extensive noble class (Perri himself is of noble blood on his mom's side). The main idea that there were 4 main political units akin to countries in his world that rules based on the 4 basic card suits (hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs), but also there were some lesser nobility groups spread across the different lands. In this case, Nea's family are the rulers of a place called the "Ice Cream Isles", which is an archipelago which is similar to Earth's Sicily and Malta in terms of structure and climate... just with more ice cream. It's a very delicious vacation getaway.

Unfortunately for Perri, Nea is a pretty bratty princess. even though she looks like a sugary sweet sweetie, she's a bit of a delinquent and dismissive of others she deems lower (Perri sometimes falls into that). Nea and Perri don't get along that often...

Creo que el canon de la actualidad es que Tina anda con Xavier entonces quiero suponer que Arturo igual tuvo algún amorío o quizá una relación seria más actual o quizá tuvo algo en sus años de conquistador 👀

He conversado esto con mis amigas alguna vez ajjaj aquí va mi lista headcanon de con quiénes se ha encamado Arthur en algún momento de su vida, o ha cortejado.

-Aquitania su primera pareja e interés romántico (desarrollado luego de casados), antes de eso era muy pequeño para interesarse en tener pareja, no era un niño particularmente romántico. Era más bien el bebé de la familia tbh

-Para el siglo XVIII Escocia es su primera experiencia homosexual (por lo menos, con un inmortal) también luego de su unión y no antes, y comenzó siendo una relación muy abusiva por parte de Arthur imponiendo su autoridad y sus deseos. Luego la cosa fue evolucionando. Para el siglo XX creo que ya están tan acostumbrados a ser compañeros que ya no sucede nada sexual entre ellos, o muy raramente, y sin los tintes abusivos del principio.

-Francis sería su segunda experiencia homosexual, pero no tengo ningún hc definido de cuándo empezaron a experimentar tensión homoerótica. Creo que podría ser a partir de o posterior a las guerras napoleónicas... y sí, también podría haber empezado fea la cosa. Sólo sé que de adolescentes, nada de eso; se odiaban genuinamente. Las cosas se complejizan en la adultez sjsdj.

-Portugal es una incógnita. Yo diría que no ha tenido nada sexual ni romántico con él porque....siento que lo friendzonearía LMFAO. Yo creo que sentiría más atracción (no reciprocada xd) por Antonio que por Afonso sjsjdj igual el Portugal de mi amiga Pirene no tiene interés por Arthur de esa manera, así que no lo hemos explorado. Creo que si Portugal hubiese sido mujer, definitivamente la hubiese cortejado y tendrían una relación sexual (no exclusiva) bastante duradera.

-Bélgica, más que nada se me ocurre por la protección que le brindó durante las guerras mundiales. La dinámica se presta para que se desarrolle tensión romántica allí, alimentada por el complejo de salvador de Arthur. Puede que sean follamigos luego de eso(???)

-Posiblemente haya intentado cortejar a Malta (oc mujer de una antigua amiga) tal vez en el siglo XIX? Pero como no hay mucha info sobre este oc, no sé si podría haber sido algo recíproco o no. Es una posibilidad.

-Tiene un crush no correspondido en Andalucía (oc de mi amiga Pirene) y Fátima a veces se aprovecha de lo tonto que se pone por ella jsjsj. Interactúan mucho cuando Arthur se va de veraneo a las playas españolas, pero no ha llegado a ocurrir nada sexual además del flirteo.

-Creo que si India fuese mujer, posiblemente hubiese desarrollado una obsesión por ella, en la que la habría objetificado y sexualizado desde una mirada colonial, racista y exotista. Pero India es hombre, así que no sé qué podría haber ocurrido allí. Creo que es un tema demasiado complejo y delicado del cual no estoy lo suficientemente informada para opinar :B

-Así como siente atracción por mujeres indias ya que las sexualiza desde una cosmovisión racista y exotista, creo que lo mismo le sucede con las mujeres asiáticas del este, en especial chinas y japonesas. No siente atracción por Kiku ni Yao en ese sentido, y no se me ocurre ninguna mujer nación asiática a la que podría haber cortejado. Me queda esa duda.

-No sé lo suficiente sobre la historia de UK con países africanos ni de Oriente Medio, por lo que no se me ocurre ningún ejemplo para añadir a la lista.... que ya es lo suficientemente larga lmfao 💀

-Tina sobresale en esta lista por ser el único ejemplo de una nación de una generación más joven, y americana. No me cabe duda de que si EEUU fuese mujer, tendrían una relación romántica/sexual muy fluctuante pero duradera, sin llegar a ser exclusiva porque si a este hombre lo ponés a elegir entre monogamia o bala, se pega dos tiros. Pero como tenemos a Alfred, no lo siente de ese modo. Su relación es profunda, pero no de índole sexual ni romántica.

No me lo imagino seduciendo ni cortejando a sus otras colonias, ni tiene ese tipo de interés en el resto de los países americanos. Su amistad con Chile puede llegar a ser muy cálida y cordial, pero no es de índole homoerótica (?)

-El caso actual de Ucrania lo encuentro análogo a lo que ocurrió con Bélgica el siglo pasado: tensión romántica derivada de la protección que provee a un país asediado por una nación enemiga. Y bueno, mi amiga que maneja a Ucrania está de acuerdo en que le parece posible dfjhgh

Fuera de esa lista, están los seres humanos comunes y corrientes, donde las posibilidades son infinitas. Puede que haya tenido amantes, relaciones cortas o hasta grandes amores que sólo conserva en el recuerdo, quién sabe. Uno de mis headcanons es que su etapa de autodescubrimiento homoerótico sucedió en la época en donde navegaba los mares y pasaba muchos meses en ambientes de encierro masculino. Pero eso no quiere decir que él se reconocía como bisexual. Yo creo que él se pensaba a sí mismo como heterosexual, y consideraba sus prácticas sodomitas como una debilidad o un error. Tenía mucha homofobia internalizada, y era profundamente hipócrita. Creo que solo en estas últimas décadas ha podido procesar de una manera más sana su orientación sexual.
