Story:
His heritage left even the most seasoned medicine cats befuddled.
It was enough to make his head spin even without Sunnyshiver’s involvement.
But involved she made herself, soon birthing a litter of three stillborn kits.
She cried over them constantly, refusing to move their rotting little bodies from the nursery even under the gossip of the other queens.
When he asked her who the father of her kits was, she refused to say, citing that there were many possible fathers in the Clan.
But, a quick check with the long-suffering medicine cat confirmed his suspicions.
The three dead kits were the spitting image of Greentuft. A tom that he and Sunnyshiver could trace their lineage back to with ease.
He confronted Greentuft that day.
The old tom claimed he had mistaken Sunnyshiver for his long-dead mate, but Whimbrelshade knew better.
He knew that the old tom wasn’t dumb, nor blind.
One argument later, and Greentuft was dead.
It wasn’t the first time that he had killed one of his kin.
But it would be the last.

I don't know how much more explicit the message of "THIS IS GROOMING" could have been without Be On Cloud superimposing it in all-caps text over every one of Non and his teacher's scenes. People interpreting that as "cheating" are cracked in the fucking head.

BSD Circus! AU
the circus has rolled into town. The ringmaster Mori is ready for buisness, but one of his children, Dazai, is over the circus. The night they arrive, he sneaks off to climb a tree and hide from responsibilities when…
Dazai:
Dazai, dialing mori: hey dad we just got robbed
After checking, all that was stolen was some rope, water, and food: but Mori is annoyed and sends dazai out to go look for the culprits. Dazai wanders around the new town a bit in boredom before he sees the ginger haired fellon, sitting in a tree. He watches for a moment.
The grace was amazing, something that made dazai stare and stop for a second. Hed seen acrobats but this felt new. (At least it would if i didnt make such a low quality gif but hey, sue me I’m tired.)
dazai, once again on phone with mori: hey mori i have an idea.
Mori comes to where dazai is and they go into the house dazai saw them enter; theyre squatting there. They’re scared, but chuuya steps in front of the others. Mori explains the offer: they can either get arrested for theft, or mori will be willing to forgive the incident… if chuuya agrees to join the circus.
chuuya: >:0 like hell I’ll join your circus-
shirase: yeah and like hell I’m going with the police you can have them
chuuya: wait what wtf
and this is hopefully part one of a circus!AU soukoku idea

fuck akuroku as a ship btw not only because its pedophilic because thats obviously a huge issue. but also i think we should be able to have platonic relationships with the same amount of devotion as any romance. not everyone who loves each other is in love DEREK.
#not trying to downplay the issues with it being pedophilic because thats actually a huge issue#context for my non kh moots#as of kh3 lea/axel is roughly late 20s#maybe early 30s depending on how old he was in bbs#and roxas is (physically) 14-16 (hes only been alive for a bit over a year#but also what i want to say#axel and roxas have an amazingly written relationship#theyre two of the strongest characters in the series in terms of writing honestly#their dynamic in canon is two best friends who at the end of the day just want to stay together#but due to circumstances and also a bit of axel keeping secrets shit falls apart#when you get to kh2 roxas is gone and axel will do literally ANYTHINNG to bring him back#he doesnt care about his own life or soras or anyone else who stands in his way because he is going to get his friend back#axels role as an antagonist later in kh2 comes from his devotion#he wants roxas back. he says himself he wanted to see roxas again because he made him feel as though he had a heart#in the end he gives up and dies to protect sora#and i think a lot of people take 'he made me feel like i had a heart' out of context to say its romantic#at face value its easy to interpret it that way but in context he goes on to say 'its funny... you make me feel the same' to sora#the way i interpreted it at least wasnt that he was in love but that both roxas and sora's love for others radiated onto him#if we look at days (i know. sacrelige for a kh2 discussion. fuck you) axel is constantly questioning why roxas acts like he has a heart#he straight up asks him why he does that and roxas is confused. thats just how he is#<- context for that conversation is that roxas is upset on xions behalf because saïx called her a mistake#what he means by 'having a heart' is feeling things and caring about things and there is no inherent romantic connotation#he means in the most literal sense that roxas made him care about things. we dont know what exactly that was referencing in kh2#but we can take a pretty good fucking guess#but lets look at com for a second because theres a scene talking about the other half of that line#axel goes behind everyones back to do something to help sora and naminé and after he does he is SHOCKED to realize hes enjoying it#and then he says 'you really ARE something!' about sora#at least as of kh2 what they meant was feeling emotions. roxas made axel feel as though he had emotions. he made him feel like he could feel#anyways. what im saying is axels line could be taken as something romantic but i think its more interesting than that#i dont have enough tags left to continue word vomiting sorry </3

aini as a game makes me SOOOO mad because it was SO CLOSE to being perfect
#like listen boy.#all the gameolay stuff and the somniums are so much better than aitsf#it had interesting themes that built up on the last games#it had some really good setup for character exploration#esp with mizuki aiba and ryuki now that date’s gone#the new characters are almost if not just as compelling as the the first games (… if the game actually focused more on them)#had one (1) really good plot that felt interconnected like how the first game did it#but man#they fucked it up bad#the entire timeline twist is useless and only really serves the purpose of having a twist#with the entire narrative bending over backwards to fit this twist#2 borderline pedophillic relationship!!#2 missed opportunities of characters (lien and kizuna)#absolutely no interesting exploration of character dynamics EVEN WHEN THE STPRY WAS BEGGING FOR IT#and instead having the characters TELL who they’re close to and how that affects them instead of SHOWING IT#the cast is completely flooded with characters from the original game that didn’t need to be here#date.#and despite EVERY CHARACTER from the first game being here the ONLY one who actually benefits is amame#with every other returning character either downgrading or staying exactly the same#and a really bad mix of fast pacing + too many idea + none of them being explored properly#that makes it feel like the game has nothing going on and too much going on at the same time#uchikoshiposting#aini#aini spoilers
