Having now finally finished the main story of Hogwarts Legacy, I can solidly call the game a riveting B-. I think I would honestly have preferred the GameCube Goblet of Fire approach to standard spell variety, where a Basic Cast can take the form of any number of smaller basic spells. Just for the sake of adding variety to combat dialog. Orchidious, Vermillious, and so on. Likewise, Transfiguration should have been broken down into subcategories: Draconifors, Avifors. Functionally identical spells, but with a bit more cosmetic variety.

The entire Wizarding World at our disposal and our only possible enemy types are: Dog, spider, zombie, wizard, troll and wizard? I would have loved a slightly more extensive variety. Oh, also dugbogs, how silly of me. The point is, there's beautiful potential to incorporate hinkypunks, ghouls, all sorts of other magical enemy types. Hell, I would have liked enemy plants as well. The game is unfortunately quite lacking in this department.

I really am quite sorry for my treatment of Ominis. He's a precious child, but unfortunately Seb contained secrets I wanted immensely and therefore, my betrayal of him was necessary.

I stand firmly by my hatred of Alohomora puzzles. None of them are difficult, but they grow tedious.

I still loved my time with this world. Time to say good-bye though.

I got a plant shipment monday and discovered I don’t like scented geraniums as much as I thought I would and also I got the treat of getting increasingly distressed through the week as I gradually realized exactly how terrible the nursery substrates were (which I didn’t have means to replace until today). just repotted my hoya that I hadn’t watered since its arrival and it was somehow still soaked and I was aghast I got the roots free as delicately as I could and put it in some orchidy stuff in a much smaller glazed pot I hope it does okay :|

Anna’s Hummingbirds and Black-headed Grosbeaks. For raptors, I’m partial to crows, but I also really like Cooper's’ Hawks. Round, powerful, and I got to wrangle one after it escaped and it was very exciting.

Orchideous: What’s your favorite flower?

Jasmine! I really love the smell. But to look at, I do like roses and forget-me-nots. But Jasmine wins by a long shot.

Orchids are some of the most variable plants on the planet.  There are over 20,000 different species with more to be discovered. This painting includes a few species of the hundreds that are marked as endangered, including (clockwise from top left:

As of September 2017 I own two orchids--one is a Moth Orchid (Phalaenopsis) that you can find in any supermarket, and the other was bought from an orchid breeder. In the mornings and evenings it gives off the aroma of milk chocolate.

I’d like to have more, but I’m afraid that I’ll turn into the orchid variation of a cat lady, and I’m already the latter.

Abstract:  OBJECTIVE: Diabetes mellitus occurs due to either deficiency of insulin or resistance to insulin. Synthetic drugs and insulin therapy against diabetes possess numerous drawbacks. Diabetic people are advised to choose low-glycemic food and herbal products to control diabetes. This study aims to examine the synergistic effects of aqueous root Salep ofGymnadenia orchidis Lindl and pumpkin seed powder on Streptozotocin induced diabetic mice.METHODS: Out of 6 groups, animals in 2 groups were kept as control and rest 4 groups were made diabetic by Streptozotocin. Animals in one diabetic group were supplemented with effective dose (200 mg/kg of body weight) of root Salep, one with pumpkin seed powder (5%) mixed food, and another with Salep and pumpkin seed food. Changes in various biochemical parameters, DNA damage and liver and kidney structures were noted after 21 days treatment.RESULTS: Salep with pumpkin seed supplementation significantly normalized the alterations of different biochemical parameters of diabetic mice. The DNA damage in blood cells of diabetic mice was recovered by this supplementation. Terpenoids of root Salep and anti-oxidants of pumpkin seed may play the active role against diabetes.CONCLUSION: The root Salep and pumpkin seed synergistically prevent diabetic complications and could be better supplementation against type-2 diabetes.
