In my ongoing pursuit of making quirky but useful items (I'm still working on CAS stuff, no worries!), I thought this BGC shelf would be a fun and functional addition to most styles of sim homes. This piano shelf has loads of slots to use, but be warned you might have to enable the moveobjects cheat to fill some of them since the game doesn't like stuff to be too close together (even if something will fit). There are 36 swatches of wood tones, some pack-matches, some oddball ones, some elegant ones, some plain ones, and included in that are of course the plain white swatch + the shadow bake swatch for recolors. PS This is under wall decorations, okies? Love you!

RetailSims Satanic Set

So I noticed RetailSims.com is gone now. It's likely due to internet decay and most likely permanently gone, so I have taken the liberty to reupload the Satanism Set from that site, which is pictured below.

The set comes with 16 objects, some of which have recolors. The objects are bundled in a collection you can see in residential or community lots. The Lady on Red and recolors have a dependency on CEP, the rest are standalone.

All items are from retailsims.com and are unaltered. If the original uploader, HChangeri from Retail Sims, wishes these to be taken down, please send me a message and let me know. Again, I take no credit for these items and am only reuploading to maintain community access because I love these cc items and can't live without them!!

Moonwood Garden - 4t2 Set Conversion

Happy Saturday everyone! IT'S FINALLY FINISHED! 😭

I absolutely fell in love with @myshunosun's beautiful, beautiful Moonwood Garden set when I first saw it, and having converted one whole object recently, I figured, hey, why not? 😂 Let's just say I learned a lot along the way (like that slots really are little bastards).

There are 12 objects with varying numbers of recolors. The original set came with 13, but I was unable to make the floral arranging table functional (I tried, believe me, but it's just beyond my skills at the moment), so there's only the decorative version.

Some plants look better than others in the planters; you can also place plants first and then place the planters over them with moveObjects on for fuller garden beds. The single bag of soil is repo'd to the double bags.

Hi! I’m happy to say I finally started the makeover of Windenburg old town square, aka Provence Square in my save file. For the first build, I wanted to create something that would go well with the surroundings and to pay tribute to some of the beautiful villages you can find in the south of France (where I’m from). It’s loosely based on memories and feelings. Enjoy!

These buildings are very old. So old that nobody is able to say when they were built exactly. But one thing is sure, if you come to visit Windenburg Olde Platz, go enjoy a good meal at the best restaurant in town: Chez Léonie. Its owner is a sweet lady, Léonie Bourgoin, and if you’re lucky, you’ll have the chance to meet her. Also, if you’d like, you can buy some flowers and plants at the shop Les Bleuets de Louise next door, or take a class on Mondays to learn how to do flower arrangements.

Sims 4 Completionist Legacy

Have you ever wanted to get all the achievements in Sims 4, but don’t have the energy to do so in one generation? Well, this legacy challenge may be for you! Sit back and start your family in the base game and work your way through the packs. Let’s start off with some basic rules:

-          No cheats other than moveobjects

-          No starting over

-          CC and mods are allowed; however, you may not use mods that disable need decay or make the challenge easier.

First, you’ll start the game as if you are a new player, with a new game. Create your founder and jump in there. Keep in mind, this is designed for someone who owns all the expansions/game packs.

IMPORTANT: Gen 1 starts off in the base game, so please try to use base game only CAS items and Build objects.

 Generation 1: Base Game- Creative:

You were born with a passion for the arts. You move to town with a determination to become a master of the arts, no matter what!

Traits: Creative, Art Lover, Perfectionist

Career: Whatever is required for your aspiration

-          Choose from the three base game creative aspirations: Painter Extraordinaire, Musical Genius, or Bestselling Author. HARD MODE: Try to complete all three before your Sim dies of old age.

-          Must live in Oasis Springs or Willow Creek

-          Only have one child

-          Be a distant parent until your child is a kid. (As Toddlers weren’t a thing at first)

-          Complete the Crystals collection(Base game only)

Generation 2: Get to Work/Outdoor Retreat:

You were always a bit different than your parents. You liked to question the unknown. This led you to pursue a career where you could do just that! At the same time, you’ve been fascinated by nature and desire to learn everything you can from it!

Career: Choose between Doctor, Scientist, or Detective (HARD MODE: Master all three careers before your Sim dies of old age)

       Do you have an abundance of fruit bowls that you wish to display? Well here are some emptied bar shelves to do so. (Seriously there is a lot of fruit bowls in this game, do people display fruit that much? I just keep my fruit in the fridge.... maybe I shouldn’t. Maybe I should get a bowl for my kitchen counter...)      Uh...anyway, although it was interesting learning different ways how, I had a pain recoloring them so for now only five. I plan on working on them again in the future.      I was debating whether or not to leave the lights and the postcards but I think they give it a bit more ‘flavor’. I might try a version without, though for my next project it’ll be something that just’s recoloring so I can get more practice. Thanks for checking out the LTC shelves and if you use enjoy.

How to build a farmhouse ramp

Wow, my first tutorial. Please give feedback! 😊 I don’t think I’m a tutorial-making type, but there was clearly a need for this in the TS3 equestrian community, and I happened to learn how to do this a while ago after serious trying and failing, though it was super easy, when I finally got it. This is the basic idea, but I’m sure there are ways to alter it for two storey ramps and whatnot.

To make it a little easier, flatten the lot if it’s not already. Build the first floor of your building. I built it 7x8, because I wanted the ramp to be 3 tiles wide, without thinking ahead if I had any doors that fit it. I didn’t, so I improvised with windows (now that I think of it, I could have just deleted the walls…).

Build the ramp-to-be. With a slope angle like in the first picture, it has to be at least 12 tiles long, 13 if you want the ramp to end a little below the ground. You could have a steeper and shorter slope, or have a ramp with differently sloping parts. It doesn’t matter if the ramp-to-be is taller than needed, but if you want to end neatly with a wall, you should place it before sloping the second to last tile of the ramp.

Build floors to the ramp, and build a room to the side of the ramp.

Press ctrl, shift, c to open the cheat box. Write constrainfloorelevation false to the cheat box, and press enter. This cheat allows you to level the ramp. Now use the terrain tools to lower the ground. Take the biggest or middle sized square shaped tool, and click once under the room you created next to the ramp. (This is the weakest part of this tutorial, no clear picture and no knowledge of the game in English 😂) You can barely see in the picture under, that the ground tiles are a little sloped towards the walls. Go to the second floor, and level the ramp-to-be walls and floors to the same height. Start from the extra building and cover the ramp until the first ramp tiles, like in the picture.

And ta da, the first tiles are sloped! 🤩

Then repeat: lower the ground under the side building with one click, and level the ramp, but leave two tiles from the building unleveled, then three etc...

Eventually you should be reaching the ground. The ramp wont level excatly to the ground level, it will either be a little above (11 tiles long) or a little lower (12 tiles long). In here I made it a little lower. It’ll be unusable anyway. If you want there to be a wall in the end of the ramp, build it before leveling the second to last tiles.

Open the cheat box again and type constrainfloorelevation true, delete all the extra walls and level the whole in the ground back to the ground level. You can see in the picture below that you won’t be able to raise the ground under the ramp without the cheat, and with the cheat the ramp would also raise. I guess building the ramp with a basement could prevent that. Got to try that next 😊

Decorate as you wish. You can add fences as railings, doors and windows to the ramp, or delete some walls under it. To add a door going to the ramp on the second floor (or first floor, if you don’t count the ground floor?) that needs a tile underneath, you need to use the moveobjects on cheat.

Hi simblrs! How are you? I’m so pleased to see that the community is still active and nearly all my fav simblr are still active! <3 I’m apparently and officially back, even if I won’t partecipate in any challenge for the time being. I have a huge amount of things to take care of and I would feel so guilty not posting on a regular basis.

Things so far...

- Moving to another country is tough! Yet I’ve already learned a couple of importanti things about myself and the world around me. My perception is shifting and I feel like I’m growing, day by day, as a human being.  - I don’t have my personal pc here, so I’m currently using my partner’s one. I should re-install all the software I used for ts4 editing/cc making but I’m not in the mood right now (just because I have a lot of things to do!). I feel like a host, more or less, while playing with Ts4 right now, but I’m working on this issue. - This also means that, unfortunately, I don’t have any savings from the Seven Songs Challenge :( This makes me really, really sad but I can’t do anything about it for now. I hope I’ll be able to fix this by the end of the spring, but I’m still not sure *supersadtears*. - My current game is really freestyle, but I decided not to use any cheat at all (unless moveobject because, cmon those paintingsweghashjdgash). I’m in the middle of Gen 2 (actually waiting for the first Gen 3 member to come *w*), and for the first time in my life as a ts4 player, my Sim is filthy rich! Thank Gen 1 for being a couple of super famous actors lol *o* <3 - BTW! Here we speak a very peculiar yet interesting english, that I would call...international english? Expat english? xD By the way, it’s really challenging to keep up with the pace of a discussion where people from all over the world partecipate. Lots of accents and ways to approach a topic...so please be patient with my english once more. - Food and weather have not been an issue so far. I feared a lot of homesickness about italian food and weather, but...nah. The weather here is not so different at all, or at least the temperature is not. The food is great and I’m trying to learn new recipes.

I think that’s all for now! From now on I’ll share some edits about “Mercado” household (the blondie is Rosario, and the one with the moustache is...amh. Gosh this is the problem with spouses °-°. Owen?). Hope you’ll like it!

were inspired by the Docas de Alcantara” in Lisbon and just like them, they aren’t stores anymore but a restaurant, café, bar, nightclub, karaoke-bar, nightclub, lounge, arts center and even a national park if you want.

It was built for the “Salty Paws Saloon” lot,   Whiskerman’s Wharf   in  Brindelton Bay 

I like to build all-in-one as  venues (to spare lots for my households)  and this one is no exception, only the smallest one.  It may also be used a a residential lot... though you won’t find a “normal” bedroom,  then this  lot was built for a challenge  with the    LittleMsSam’s Mod: Living inBusiness  in mind.

I hope the pics aren’t too dark but  I was trying to make it look old and shabby and well,  I still have a lot to learn.  I playtested every venue type, however, please tell if something isn’t working. And yes, you’ll need the  MoveObjects On cheat to install the lot. 

Please don’t switch the venue type while the sims are inside or you may get stucked  with many barmen, waiters, hostesses, kooks, baristas or disckjockeys!!! (I learned that the worst way!)

Fairytale Bedroom Set for Sims 4 toddlers is based on popular Woodright Fairytale Kidsroom furniture of real life shown below. I re-meshed the royalty free 3D models of Woodright's interior collection to make them playable in Sims 4.

Disclaimer: Severinka has also used Woodright's Fairytale Sweet Home interior collection for her Dollhouse Kids Bedroom set for Sims 3. I didn't clone or use Severinka's meshes in any way. I used the royalty free 3d models directly from Woodright's children room interior collection. Fairytale Bedroom Set contains 9 objects- toddler bed, blanket, pillows, table lamp, arm chair, bookcase, toy shelf, dresser, and bedside table. The bedroom furniture primarily have three wooden texture- dark wood, plywood, and white wood. You have to attach bed, blanket, pillows, bookcase, toy shelf, and bedside table together in game like below pictures. You don't need 'moveobjects on' cheat to attach these objects, and they function correctly after being attached together.

Your toddler Sims can sleep on pillows without their head getting buried under the pillows!!!
