#finally found the scene I’ve been looking for #intrigued by that Steve would have a habit of watching old newsreels when he’s depressed #I know that it’s been expressed that these were simpler times for him #essentially the good old days even though that’s not how he would have thought of them at the time #but the newsreels- as pointed out here- are a very manufactured portrayal #that he had a complicated relationship with even then #he also had propaganda posters like the ones encouraging people to buy war bonds decorating his apartment in Captain America (2005)#marvel #steve rogers #sharon carter #my posts #comic panels
