@Regranned from @prasadmahes - In Zen, we call this a "non-sticky" mind - a mind that does not grasp, cling, hold onto or become attached to what it perceives. - It's a mind that surrenders to whatever the experience contained within it is, while nurturing acceptance and openness. - This type of mind is developed by seeing the hardships and challenges in your life as an opportunity to practice surrender and acceptance, as a chance to let go and let be. - Whenever I feel that I am emotionally hurt, or that I am clearly stressed, my practice begins. I breathe through whatever emotion I am feeling, slowly letting go of the attachment I have to whatever is ailing me at the time. - When you've learned to let go of what the mind clings to, that's when you will be able to uphold true inner peace despite what occurs around you. - This doesn't happen in a day - it's a journey that we must embark on. It's not an easy task, but a worthy one. - #regrann
