Went through my phone tonight and found a note from almost exactly a year ago that I probably wrote when I wasn’t sober. If I only knew back then how much worse I would be a year later. If I knew a year ago that I would try to end it all, maybe I wouldn’t have cared about running or smoking.

Ok Michelle you are halfway through the year and I know nothing went like you planned it to be but there is still time to change it! You are in Scotland now you passed the first year, you made some friends and you’ll make even more next year! Keep calm nothing is lost yet, except some people who weren’t meant to be in your life! You don’t need to talk to your crush anymore, it’s not worth it; it won’t change the situation, it won’t change your feelings and most of all it won’t make you feel better! Let it go, turn the page or better close the book and fucking burn it. I realised you believe in karma, so let karma do its job! People will get what they deserve, I promise you, everything will turn out just fine for you, maybe not for those who hurt you, but in the end it’s about you, not about them. I know you haven’t quit smoking yet, but there’s still time, you got better though, you smoke less and that counts too. Try to not smoke at all! You want to improve your pace and you will! Train hard, go to your limits! Get you stomac checked and everything will just be fine. I promise in six months from now, you’ll feel better. You don’t need your ex, you don’t need your crush. It’s past. You have closed that book and you won’t reread it! It’s not worth it! You are trying hard enough and you are doing fine and you’ll be better soon. There are another six months to go and you can do it!!!!
