Ngl if I had a child with Poseidon, the God of the Seas, and had to pay swimming lessons for my son because he was scared of water, I'd be cursing Poseidon forever like you don't show up, don't pay child support and now you can't even help your actual ocean spawn to swin????

Ive seen posts about how disabled people should be able to have hobbies and how we should be able to do things that we like if we enjoy it and if it doesnt hurt us, and yeah I totally agree, but like unpopular opinion ig, let disabled people do things they enjoy even if it hurts them.

I, as a chronically ill person, have things I enjoy doing that arent that good for my pain levels. For example, I enjoy going on walks, just for like an hour or so around my town and in the forest. I will most likely have a flare up the day after/for a couple days after and my legs will be aching most of the way through walking but I love it, not the pain but the walking and seeing places (specifically the woods, i love the woods so much omdddd). Another example is video games, which may sound like an odd thing to flare from for some, but with fast paced video games on console or pc, my fingers get very stiff and achey from moving around so much so quickly, and it tires me to have to even use my eyes sometimes but I really like playing them.

Obviously there are way more examples that I've missed but the point still gets across. Let disabled people have hobbies, even ones that may mess up their pain levels, or make them extremely fatigued etc.

I know there's a lot of headcanons that Jean had to hide his French accent because Riko hated it and suddenly he'll let it slip while at USC and it makes him 10x hotter but....

We literally get told that he still has the accent and that it's pretty strong and my heart BREAKS for him. Bcno matter how much he tried to hide and suppress it, it never went away. Can you imagine the rage Riko must've felt every time Jean spoke?? How much pain Riko must've inflicted on him after Kevin left and he was reminded of their betrayal every single time Jean spoke????

the past felt like it was just yesterday, the memories running through arlecchino’s mind. she could never forget the way a certain girl promised her to watch the colourful skies at night when they would be able to leave the orphanage ; could not forget the way her eyes twinkled and smile beamed at her while she herself, remained cold and unsaying.

a single moment was able to change arlecchino’s life just a tad bit, but she couldn’t forget what the purpose of the children were in the orphanage. made to go against one another, to kill and inflict pain just to get to the top. and what was worse was that the same person who had lifted her up when she was at lowest, the same person who was the only one by her side ; was part of it. and by the time she had been standing in front of clervie, the girl falling limp in her hands, slowly succumbing to the slow spread of death. sword pierced through her, a copious amount of blood seeping from the wound.

she was unable to move, unable to register that she had just killed the same person who had saved her from the depths of sadness.

each time she becomes reminded of that fateful day, she can’t do anything but reminisce all the times they spent together.

but you. you were there with her now. however, it wasn’t that easy for her as well, because each time she sees you, each smile you give her, each time your eyes shone bright from excitement or happiness, she can’t help but be reminded of her.

“clervie…” she breathed out.

“oh.” you mouthed. by the time she realizes the name that slipped from her lips, she could see the way your lips thinned into a pitiful smile.

“i-… i’m sorry.”

I will never shut up about Willow bringing Buffy back to life. It’s such a thoughtless, selfish action and simultaneously done entirely out of love. It’s the worst thing anyone ever does to Buffy, and yet Willow does it because she loves her best friend so much. It’s devotion, and it’s terrible, and neither of them are happy, and it’s all out of love!!! I am never going to be normal about these two!!!
