more ouran au pls im CRUMBLING
Nsndnd here are some crumbs!!
• tbh I’m biased towards Shua bc he’s my dream boy (literally) but also bc he plays his gentleman image really well. Like this man is so polite and gentle! And I’m very sure his guests would listen to him sing sunday morning every day (much to Hao’s dismay)
• hmmm Joshua and Minghao being the tea bros but while Shua does it for the aesthetic, Minghao actually is passionate about tea and always has a cup of it during his shift. He’d recommend all kinds of tea to the person he’s with.
• ok but— have we considered like the hosts categorized by languages? so rocket-line and c-line have their own very dedicated fanbase/regulars? i think being a multilingual and multicultural group helps them stand out bc they can relate to more students that way 😭
• and since the school is like those top/a lot of the upper wealthy side attend, I think they’ll also house some foreigners or students who come from multicultural backgrounds. Foreign line can help them feel a bit more at home 💗
• the image of some of the members throwing flower petals and running around with electric fans so the hosts have some visual effects when doors open is so funny to me like the Hot skit they did during the Hybe picnic 😭 their chaos
• since there’s 13 of them, they probably do rotations. So they exchange shifts every other day just to keep it fresh and so that they can also focus on other activities they want to do
• Seungkwan also being the perfect host bc that man can make you laugh and is the perfect mc and he’s so charming like 👁️👄👁️ mr. Pledis Boos is a favorite!
• and everyone probably knows Seokmin from theatre so what if his thing is like he plays roles from productions he’s been in. The most famous one is king arthur

walk cycles of varying degrees of effort.
1- equine run/gallop cycle
2- hexapod trot cycle
3- quad trot cycle (with raptorial third pair of limbs)
4- quad walk cycle (with raptorial third pair of limbs
hexapods include felines, some small species of deer and unicorns, and treedogs. hexapods with centaurism (raptorial forelimbs) include wolves and dogs, plains horses, larger species of unicorn. pegasi could technically be included but they have wings, not raptorial limbs

How are you so fluffing funny and eloquent? Are you like that in person??
I'm not into half the characters you write about or answer asks about but I still read because I just love the way you write. You have such a smart mouth.
I hope writing is something you are pursuing because sincerely you got talent
thank you!!! and i very much do not speak like i write no T-T i have a kinda prominent speech impediment and a lot of social anxiety, so the words,,, they do not come easily. i'm simply so smart and funny and hot that the powers that be know i would be unstoppable if i could communicate a coherent sentence in any less than three tries. or say the word 'publicity'. it's a surprisingly common word okay.

can the "finding your art style" discussion finally end because it does nothing but feeds people's insecurity and obsession with finding something... that they already have?
i've been there, trust me. growing up i was obsessed with "finding" my own art style. but you know what it only did? it made me almost quit drawing altogether on many occasions when in reality i already had one.
an art style is how you interpret everything around you through the act of creation. it's how you draw right now. it's how you place the lines. your line-weight. it's how you draw the eyes. it's how you shade.
an art style grows with you. it grows with your improvement. of course you can explore and bump it up by testing bits and pieces from art you love. but you don't add those bits to nothing. you add to what you already have, to the art style you already have. it's how you draw.

eternally fascinating to me that the fan translation projects for pathologic that succeed in realising and publishing a complete work are never the ones by organized teams of people dividing the labor and taking a planned approach, but only the ones that are Just One Guy (and sometimes their significant other) grinding through all >15000 lines of text solo for months on end. either that or it only works for languages that start with the letter P

So I made a plan to play a game I like this summer with the language settings set to Japanese for practice, and the only two games I own that would let me do that are Zelda (Both BoTW and ToTK) and Deltarune (technically Undertale too, but I'm not keen on replaying it due to various reasons).
I gave Deltarune a try today, but quickly found out I uh, have a while to go before I can play it like that. I was able to stutter through the light world dialogue since it was all in kana (alphabet characters), but apparently, the dialogue is written differently in the dark world. It's very kanji heavy (the complex characters that mean whole words, such as 図書館 (library) and 水族館 (aquarium), so I was looking up wayyy too many readings and not actually remembering the words I was trying to learn.
However, I did manage to make it to a very important scene :3
He's really just making sounds here lol; "eh- that's- Kris!?" (ちょ... is a shortening of ちょっと, which, while literally meaning "a little," can also be used for "hey..." or "that's a little...", to my knowledge)
Anyway just wanted to share that screenshot, will update when I actually get around to playing this in Japanese because gosh darn it I will do it one day
