Since Jennet had nobody, not even a suitor, she decided to go down to their cellar and practice her musical skills. She wasn't very good yet, but she was determined to have every skill possible once it was safe for marriages to commence again.

Over the sound of her own sound, she didn't hear her brother joining her. He stood there for a while, glaring. But Jennet was in her own little world and paid him no mind until he cleared his throat.

"Must you do this? The whole manor can hear you!"

"Oh! Hello, Hendrie." Jennet said, pausing her playing for a moment.

"Hello, sister. What on earth are you doing?"

"Practicing! If I want a good husband, I need to be as skilled as possible."

"Jen, I really don't think ---"

"I know what you are going to say and I truly hope you let mother and father pick your wife if all you are going to care about is looks. Looks fade, Hen. Skills last forever."

As she picked up her instrument to start again, Hendrie went to cover his ears. As much as she wanted to be skilled, she wasn't just yet. As everybody in the Comyn manor got to experience.

"Alright, alright! Please fetch me when you're done, at least? I want to practice my cello!"

Before she could respond, he was stomping out of the room.

Meet Eirian Finley-Arcoberry. Diagnosed with communication development delay, little, sunny Eirian may stumble on her words but she sure doesn't stumble on her feet. She does, however, tire easily and breathe a little harder and deeper than normal. Still, she does not fail to put a smile on everyone's faces with her little bursts of energy and laughter everywhere she goes. And Iliana Finley-Arcoberry. Iliana has always been a cautious child, skeptic of even the lemons her mother likes to force onto her (but she doesn't hesitate to bite her countless sleep-deprived babysitters' fingers). Of the two, she talks a lot more, speaks up quite a bit much, and argues nonsensically with everyone on everything - but that's how it is when your parents are busy and you get left behind with suspicious strangers, you end up wanting more attention, throwing more fits, and crying a lot more to get you both what you want. You become a bit of a fussy child.

♡ Episode 19 | GENEVA ISLAND

♡ Autumn spent her day relaxing and enjoying a bit of chess. Later, Rowan asked her if she thinks it would be ok if he could move in with her and Judi after Geneva Island. She told him that as long as Judi is ok with it, then so is she.

♡ Judi spent her morning chatting with Samora and she adores her already. They are very much alike and she is happy to have another party person in the villa with her. When Rowan asked Autumn if he could move in with them, she was a bit relieved that he didn’t ask her directly, which means hopefully they can stay non-committal while still living together.

♡ Jasmine , Judi and Samora talked about how Justin came onto Samora last night. She became embarrassed because she thought her and Justin were becoming more serious. She spent a lot of her time talking with him, but she couldn’t seem to get past her embarrassed mood. 

♡ Samora spent her time chatting with Judi mostly, as they are both party girls. She also helped her with some cooking, which both of them don’t like doing, so they bonded over that as well. She spent a lot of her time relaxing in the pool enjoying the scenery. She is used to spending her time at villas like this and so she doesn’t mind waiting and seeing if a connections forms naturally. Plus with the looming responsibility that awaits her at home, she doesn’t feel like forcing anything.

♡ Rowan is having a hard time because he is more used to the adventurous lifestyle, and while he has loved making friends and spending time at the villa, he has nothing to do except workout and swim. He is still upset with Judi for flirting with the other boys at the villa even though he doesn’t let it affect him as much. He spoke with Autumn about their friendship and asked Judi and Autumn if it would be ok if he could also move in with them when all is said and done. Autumn said yes as long as Judi is ok with it.

♡ Justin tried hard to interact with Jasmine all day, but she was in a weird mood for some reason.

♡ Darion is battling his anxiety at the villa, due to his ambitious nature which is always nagging at him to keep his families legacy alive. He enjoyed chatting with Rowan, Judi, and Autumn for most of the day.

The shed became a bustling hub of activity, with Silas setting up his own corner alongside his father's workbench. He built a sturdy wooden table to house his collection of trinkets and shared tools, organizing them into a controlled chaos. Next, he crafted a dedicated workbench, where he could neatly arrange his papers and carry out his building projects. The shed now hummed with purpose, as Silas prepared to bring his ideas to life and make his mark on the world.

He meticulously pieced together a large, creaky watermill on the riverbank. The steady flow of the river had always sustained the Harrington family with fish, but now it would serve an additional purpose—to harness the power of the water and bring light to their home. Silas stood back, admiring his creation, as the watermill's wooden blades began to turn with a rhythmic motion, ready to generate electricity that would illuminate their lives.

The Harrington property was then adorned with incandescent light bulbs, casting a warm and cozy glow throughout the house.

As Silas worked on installing the lights, the Harringtons celebrated another joyous occasion—the birthday of their youngest, Lucile.

Zombies in a medieval town, Part 6

Sometimes you visit the wrong neighbor...

... and you try to attack his husband. Because you are a zombie. Slutty Josh has reached the end of his story, as he showed up to another family's new place to greet them with a bite. Denied.

The neighbors are fine, for now. The apartments do have some kind of strange arrangement: fridge is stocked, despite being empty. Idk if I like this, feels fishy. Is this an all-inclusive kind of deal?

Without a valid combat gameplay zombies are really boring actually. I already resorted to keeping them as NPCs only and to stop controlling them. But that's not really enough to make it fun.

The "Opposites Attract... or Not?" Sims 4 Challenge

Also known as "The Fate Challenge"

Challenge Concept:

Create two Sims who are total opposites in every way—personality, lifestyle, interests, and even aspirations. The ultimate goal? See if fate (aka The Sims’ autonomy) naturally pushes them together as best friends or lovers without direct player intervention in their relationship-building.

You cannot force romance or friendship—they must choose it themselves. If they get together, they must stay together without divorce.

Setup Rules:

Create Two Opposite Sims in CAS. Here’s how:

Choose traits, aspirations, and likes/dislikes that conflict with each other.

They must have different aesthetics (e.g., goth vs. preppy, punk vs. clean-cut).

Different lifestyles or careers (e.g., tech geek vs. outdoorsy adventurer).

One Sim can be messy, the other neat; one social, the other a loner.

Living Arrangements

Normal Mode: They start as roommates in the same house.

Hard Mode: They start separately, don’t know each other, or even start as enemies.

Aging & Autonomy:

Aging must be ON.

Free Will must be ON.

You cannot force interactions between them—only observe & influence their surroundings.

Goals for Challenge Completion:

🔹 Win the Friendship Route → If they naturally become best friends forever by maxing out their friendship bar without direct player control.

🔹 Win the Romance Route → If they start autonomously flirting and naturally end up married.

🏆 Ultimate Goal (Challenge Completion):

They get married and never divorce.

They build a strong bond (either as BFFs or lovers).

They survive all life stages together.

Challenge Difficulty Levels:

⭐ Normal Mode: They start as roommates and interact daily. 🔥 Hard Mode: They start separately, don’t know each other, or even HATE each other. Let the world decide their fate.

💀 Extreme Mode: They start as toddlers/children, grow up separately, and you must rely on fate & story progression to determine if they ever meet, become friends, or end up together.

Bonus Fun & Drama Ideas:

One Sim wants kids; the other hates children.

One wants to settle down; the other is noncommittal.

One is a criminal; the other is a detective.

One loves fitness; the other is lazy.

One is a vegetarian; the other loves meat.

They have NO overlapping likes but must co-exist.

Restrictions & Rules:

🚫 You CANNOT manually make them befriend, flirt, or woohoo. 🚫 You CANNOT use cheats to manipulate relationships. ✅ You CAN set up “accidental” meet-ups (same party, same job, etc.), but they must choose to interact. ✅ You CAN create story-based drama (e.g., one Sim has a rival love interest).
