The image Liam has painted of Orym this 4sd is so telling. Exhausted, hanging by a thread, frustrated with his friends for being indecisive and not focusing on the immediate threat to the people of Exandria at large, anxious as hell, clinging desperately to who he is (genial, kind, empathetic) and to keep all that with him. War is grinding him down, as it inevitably would to anyone, but his emotional landscape appears to be particularly dire at this juncture. Really interested in seeing where that goes in the coming games, especially in how it is compounded with him being nervous and shy around Dorian (and in dealing with Dorian's own grief!). Is it going to make the situation worse? Or is the nervousness of liking someone going to provide a beneficial contrast against the heavy weariness he's carrying?
