I want to go thru this 1890 mansion in Plainfield, NJ with you. It needs rehab and I hope that the new owner will preserve its beauty. It has 19bds, 11ba, and is $399,999 and they want cash, only, so clearly, they're looking for a flipper or developer to buy it. Let's take a look.
Tumblr media
I think that the wood can be saved.
Tumblr media
It was used as a business, most recently. Look at the rounded wall. It appears that the ceilings are the worst- lots of water damange.
Tumblr media
Wainscoting along the hallway walls.
Tumblr media
Beautiful fireplaces still intact. Look at that, it looks perfect.
Tumblr media
Beautiful oval leaded glass window and an original light fixture.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I can't believe how the fireplaces are preserved. Isn't this a beauty?
Tumblr media
Here's another one. I would say that these are bedrooms.
Tumblr media
Wow, the roof or plumbing must've leaked, b/c the ceilings are the worst. There are pocket doors to this room, which is probably a sitting room.
Tumblr media
Rounded room with a beautiful fireplace and chandelier. Look at the crown molding and wainscoting.
Tumblr media
I'm surprised that when the business was in here, they didn't ruin it.
Tumblr media
I hope that they preserve this. Somebody put an ugly lock on it.
Tumblr media
By the looks of that thing on the house, there's a commercial kitchen. Maybe it was a restaurant.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Details of the exterior. What would you do with this? Give it a light power wash? Leave it?
Tumblr media
The house next door is an eyesore.
Tumblr media
There's a nice screened in porch. The lot is .69 acre.

' You're mine forever remember? And i'm yours ' Jungkook said in a ridiculously calm tone.
' that's bullshit. I'm not yours and to be frank i'm happy without you being mine. let. me go.' you stared deep into his piercing glare ' please... '
' no. why can't you just love me y/n? love me like i love you. ' he said almost pleading.
' You don't love me, so what's the point!? ' you said hysterically.
Then everything froze. You froze. Jungkook tilted his head, a psychotic grin stretching across his pale face.
' Don't love.........you? ' he laughed maniacally and grasped your chin forcing you to look at him.
Then he kissed you
It wasn't sweet or passionate, like you're past kisses shared. It was hard, possessive and to your utmost disgust it was alluring. You couldn't help it.
When his hand gripped your nape and his lips devoured yours, you broke and slowly kissed him back, not even trying to keep up.
To your utmost annoyance Jungkook smirked into the kiss, almost impressed you had given in to him.
It was like you were under a spell. One that made you forget all the past troubles between you two. If it was a spell it was a bad one. The illusion lasted a matter of minutes before you pulled away the situation slapping you hard in the face.
' Jungkook I didn't mean to don- ' He cut you off placing a finger to your lips.
' No need to be so cold love. ' he gave you a smug look ' Get some sleep '
Tumblr media
' Miss, you need to eat! ' another maid hissed 'You'll be sick otherwise'
You wondered how Jungkook had managed to hire maids. Since the last time you had seen him he hadn't been necessarily the richest person you knew. And after a prison sentence? How had he built himself up from that of all things?
' Do you really care? ' you queried ' Or are you just doing it because ' Master Jeon ' told you to '
The maid looked offended and slammed the plate down onto the stool next to you and stomped out.
A seamstress attempted to make her way in but was stopped
' You shouldn't even bother with her ' the angry maid whispered.
The seamstress eyed her up and down, smiled at you and bundled her equipment through the door, not giving the maid another second of her time.
You smiled back at her ' Why all the dresses? ' you questioned
' Why they're for you of course!! For tonight ? ' she exclaimed, peering at you through her oval-shaped glasses. ' Why you're a beauty aren't you? It will be hard to decide which dress will suit you i suppose '
You blushed ' Thank you.....but what is happening tonight may i ask miss... '
' Oh just call me Sylvia madam, ' she said ' The dresses are for your dinner today with Master Jeon of course ' she pulled out a pale pink dress that looked fit for a princess out of the pile ' Why don't you try this on first? '
Tumblr media
You entered the dining room in your extravagant gown. It was your first time being out of your ' room '. It would've been the perfect opportunity to escape....if you weren't being escorted to a room, a floor away by a group of scowling maid. Nice company, not. But you did get to at least see one floor of your prison. It was exquisite. The opposite of your dingy room. Sparkling chandeliers hung from the towering ceiling, beautiful, dainty paintings were all over the walls.
The dining room was even better. A colossal room full of gold flecks everywhere, a huge chandelier placed directly in the center of the ceiling. It was ethereal.
One thing ruined it though
Jungkook sat at one end of the extensive dining table. His presence shattered the beauty of the room. There he sat, back-straight in his perfectly ironed black suit and tie and black dress pants. He was out of place. You fit in, if you did say so yourself, your white and gold dress blended in perfectly. Was this purposeful? No, you had chosen this yourself, and you shook away the thoughts and stared at Jungkook.
' Why did you want to have dinner with me ?' you said abruptly
' Don't you look gorgeous darling. ' he ignored your question, annoying you.
' I said. Why did you want to have dinner with me?! ' you seethed.
' Is it so wrong to want to have dinner with my girlfriend? ' he said calmly
' I'M NOT YOUR FUCKING GIRLFRIEND ' you shouted
' Calm down, sweetheart. ' his tone still calm. ' Why don't you sit down? Cook made sure he fit you needs, no peaches i promise '
he remembers...
You'd always hated peaches. You weren't allergic, you'd just never liked them? It suprised you that he still remembered, but you weren't about to show it.
You sat down all the way on the other side of the table, making a show of sitting down. Of course, Jungkook wouldn't let that happen.
He stood up and strutted over to you. He grabbed you wrist and dragged you over to his seat. You let it happen. There's no point wasting energy on this.
You tried to sit down on the seat next to him at least.
But no that wasn't even good enough for Jungkook.
He pulled you onto his lap in one swift move, wrapping his arms around you waist as you squirmed.
' Stop moving love '

"Here three elegant couches surround an oval table made of black glass. All are set in front of a blazing hearth, above which hangs the portrait of a smirking nobleman sporting a broken nose and a tangle of hair graying at the temples. Several smaller portraits hang on the north wall."
"An ornate dining table stretches the length of this room, a crystal chandelier hanging above it imperiously. The silverware is tarnished, the dishes chipped, yet all are still quite elegant. Eight chairs, their backs adorned with sculpted elk horns, surround the table. Arched windows made of a latticework of iron and glass look out onto the small, fog-swept estate."
Another location interior for DMs and players of Curse of Strahd - the areas of Wachterhaus where Lady Fiona Wachter would most likely receive guests.

It’s under “Keep Reading” because it’s long; Warning - Multiple eyes, creepy mouth, body-horror, and Weirdcore-inspired aesthetic
I want to share Eye-Angel facts that are related to Charles/Chronicle but it's not related to TSP. Warning - Eyes, hidden creepy teeth, and body horror.
Chronicle is a Seraphim-Cherubim hybrid Eye-Angel, I want to show how different these two types look and then what the hybrids usually would look.
Seraphim-Minor Eye Angel have a diamond or kite head shape as their wings are away from each other with closed. It almost gives a chandelier look.
Tumblr media
To be honest, Seraphim-Minor Eye-Angels look like lemons with that color. Also, their small wings are close together and all the wings when closed are leaner, giving the feather tips a seemingly sharp look. Makes sense as they're considered the "dominant" eye-angel type.
Next is the Cherubim-Minor Eye Angel, with their heart or vertically long hexagon shape.
Tumblr media
Their wings are more round and puffy and also form heart shapes when closed. They appear soft to anyone they approach, which suits them for they are the more romantic/passionate type.
Combining these two types, you'd get 50-50 chance of only Seraphim-Minor or Cherubim-Minor, but almost rarely, you'd have the Seraphim-Cherubim Hybrids. AKA, Charles/Chronicle's Eye-Angel type.
Tumblr media
Their head shapes could be oval, upside-down teardrop, or a dome shape. They have a mix of sleek-sharp AND round-puffy feathers, though they don't have wings under the main ones to cover their necks but that's fine.
But what all three have in common are the following:
- 5 pairs of eyes
- Head wings almost covering the whole face
 - And a mouth, which may or may not have lips/beaks to cover their rows of sharp teeth. Hybrids don’t have lips/beaks
Tumblr media
An angry Seraphim-Cherubim hybrid.
Tumblr media
That’s all about Eye-Angels ^^

10. something you’ve created in the last year that you’re proud of
so fun fact! the reason i rb so many pngs is because i use them to make digital collages which i hope to start taking commissions for!! i'm working on building up my portfolio so i can give people examples of the kind of work i do and i've been kind of saving them so they haven't been posted yet. but ill show u one under the cut!!
27. your favourite flavour and brand of tea
i'm not a tea kind of guy bc to me its just water that smells nice but tastes weird. but i do love english black tea if its with cream and sugar, unfortunately the brits make really good blends. i also love the harney and sons apple cinnamon i believe? cinnamon spice? i cant remember the name of it but it actually tastes good and the smell is even better
collage under the cut with ID! ID is a bit long but it's also a collage so theres a lot of shit going on lol
Tumblr media
[I.D: A red themed digital collage. The background is a deep solid red. The image furthest back is a large red jasper orb. In the top left corner is "the lovers" tarot card, reversed. In the forefront of the collage is a large brass chandelier with red glass. In between the jasper orb and the tarot card is a pair of delicate silver scissors with small twisted handles, displayed in a coffin-like case with red fabric lining. Behind the chandelier but in front of the jasper is a bouquet of dark green leaf stems. In the center of the collage is an oil painting of a light-skinned person's brown eye, crying. The painting is in a golden, semi-oval shape, and the tear spills over the bottom edge, outside of the canvas. On the left, below the tarot card, is a red glass vase, containing an illustration of a red chrysanthemum. In between the eye painting and the vase is a small, rusted key. There is an analog pocketwatch in the bottom left corner, along with the burnt edge of a piece of paper. On the right side of the collage, below the chandelier, is a pomegranate, cut open with the seeds spilling out. In the upper right corner is an illustrated figure of a man in a red wilhelm pantomine costume, featuring lacy details, frills on the sleeves, a cape, and feathers. In the very far corner is also another burnt edge of paper. At the figure's feet is a small red box of drawers with latches. In the bottom right corner, below the box, is a skull without a jaw, with a smooth emerald green orb where the brain once was. End I.D.]

My one-bedroom apartment, on the third floor, embodies a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, brought out by its open-concept floor plan. The high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness, while thoughtfully designed lighting fixtures enhance the atmosphere throughout the space. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a giant front door that opens into a long hallway. This hallway sets the tone for the rest of the apartment, leading you into the main part of the home.
The open shared area of the kitchen and living room is a balanced blend of style and functionality. The kitchen features an amazing island brightened by three gorgeous chandeliers that dangle gracefully above, casting a warm glow on the sleek marble countertops. The living room flows seamlessly from the kitchen, highlighted by a large sliding glass door that opens onto a private balcony. This outdoor balcony provides a view of the lake below, with a beautiful pond fountain in the middle. In the mornings, the space is filled with natural light, creating a vibrant and uplifting environment.
The bathroom is an oasis of peacefulness, it has generous space and a luxurious feel. A giant mirror stretches across the wall, reflecting the contemporary design, while the walk-in shower makes the bathroom feel even more comfortable and open. The bathroom has a compact closet, efficiently designed to maximize storage without compromising the style.
The bedroom, separated from the bathroom by a short hallway, has an elevated ceiling that adds to the comfort of the space, and a giant window above the bed that provides stunning views of the sunset at night, making it a perfect backdrop for quiet peaceful evenings. The walk-in closet resembles a mini room, complete with a shelf and railing that surround the entire closet, providing generous storage and organization space.
Overall, the apartment strikes a delightful balance; it is chic and welcoming, neither too small nor overwhelmingly large. The open layout fosters a sense of comfortability, making it ideal for company while maintaining an intimate atmosphere. It is a space that feels both personal and inviting, a reflection of comfort and style. I absolutely love it for my first apartment and I don't believe it needs to be updated or remodeled in any way.
The second place I decided on is my childhood home. Once you walk in, you are in a long open hallway that divides the home from left and right. In the middle of the hallway, as soon as you walk in, there is a living room with an oval-shaped structure walk-in. I’ve always loved that part of the house and thought it was beautifully designed. The living room is regular-sized. It’s pretty spacious, but it’s also compacted so it makes it comfy. There are glass sliding doors that lead out to the back patio and pool area.
If you go right down the hallway, you will be taken to the kitchen, which is one giant open space. There is an island and enough room for a sitting area along with a kitchen table, so it’s really spacious, which I’ve always loved. The kitchen has always been my family’s hangout area. In the kitchen, there is a bedroom which has its own bathroom and its own door leading out to the patio as well. Also, in the kitchen is how you would get to the laundry room, which is really compacted. It’s like a walk-through laundry room; there’s only enough space for the washer and dryer and then a little storage area.
To get to the other side of the house, you have to go back down that entrance hallway. Once you go down the hallway, you will be greeted with another hallway that has three doors within the hallway. On the left side, there is a bedroom. In the middle, there is a bathroom and on the right side, there is another bedroom. The bedroom on the left side has glass sliding doors that also lead out to the patio, so really you can get to the patio from any part of the house, which I’ve always thought is super cool. This bedroom is pretty spacious and has its own bathroom with a giant closet. The bathroom in the middle of the hallway is super compacted and doesn't have a lot of area to move around. I do not believe it was designed correctly. For example, you can't fully open the shower door because it hits the toilet. So, I would say this is probably my least favorite room in the house. It’s super crowded and just uncomfortable in general. The bedroom on the right side was the bedroom I had growing up, and it’s the biggest bedroom of them all; it just doesn’t have its own bathroom. I absolutely loved it. I thought it was so spacious, and I always felt really comfortable. The bedroom has two windows, which was my favorite part because the rest of the house didn’t really have windows, just the glass sliding doors, so I really liked that my room had windows.
When comparing the two, I would say they’re both great environments. The structures of both are beautifully designed. My apartment is definitely a lot smaller, of course, because it is an apartment, not a house. I would say both are so comfortable and spacious. They both definitely do achieve their goals of being gracefully designed. Other than the bathroom, which is my only complaint between both of the spaces. I do prefer my apartment over the house because it’s just me, so I don’t need all of that space, and I really do enjoy having my little area to myself, but again, both are really great places to be.

The Heart of Every Home: Choosing the Perfect Dining Table
When it comes to creating a welcoming and functional dining space, the dining table is undoubtedly the centrepiece. It’s where family meals are shared, where friends gather, and where countless memories are made.
Choosing the right  hardwood dining table can transform your dining area from a mere space into the heart of your home. Here’s how to select a dining table that not only fits your space but also complements your lifestyle and aesthetic.
Size Matters: Finding the Right Fit
The first step in choosing the perfect dining table is understanding the size of your dining area. Measure your space carefully to ensure that your table will fit comfortably, allowing enough room for chairs and movement. A general rule of thumb is to leave at least 36 inches of space around the table for easy passage.
If you have a small dining area, consider a round or square table, which can make the space feel more open and inviting. For larger rooms, you might opt for a rectangular or oval table, which can accommodate more guests and create a more formal dining experience.
Material Magic: Choosing the Right Material
Dining tables come in a variety of materials, each with its own unique appeal. Wood is a classic choice, known for its warmth and durability. Whether you choose oak, walnut, or maple, a wooden table can add a touch of elegance to any dining room.
Glass custom dining tables offer a modern and airy feel, making them ideal for smaller spaces. They reflect light and give the illusion of more space. For a more contemporary look, consider a metal or marble table, which can make a bold statement and add a touch of luxury.
Style Savvy: Complementing Your Decor
Your dining table should not only fit your space but also reflect your personal style. Traditional wooden tables can enhance a classic or rustic decor, while sleek glass or metal tables can complement a modern or minimalist setting.
Don’t forget about the table legs and base. Options range from ornately carved legs to simple, clean lines. Choose a style that aligns with the overall look of your hardwood dining table area. If you have a more eclectic decor, you might even consider mixing and matching styles to create a unique, personalised space.
Functionality: Beyond the Basics
Consider how you use your dining table. If you frequently entertain guests, a larger table with extendable leaves can provide additional seating when needed. For families with young children, a durable, easy-to-clean surface might be a priority.
Additionally, think about the shape of the table and how it affects seating. Rectangular tables are great for larger gatherings, while round tables can facilitate conversation and are often more child-friendly.
Tumblr media
Finishing Touches: Accessories and Accents
Once you’ve chosen the perfect custom dining tables, it’s time to accessorise. The right tablecloth, placemats, or runner can add a pop of colour and texture, while stylish chairs can complete the look. Don’t forget about lighting—hanging a chandelier or pendant light above the table can create a focal point and set the mood for your meals.
Final Thoughts
Your dining table is more than just a piece of furniture; it’s a gathering place that brings people together. By considering the size, material, style, and functionality of your dining table, you can find the perfect match for your home.
Whether you’re hosting a holiday feast or enjoying a quiet family dinner, the right Perfect Dining Table will enhance your dining experience and become a cherished part of your home.
Embrace the art of dining and let your table be a reflection of your personal style and the heart of your home.

Elevate Your Cosy Home with a Stunning Glass Dining Table Set
Creating a truly cosy home is all about striking the right balance between comfort and style, resulting in a space that feels welcoming, relaxing, and visually appealing. One of the key elements in achieving this balance is selecting the perfect furniture. A glass dining table set is an excellent choice for adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to any dining area. In this article, we'll delve into how a glass dining table can enhance your home’s coziness, explore the various styles and designs available, and offer tips for choosing the ideal dining table set.
The Allure of a Glass Dining Table
Glass dining tables are celebrated for their timeless appeal and versatility. They seamlessly blend with a wide range of interior design styles, from modern and contemporary to classic and traditional. The transparent nature of glass creates an illusion of space, making even the smallest dining rooms appear more open and airy. This feature is especially beneficial in cosy homes where maximizing space and light is essential.
Advantages of a Glass Dining Table Set
Aesthetic Appeal A glass dining table set introduces a sleek and modern look to your home. The reflective surface of the glass brightens the room, enhancing the overall ambiance. Whether paired with wooden, metal, or upholstered chairs, a glass dining table can complement and elevate your existing decor.
Durability Contrary to common misconceptions, glass dining tables are durable and can withstand everyday use. High-quality tempered glass is resistant to scratches, heat, and impact, making it a practical choice for families and households with children.
Easy Maintenance Maintaining a glass dining table is simple. Spills and stains can be quickly wiped away with a damp cloth, and regular cleaning with glass cleaner keeps the surface sparkling. This ease of upkeep is ideal for those seeking a stylish dining table without the hassle of intensive maintenance.
Choosing the Right Glass Dining Table Set
When selecting a glass dining table set for your cosy homes, consider the following factors to ensure a perfect fit:
Size and Shape Choose a dining table size and shape that fits proportionately within your dining area. Round or oval tables are ideal for smaller spaces, as they facilitate movement and conversation. Rectangular and square tables suit larger rooms and can accommodate more guests.
Style and Design Glass dining tables come in various styles and designs. For a modern, minimalist look, select a table with clean lines and a simple base. For a more traditional aesthetic, consider tables with ornate metal or wooden legs. Mixing materials can also create a unique, personalized look.
Functionality Think about how you will use your dining table. If you frequently host gatherings, choose a table that can extend to accommodate additional guests. Foldable or stackable chairs can also offer extra seating without taking up extra space.
Incorporating a Glass Dining Table into Your Cosy Home A glass dining table can serve as a focal point in your cosy home, enhancing both the design and functionality of your dining area. Here are some tips for seamlessly integrating this stylish piece of furniture: Complementary Decor Enhance the elegance of your glass dining table with complementary decor. A beautiful chandelier or pendant light above the table creates a striking visual effect. Use table runners, placemats, and centerpieces that add color and texture without overshadowing the table’s simplicity.
Comfortable Seating Choose chairs that are both comfortable and stylish. Upholstered chairs in soft fabrics or leather can add warmth to the dining area, while sleek metal or acrylic chairs offer a contemporary look.
Natural Elements Incorporate natural elements like plants, flowers, and wooden accessories to add coziness to your dining space. A vase of fresh flowers or a potted plant on the table brings vibrancy to the room. Wooden picture frames, shelves, or sideboards can complement the glass table and create a harmonious look. Lighting Proper lighting is crucial for a cosy and inviting atmosphere. In addition to overhead lighting, consider adding wall sconces, floor lamps, or table lamps to provide ambient light. The reflective surface of the glass table will enhance the illumination, making the space feel brighter and more welcoming.
Maximizing Your Dining Experience
A glass dining table set not only enhances your home’s visual appeal but also elevates your dining experience. Here are some ideas to make the most of your dining area:
Create a Welcoming Ambiance Set the mood with soft lighting, soothing music, and comfortable seating. Use candles or fairy lights to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The reflective nature of the glass table amplifies the glow, making your dining area feel magical. Personalized Touches Add personal touches to make the space uniquely yours. Display family photos, artwork, or souvenirs that reflect your personality and style. A personalized space feels more intimate and cosy, making it a favorite spot for family and friends. Versatile Use A glass dining table can serve multiple purposes beyond meals. It can be used as a workspace, a spot for children’s homework, or a place for casual gatherings. Its versatility adds both functionality and style to your home.
Conclusion
Incorporating a glass dining table set into your cosy home can transform your dining area into a stylish and inviting space. The aesthetic appeal, durability, and ease of maintenance of glass dining tables make them an excellent choice for any home. By selecting the right size, shape, and style and complementing the table with appropriate decor and lighting, you can create a dining area that is both functional and beautiful.
