god the german railway company is such a fucking JOKE. they're always late, cancelling hundreds of trains and the bosses of the company are still getting bonuses on TOP of their huge salary :)) i really love to see that missing the bare fucking minimum requirements is getting rewarded :)) they also said oh our goal is that our customer satisfaction isn't dropping and it didn't (but it also didn't get better) and they were like oh yeah we totally went over the goal here !! we over performed this deserve a huge fucking bonus !!! YOU GUYS SUCK ROT IN HELL !!!!!!

Not sure how to say this, but if an autistic/neurodivergent/etc. person involuntarily makes a strange noise because they are startled, scared, or in pain, don't fucking laugh at them. They had no time to think of an "appropriate" response to the stimuli and if you laugh you're more often than not making the situation worse. This also goes for shouting "STOP!!" or similar phrases in response to an auditory stimuli, for example. They have no control over it, it's a reflex. Instead, ask if they are alright, what triggered the response, and how they feel. If you or someone within your close proximity was the source of the stimuli, work together with them and discuss how that stimuli can be avoided in the future. And please try to do so without infantilizing them. This ALSO applies to anyone with touretts syndrome and other vocal/verbal tics. Physical tics can apply as well.

Sometimes I get so annoyed by certain coworkers who DO NOT think about their actions and how it can (and almost always) affects others in the office (sometimes even clients)

I get we all have personal issues and or things we want to do, so taking off work is the only option BUT when something has been planned for a month and you decide last minute that you need to step away during the time frame you are needed and supposed to be here while also making others change their schedules… well to be honest I think it’s RUDE and unprofessional!!
