I want to see this play again. And again. And again! There are so many amazing, funny, bonkers moments on "It's Headed Straight Towards Us" that you cannot grasp them after only seeing it once. Sadly my holiday funds are running on empty... otherwise I would have gotten a ticket for a matinee - very spontaneously.
Sam West is absolutely brilliant in it. The entire story, the character development, the setting and the tone of the play are spot on. Rufus Hound's character has some flaws that are a bit cringy and one major (let's call it) health issue that isn't explained by the end of the play. That is my only criticism.
Sam's character feels like it was written for him! If you have the chance to see this play: DO IT! It's worth all your money. (I'd even say it if the cast was a different one)

After the amazing My Neighb our Totoro, another anime coming to London stages, this time The Garden of Words. Super curious, as it's such a lovely film and I'm sure the adaptation will be fantastic.

New post --->
I feel like I’ve spent this winter season, just trying to avoid being somewhat ill. I was doing super well, until I overate on pizza and my digestive system decided to have a breakdown. Not fun. But thankfully this managed to pass before my 2 and a half day weekend as I had booked Friday afternoon off, specifically for theatre purposes. Let’s get into it!
