I've been following powerburial for like eight years, he's not a terf, I think he just posted something that bothered enough people to tip the shinigami gating mechanism. shinigami gets false positives sometimes because enough people misread an opinion or dont catch an ironic tone or don't understand a reference, which is bound to happen on the reading comprehension website once in a while

what level of online brainrot do you have to have to place blame on people for who they’ve REBLOGGED FROM as if everyone spends 20 hours a day on tumblr and has an index of the sins that every single user on their dashboard has committed. You’re aware that you get random posts recommended to you right there’s a based off your likes feature there are tags and most of all the average person doesn’t run a wiki for every tumblr user with 2000 followers. I don’t even look at the urls on most posts I reblog it takes effort to avoid posts with comments from people like powerburial because they’re still all over the dashboard and I don’t study fucking tumblr posts like the Sistine chapel no I don’t think it’s incriminating that someone reblogged from someone morally reprehensible in your eyes “3 times” or whatever. i appreciate powerburial's writing a lot, i think more or less in the same way as i appreciate Richard Hanania - it's nice to have someone articulate who is absolutely opposed to your politics write up a nice long explainer of why they believe what they do, and to find it diametrically opposed to your way of viewing the world
