Cuando veas a una persona enfurecida ten siempre en mente algo, Lo único que quiere es amor.

Por increíble que parezca, cuando alguien actúa con ira y perjuicio, no es más que la evidencia del amor que busca.

El alma humana tiende al amor.

Así como las plantas giran hacia donde se encuentra un hilo de luz, nuestro ser verdadero quiere expresarse en amor.

Si hay necesidad de dañar, de vengarse, de manipular,

es porque existe un hueco tremendo de amor.

Debemos aprender a ver con ojos más compasivos.

El mensaje no es permitir la agresión, pero sí entenderla para no seguir el mismo ciclo una y otra vez,

es decir, ir a la verdadera raíz para ponerle una solución.

A veces el silencio es la mejor respuesta si es que no tenemos un mensaje pacificador.

Tomar distancia y ver las cosas con más objetividad y desprendernos de lo personal.

Como dice el doctor Miguel Ruiz: nada es personal,

sólo se trata de la película que proyectamos sobre aquello que nos apartó del amor, y que a veces representa tanta distancia

que parece imposible establecer una conexión entre éste y lo que ocurre.

Sea lo que sea a lo que te enfrentes, mira hacia el amor, elíjelo conscientemente.

Aunque al principio no lo creas de verdad,

intenta imitar a alguien que responde con amor.

Recuerda a alguno de tus mentores de los que recibías un acto de bondad,

de comprensión y de compasión cuando actuabas incorrectamente.

Inspírate en ellos y en las figuras de la humanidad

que con sencillez y contundencia han demostrado que el amor es la fuerza más poderosa.

La violencia, las guerras y lo que atenta contra la vida

son grandes espejos de la agresión que decidimos

mantener dentro de cada uno y a nuestro alrededor.

Transforma tu agresión en creatividad: canta, pinta, baila, toca un instrumento,

escribe, diseña un proyecto,

toda la fuerza con la que dices odiar puede ser transformada, en una obra maestra de la que te sorprenderás.

Alenta al artista que llevas dentro y deja descansar al hartista: el que está harto del dolor, del ciclo de violencia, de la vida como una carga.

Aprende a pacificarte;

no reacciones al primer impulso, porque esto es una clave en la evolución.

Ayuda al todo siendo parte de la solución.

Atrévete a transformarte,

porque así te convertirás en un gran transformador para tu entorno.

Recuerda siempre que somos células de un mismo cuerpo.

Evita en lo posible unirte al grupo de las células enfermas, porque de esta manera dejarás de recibir más de lo mismo que ya no quieres.

La fuerza de la vida actúa a través de la conciencia,

y si pones tu intento al menos en quererlo,

ella hará su trabajo impecable.

No nacimos agresivos ni enojados.

Recuerda tu naturaleza,

busca purificarte con los actos de bondad,

porque éstos te conectarán con tu verdadero ser.

Respeta la vida,

ama y encuentra el amor en todas las cosas.
