Synopsis: Training with Mila leads to a interesting conversation with a certain Russia fairy.

A/N: I am participating in figure skating during the winter season as i did take a group lesson last season. So, i do know a thing or two about figure skating. Sadly, i wasn't able to participate in the summer season as I'm moving to a different city.

I just wanted y’all to know that YOI starts in 2014, making Yuri 16, so don’t be too confused.

"Mila! That's not true." You poked the side of your best friend. "Oh? So, you won't leave me for pairskating?" She wiggled her eyebrows teasingly knowing why you wouldn't. "No, if i were to pair skate I'd like to do it with a special person. Not some random guy." You frowned at her as she glided a little bit forward spinning, so she'd face you. Beautifull black skates glided in front of your white ones. Skating backwards she sighed. "You have no love-life. Just ask him." She pouted faking. "Mila-" You were about to protest but Coach Yakov had interrupted you. "Will the both of you stop babbling like idiots and practice!" You both apologised and went on with training. You practised your tripple lutz, your short program was based on the song: Flying with mother, from 0:00 to 02:40. You had watched the movie linked to the song your friend had recommended and you really felt the music.

Mid-spin during the second half of your short program your memory failed you and the only thing what you remembered was Mila saying: 'Just ask him'. You blushed and fell on your bum. Groaning you stood up and skated to the side of the rink leaning on It. That was embarrassing. You sighed looking down at the ground outside the ice rink. You heard someone 'tch'-ing if that's even a word. You thought it would be Mila, but you were wrong you looked a bit up to see black figure skated with black hard guards on them. waiting to be tied. Looking up you saw him. Yuri Plisetsky.

"Hey, what was that pathetic excuse for a backspin?

"I-... I was distracted." "Distracted? you? What did that old hag Mila say something?" Yeah well, we all know how unmannered Yuri is, so you didn't really react to him calling Mila an old hag. She was only 2 years older. You blushed, "No, well not like you probably think." You sighed and looked down again. Yuri sat on one of the chairs around the rink to tie his skates.

"If it's about your figure skating, it's... fine, i guess. But I don't see how that old hag's words could affect you." He frowned and tightened the grip on his laces. Chuckled mindlessly not knowing how to answer him. "I... Yuri, could you help me with my tripple lutz? I just can't seem to get it right." "Mmh? What no-! I'm not going to teach-" he stopped himself when he saw your hands 'praying' with puppy dog eyes. He groaned. "Fine, but if you fail don't blame me."

Mila looked at you from afar and whistled, 'so she's finally making her move huh? What if i just...' Mila skated to the pair, Yuri had demonstrated and explained how to get your tripple lutz to 'perfection' and higher altitude. "Well, if it isn't my favourite couple-" "Mila/Old hag!" You and Yuri both screeched at her but silently not wanting to alert the whole rink, "-of skaters." She smirked and stuck her tongue out. You hit her softly on the arm, "I hate you." you mumbled out softly. "Love you too, boo." "What do you want, hag." Yuri frowned, reasons? yes. How many? 3. What are they? well....

That old hag interrupted his alone time with you.

He hates her. Can she just stop being so friendly with you.

He wanted your attention on him. And him alone.

So what if he was jealous? SCREW Mila and her interference. But in the end, he had to hear her out so yeah. "I wanted to ask If Persona had already informed you of her leaving us to go pair skating." His viridian-colored eyes widened, you leaving? So soon? "Mila i told you it wasn't decided yet. And well in anyway i still have a short program to do in France so, yeah." You looked down blushing, but Yuri thought your words were to look down on him. Pair skating, what?! "If you're leaving..." It hurt him to finish his sentence as he has liked you ever since you were kids, you used to be in the same group skating, so you grew up together on ice. After swallowing down a broken voice he mumbled, "..Then leave now. And don't even think about asking me to help you again." He wanted to be strong, but the crack in his voice told himself and the 2 young women standing in front of him that he didn’t have the strength left to keep his guard up. And so,

He skated of ice, putting back on his hard guards as he did so. "Yuri where do you think you're going?" He heard Yakov yell at him, "home!" He grabbed his stuff and left for the locker room. Meanwhile back with you and Mila.

You had an arm outstretched wanting him to come back. "Mila! Why would you say that?!" You yelled at her with tears in your eyes. It wasn't her fault, you knew that. And then again you threw your anger her way. Your sadness. Why did Yuri say that? and so bluntly too.

You skated towards the same exit Yuri went taking your hard guards and putting them on as you set foot on solid ground. Mila looked sadly at the floor, she just wanted to tease you and Yuri a little. She never expected Yuri's anger to go through the roof like that. He always had that 'whatever, i don't care' tsundere aura on him. So she didn't think this through. 'I'm sorry... So sorry, Persona.'

You walked in the dressing room. "Yuri?" You knocked on the door you her a muffled groan inside and quiet 'shut up! Go away...' You frowned and walked through the door to see Yuri harshly removing the skates from his foot. "Let me explain." You stumbled towards him the change of ground material affecting you. You sat next to him as he glared. "There is nothing to explain. You're going to leave, for pair skating," he told you as if it was the most disgusting thing on the planet. If it weren't for the situation, you were in you would've laughed, "your leaving, and since you mention France, you probably met someone there last season. And that why you're leaving for France." He connected the false dots in his mind. "What the hell are you smiling for, stupid girl."

You chuckled, "it's nothing it's just... You think im leaving for France because i met someone?" He nodded sullen by the thought. "I didn't meet someone, Yuri. Well i did, but that was here, in Russia." You smiled softly as your heart referred to him. "Good for you. So, you're pairskating with him?" He looked away bitterly. "Only if he wants to." Yuri looked confused at you. "Mila was just teasing me about something we talked about." You explained 'Now that we're mentioning Mila I should apologise after this.'

"Yuri the truth is i... You- I like you..." You looked down as you heard a scoff and a light chuckle. You felt a flick against your forehead, and you cried out in pain lightly. "You stupid girl, must you always worry me like that." You looked up in pain, about to yell at him for flicking you.

When you felt soft lips pressed on yours. Yuri's lips. They detached from you and smirked. "Your mine now, so go and tell the other guy you met you’re not into pair skating, да?" You chuckled and nodded, leaning your forehead on his shoulder. "Next week is the short program of the woman’s final in France, after that I'll come back to Russia, i heard something about infamous miss Lillia Baranovskaya coming to see you." "Who?" You snickered; Lillia used to be your ballet teacher until you stepped over to figure skating. But that’s a story for another time.

“Right.. Yuri, I’m not into pair skating,” you smiled at him, he looked confused at you though. “Eh? Why are you telling me-? Oh,” he smirked blushingly after realising that there was no other man trying to capture your heart. “Maybe we could.. after I win gold in the grand-prix finals.” Now it was your turn to be surprise, “Mm? What’s this? Yuri Plisetsky stepping over to pair skating?”

“нет, it’s not like that, I’m just saying maybe we could.. whatever never mind.” You chuckled capturing his lips once again. “I just realised, your fans are probably gonna go crazy.” You whispered against his lips, he just groaned not caring, “замолчи,” he whispered against your lips, “I don’t care about them,” ‘not to much at least’ he thought.

“I still have something to do,” you mumbled to him thinking back to Mila for a second, this made Yuri make a displeased sound. “Don’t care, мой.” “Yours ey? Even so, I was mean to Mila, So I’m going to apologise, now put your skates back on before Yakov kills you.” Yuri sighed and nodded in relief, knowing you wouldn’t leave him. Now he could focuse on winning the grand-prix and beating that ‘pork-cutlet-bowl piggy’. AKA: Yuuri Katsuki.

When he walked back in the rink he stood next to his coach, Yakov, looking back at you and Mila. As you apologised to her a little tear falling from your eyes. That made him frown a little but the hug you and her shared after warmed his cold heart a little. Maybe the ice was melting, all for you.

He side eyes Yakov. “pair skating,” he muttered out to him. “Huh? Pair skating?” Yakov looked at him raised brow, “yeah, after I win gold and beat that Katsudon in the grand-prix final. I want to try pair skating.”

Yakov frowned but thought about it thinking about how you ran after Yuri. Something must’ve happened in there, and looking at your red face as Mila talked or rather teased you explained enough. “You finally found your agape?” He questioned his young pupil making Yuri blush, did he though? Yes, and it was you. He hummed postive, “I did, so yea your answer?”

“Listen Yuri, Its completely up to you both, I’ll help you through it though, as your coach.”

“And the winners of the 2019 winter pair skating Olympics are: Yuri plisetsky and Persona Plisetsky.”

Hi. I am Victor and I need to learn how to skate before Saturday. My parents have been paying for me to get skating lessons every week for the last fifteen years but I never actually attended any of the lessons and I spent the money on marble busts instead. Now they want me to perform to ‘Stammi Vicino’ at their wedding anniversary on Saturday.

If you can teach me, be here at Ice Castle tomorrow at 7:27am with an extra pair of skates. I am a fast learner (well, at least my dog Makkachin is–it took me only two weeks to teach him how to roll over) so I am pretty sure I will pick it up quickly. In return, I can teach you how to say some pick-up lines in Russian or tell you some facts about my love life. Whichever you prefer. Not both, though.

Ты начинаешь погружаться в них, уходя все глубже в пучину картинок, запахов... Всплывают разного рода чувства в твоём сердце. И если уж говорить о чувствах, то у меня возникают очень не очень (」゜ロ゜)」 Вот например, фигурное катание на протяжение 12.5 лет - вспоминаю только одни тренировки, падения и плохих тренеров. ヾ( ￣O￣)ツ Зачем и почему фигурное катание? Без понятия. Как это обычно бывает, ребёнка отдают особо не интересуясь его мнением. По началу это интересно, потом это входит в привычку, а потом для каждого наступает разное. В моем случае - сожаление, неприязнь и все такое. Ну жаль конечно, однако опыт есть опыт, хоть и не очень полезный o(〒﹏〒)o Чутка инфы: Фигурное катание - этот спорт относится к сложнокоординационным видам. В основном это передвижения с разными направлениями скольжения и элементов, типа вращений, прыжков и мучений... И все это под музыку. Фигурист должен продемонстрировать все умения чем сложней, тем лучше. И бла бла бла. ╮(￣～￣)╭ Дальше угораздило получить опыт в парном катание. Зачем? В чакрах не ведаю. Задача спортсменов в парном катании продемонстрировать владение элементами так, чтобы создать впечатление единства действий. И так далее. А вот потом меня занесло в полное...в ледовое шоу. Такие шоу могут быть показательным катанием, театральным или музыкальной постановкой. Про достижения не вижу смысла говорить, ибо сейчас я не смогу доказать их истинность. Однако я их помню. Себе я доказала, что могу быть... В общем и целом, о чем я? Фигурное катание оказалось для меня не моим спортом, но есть плюс, физическая подготовка помогла мне влиться в боевые искусства очень быстро. А зачем я все это написала? Да не зачем...
