Pay attention to the signs your body is telling you. If you notice a certain food is causing you hives, it is likely an allergic reaction, or if your body has more odor than usual then it is time for a detox.
You do not have to sacrifice eating certain foods because of body odor! It is obvious that onions or garlic will cause a smell. Just make sure to wash your armpits at least twice before getting out of the shower.
Baths are your best friend if you have persistent body odor!!!
Try to make it a goal to bathe at least 2-3 times a month. The steam helps with sweating out the toxins. If you are sensitive to hotter temperatures you can take a warm bath, it does not need to be hot.
When taking a bath use natural products to avoid a UTI. Also understand your sensitivity to scented products. I use rose oil, rose bath salts, and any soap I have available at the time.
Body scrubs or bath salts are good for gentle exfoliation.
INVEST IN A BATH NET!!! It is a life saver I tell you, my back acne has cleared up especially and my skin feels much softer. You will not regret it!
Buy a showerhead filter. Helps with filtering out hard minerals from tap water.
Pat dry your skin instead of dragging the towel across your face and body.
All you need is deodorant, soap, body scrub/salts, and lotion. Nothing else. Oils and body butters is just if you want the extra moisture, shine, & smell.
Show everyday from head to toe pls…
Only wash the outside of your vulva with soap (Pubic area and labia majora) and the inside of your vulva with water.
If you’re not comfortable with washing your vulva with your hands, use a washcloth, avoid harsh exfoliators as well.
Use heavier shaving creams if your body hair is thick.
You do not have to shave everyday. Your skin would literally be raw if you do this. Wait at least 2-3 days before shaving again.
LEAVE THE COOCHIE ALONE IF YOU JUST SHAVED!!! Avoid scented products because it will irritate your skin + cause a uti.
Change pads at least 3-4 times.
Bring non scented flushable wipes with you in your bag for public restrooms.
Take your vitamins, drink plenty of fluids (water, juice, tea, etc), and eat fruits and vegetables to help with your ph balance.
Your body can respond differently to certain fragrances. Work with your natural scent instead of going against it.

The app on her phone told her that her period was coming, which was odd. Maddy had not felt any of the usual symptoms. Not the cramp feeling. Her skin was clear, no little bouts of acne that could sometimes pop up now that she had stopped taking the birth control pills.
Her breasts were a little tender, as they often times got to be around the time but that could also be because she had worn another cute little bralette the night before and Bastien had loved it ... a lot. A couple of days late, that wasn’t such a big deal. She tried not to read too much into it like she had for the flu which had made her stomach go topsy turvy. It happened sometimes. She eyed those tests but - not yet. Let’s just wait a few days. Let the anticipation build.
And then when it had been a week - well, she pulled a Juno. She drank a lot of orange juice - not Sunny D, that stuff had way too much sugar and kept her up half of the night, she didn’t have the same sugar high tolerance as some people - and she took two different tests while her bladder was full. One had the pink lines and one just straight out had the words Pregnant and Not Pregnant. Caps back on, wash her hands thoroughly because boy, those things can get messy if you’re  not accustomed to them, and wait. The results - that would change everything, starting with the breakfast that she was going to make for Bastien. He was still snoozing away in their large bed, having a good long rest after their romp. Lost 5 pounds in a week thanks to my mom doing natural medicine against c0vid and common colds in general(because her previous mix made me nearly throw up because i don't like the smell or taste of garlic lol). I asked her the ingredients and here they are.
You'll need garlic, onion, ginger, lemon and oranges, radish, honey(optional)
Put at most 5 heads of garlic(it depends on the amount you're making), 1-2 red onions, i forgot to ask the amount of ginger but I'm guessing a bowl, up to 5 radishes and add a ton of lemon and orange and let it sit in a cool place(cold room or fridge) for a few days. It will be quite strong so add a lot of orange and lemon juice to make it more bearable to drink(this also clears up your skin from acne it began to clear mines up in about 4 days). Drink one to two table spoons everyday(if you end up liking it then drink more, i personally can only drink one spoonful). She recently added honey to it but idk the amount so if you want put the amount you feel is right for you
I prefer to drink it with warm green tea, but any tea is good. The good thing is that it gives you energy even when you haven't eaten that much.
I also keep to a 900 calorie a day diet and work out for an hour everyday and take walks around the park or my house for another hour. But you can eat and work out as much as you'd like. I prefer to drink it before i work out, but you can drink it any time of the day.
You can also try the mix my mom made prior to this one which is to cut up garlic in small pieces and let it sit in honey for a few days in the fridge and swallow it with something warm.(its quite disgusting which is why i hated it and only tried it once)

Evening Primrose w/ Walnuts - 4 Evening Primrose roots (finely grated) - turmeric - 1 pinch ground coriander seeds - chives (finely chopped) - 1 tsp mustard - 1 tsp lemon juice - 2 tbs tahini - sea salt - walnuts (for garnish) - In medium bowl mix roots with turmeric, coriander, and chives - Add mustard, lemon juice, and tahini - stir well - Season with salt and pepper to taste (1)
Evening Primrose Stew w/ Stinging Nettle Pesto - STEW: 2 yellow onions (cubed) - 2 carrots (cubed) - 1 small celery root (cubed) - 1 small savoy cabbage (finely chopped) - 6 potatoes (cubed) - 8 evening primrose roots (cubed) - (1/4 cup total) sage, bay leaves, clove, thyme, lovage - 2 tbs olive oil - 1 1/2 quarts vegetable broth : PESTO: 2 handfuls baby spinach - 1 cup bread (cubed) - 1/4 cup olive oil - salt. - In large pan sauté vegetables with seasoning and herbs in olive oil for 20 minutes - Add vegetable broth and simmer until tender about 15 minutes - Transfer to serving bowl - Blend pesto ingredients until smooth - Serve with stew. Roasted Evening Primrose Roots - 3 Evening Primrose roots (w/out blooms), 3 carrots, 2 beets, 2 parsnips, 1 sweet potato, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, cinnamon, ground rosemary, salt, 2 tbs brown sugar, 3 tbs primrose seeds - preheat oven to 425 F - wash and chop roots - toss roots with oil and seasonings - cook on baking sheet for 1 hr (2)
Baked Evening Primrose Seeds - harvest in fall from seed pods, place on baking sheet, preheat oven to 325 F - cook 15 min (can be eaten alone or added to salads, oils, etc) (5)
Steamed Seed Pods - collect seed pods in late summer, steam as one would green beans, done when tender (6)
Evening Primrose Flowers - may be added (raw) to salads, soups, and (cooked) to other cooked greens (5)
Tea - All parts may be boiled for tea (mixes well with green tea, lemon balm, honey, and mint) - plain evening primrose tea can be used externally to treat acne and other skin issues (3)
Fried Evening Primrose Root - cut roots into strips - dip into egg batter - fry in oil (4)
