Watching the translated playthrough of Try Another Story, I'm pretty sure at this point Sayaka has, jokingly or otherwise, asked Homura to marry her a minimum of three times. At least one of those was after she had started dating/talking with Kyosuke.

On the one hand, yes, Sayaka does canonically joke like that. On the other, she does it a lot here, with at least one being in response to a cuteness proximity overload at seeing Homura smile for the first time, and another in response to Homura offering to help her study for her exams.
