Traditional Art Week Event!

I’ve decided to run an event dedicated to traditional art! For the entire week of the 15th to the 21st, instead of doing digital art, draw any asks, posts, whatever you like in a traditional medium!

For artists, this includes drawing in, but not limited to:

Pen / ink

Pencils / watercolours / grey scale, ect

Painting

Pastels / crayon ect

Charcoal, ect

For writers, this includes writing in, but not limited to:

Do posts on paper with handwriting

Playing with fonts and typography

Calligraphy

Experiment with writing styles

Dramatic readings!

You can do as many entries as you want - this event is for fun! Just make sure to tag it with #pokeblogtraditional as the FIRST TAG ON YOUR POST so it goes into the tag itself, so others can see what you do.

Alina immediately bursts into a fit of laughter that lasts for way too long.

She keeps laughing for an almost uncomfortable about of time.

Misc seemed to pause for a moment at the question, pulling out another berry for his guest in case they got hungry. What did he escape from? It didn't matter enough that people were curious, did it? He looked over to the Type:Null, who was walking far enough ahead that he knew they wouldn't have been able to hear his conversation with the stranger, before turning back to the visiting Celebi.

"The same thing as they did," he explained simply. He paused on his words for a moment, however-- no doubt they'd want an explanation. "More precisely, I suppose, the Aether Foundation."

The neutral scent of Oran berries filled the air as he started to peel one with a troubled sigh. The peels were deposited into a ring as he pulled the sections of the berry apart.

"From what I had heard after the fact, they had lost an important Pokemon for their plans to invade Ultra Space. I had entered the facility trying to figure out what the distortions I'd felt were about. See, I would have gotten out of there quickly, but… They had these weird capture devices that they used to catch me. It was kind of insulting, actually."

"They were shaped like hoops. It was like they sapped everything from me, and any time I tried getting through the gaps, I was shocked like a piece of prey in a Luxray's jaws. They did a lot of experiments, but almost all of them were on my hoops. Maybe they thought that with just enough power they could break through to Ultra Space with one of them…"

"...But all they did was break one."

He gingerly rolled the offending hoop, which was cracked thoroughly. It was a wonder it was even still a solid enough structure to hang off of his horn, but it was there nonetheless.
