Today while I was out walking my dogs, Feferi noticed a beautiful tiger lily flower fallen on the road. She picked it up, gently brushed aside my hair, and stuck it behind my ear.

She trilled and said, "It's pearlfect! A tiger lily for my Tiger Prawn."

I couldn't stop smiling the whole way home. <3

I noticed you watched Liz and the Blue Bird a couple months ago, so I made sure to put it high on my watch list, yet I had no idea that it and Sound! Euphonium were tied with one another! Having just finished most of the series (aside from the recap movies), it’s climbed to be one of my most favorite animes of all time up there with RGU!! Do you have any intentions of watching it after liking Liz?

i don’t really know anything about sound euphonium at all, so i didn’t have any particular intent to see it despite loving liz and the blue bird... i felt the elements i loved most about the movie were its very specific themes and its tie-in of its ‘fairytale’ with its ‘real’ story, so i wasn’t sure if things like that would really be present in the series anyway? not that i don’t believe it could be good anyway, but i just don’t really know of anything about that that particularly compels me toward watching it at the moment. i WAS a former band kid though so i can respect that it’s a concert band anime :p
