now picture. picture that with platonic soulmates!cc!main 4.

cupbros have two geese each, because both dice & dev are their p!soulmates; dice's geese have purple & white plumage, while dev's has black-&-light-gold/cream-yellow. they both have red-&-blue accents. most of the time, they stick around the 'bros; whenever they're NOT with the 'bros, they're with devildice. NONE OF THEM fucking realise that THEY'RE each others p!soulmates (other then devildice, but they're r!soulmates & have been (illegally married) husbands for LITERAL YEARS, so), even after the 'bros start working at the casino. the crew, however, do. because it's. it's very fucking obvious; so obvious, in fact, that even the CUPBROS know it, they've just been denying it for so fucking long and so fucking hardly that they GENUINELY refuse to accept it. devildice, on the other hand, are just plain fuckin' oblivious.

Sexuality Headcanon: Bisexual with a preference for masculine men. I fucking caught the tone he used for that one muscular demon, come on now.

Gender Headcanon: Possibly genderfluid, but predominantly identifies as male. This is less to do with him being occasionally effeminate, and a lot more to do with the idea of him being able to change sex at will.

A ship I have with said character: Devildice! By far the easiest one to point to, absolute OTP. I also have a softspot for Saltdevil and Djimmidevil.

A BROTP I have with said character: The Devil and Henchman. I don't outright NOTP them but I always preferred to interpret them as platonic. Their dynamic is adorable in the show I appreciate them :)

A NOTP I have with said character: Tbqh don't think I have one. I think the Devil has the potential for fun interactions with all kinds of characters. If there I DO have a NOTP involving the Devil, I haven't seen it.

A random headcanon: The Devil is neurodivergent! I really enjoy the idea of him having Autism + ADHD, even if the diagnoses weren't well-known or even invented yet in the 1930s.

Then get this- Dice didn't sell his soul to Devil so when he realises he's in love with the boss and no matter what he does Devil's still not interested the feeling becomes so emotionally draining and hurtful it starts to negatively affect Dice. So he goes to his boss and demands to sell his soul for not being able to feel love (either at all or towards Devil) anymore because he's fucking exausted.

if/ when you have nightmares, (like if you're like whimpering in your sleep) Dev would be awake, so, he would gently take you in his arms and curl up in the bed, your head on his chest.

Headcanon: Game Devil can't get out of hell except limited means like being summoned of possesing a body.

And this is just Dice offering himself as a host so that the boss can walk around the mortal realm and have fun. Though Dice himself keeps an eye open to what the Devil may do because he doesn't want to end up humilliated.
