These dinosaur chains I wanted to buy for my boots sold out and I’m forever mad at myself for not buying them earlier.

So I drew Ben and Brooklynn with them on their boots, to make me feel better. (You can’t really see it on Ben cause of shading rip.)

One of several Shadow studies/model sheets I’m making for myself. This take is modeled off of Yuji Uekawa's artwork of the sonic gang during Sonic Adventure 2, though of course with some touches of my own in trying to understand the character.

Feel free to use for reference material, and make tweaks to adjust to your style!

My ocs are like specters that haunt my life but I can never draw them exactly right. Here is more Ren drawings, as usual his hair is both fun and a pain.

#ft renoir #the sleeve and sash turned out pretty okay #my art #my ocs #i am thinking .. about he.#when using a photo reference for a direct pose base.. it is interesting trying to figure out where to shorten limbs/torso cuz he's shorter #interesting pose.. chest is out but head is turned down. idk how i would draw the neck for a pose like this.. good thing i didn't have to #ren kept the hilt of his old knight sword and just replaced the blade for a saber's #i think he's my only guy that wears tights. i want him to have this aura of 'oh this guy has a weird relationship with time' when he show u #for those confused about his personality he has a performative and chatty outer persona but a distant and lonely inner self.#i've been reading the 'cultivator' genre and it's interesting that their immortals become more perfect and godly as they live longer #meanwhile my vampire immortals' flaws get worse as years pass. Ren's so crusty.. he could never meditate. rip

#saint seiya #saint seiya fanart #los caballeros del zodiaco #sagittarius aiolos #I remember reading somewhere (either a post or some wiki page idk) how aioros is often revered as the perfect saint an almost divine figure #and I’m pretty sure aioros initially refutes being the next pope saying saga would be a better fit (it’s 4am so correct me if I’m wrong)#anyway I watched some of kotz for fun and saw that scene. he seemed rather upset at the news but a sense of distress I can’t really describ #even when keeping in mind that he was only 14 I don’t think it was the responsibility that comes with being a gold saint/pope successor #but more combining the first bit of being highly viewed. he seems like a rather humble guy who’s rather content with risking his life #or has at least excepted that fact. but when seem as more than a simple soldier it makes him uneasy. because he knows he’s not a god #yet is put in such position that when adding his sacrifice at an early age he’s practically legend. and despite the initial denial he will #always be obedient enough to accept the duty placed upon him. this is all to simply say I tried drawing him smiling but it didn’t look righ #so ye. (feel bad for just leaving the thought process to the sketch in the tags but it’s not my best wording so it stays down here)#a smol trivia nugget: I still don’t know how I want to draw aioros :p actually better trivia nugget: the pose/composition is from a photo m #they saw I had taken a photo but my angle was rather bland so they decided to absolutely blow me away with one heck of a photo #theres even nice lighting and everything. real glad I finally used the reference as reference :]

Somehow I always used to feel that a proper saddle pattern was too dark for her, but now that I actually did it I think it fits her pretty well! Maybe I can stick to this design for a while. I wanted something that was genetically possible irl, so all her previous iterations bugged me a lot.

Her hobbies are all the cool dog things that I can't do irl (for the time being at least): everything that lets her run and/ or use her little brain in addition like sledding/ bike-joring/ dog scootering/ etc., agility, also playing with friends. She's pretty fast! And like me, she's reserved around strangers.
