[gritting my teeth and snarling and shaking like a small dog you're trying to give medicine to] childe tartaglia ajax...........scaramouche wanderer..........AL FUCKING HAITHAM..............the three most annoying male characters in genshin impact and i either am warming up to or have warmed up to all of them. it's terrible. demoralizing. humiliating. childe annoyed me deeply from the moment i saw him for the first time. the realization that all that burning hatred was acquiring a "i want to study him" flavor which then sparked an interest inside me and eventually led me to being forced to admit i kind of liked him. AWFUL!!!!!!! and scaramouche??? he annoyed me even worse????? then the game actively makes me study him and im forced to face the fact that he's kinda intriguing. the more his character arc progresses the less i hate him. truly terrible. and as for alhaitham hes literally just some guy compared to these other two but still his little devil's advocate attitude annoys me sooooo baaaaaaad but it's quickly turning into an affectionate thing rather than a derogatory one and it's ALL kaveh's fault. the power of gay love i suppose
