Some are exclusive to certain servers, and some might be translated a bit wonky because I didn't know whether to use the English translation or not, but other than that everything is pretty straightforward.

Izuku Midoriya agere head cannons! ^_^

recently i've been getting back into mha sooo,,,, here are some little izuku headcannons!! (i will be doing cg izu in another post but for now, have the little guy hehe) . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁

ᯓ★ he is both an age regressor and caregiver! Possibly a little lean but it depends how he's doin mentally ᯓ★ when he's small, his headspace ranges from about 2 to 6 but usually falls between 4-5 ᯓ★ his main reasons for regressing are all the problems caused by all the bullying when he was growing up and finding out he was quirkless, crushing his dreams at such a young age. And the constant fighting in wars with villans and such, when in UA. Sometimes he just regresses to get the weight of the world off his shoulders for a couple hours. ᯓ★ found about his regression in the first year of being in UA from mumblings of coping mechanism during therapy. but he didn't really understand or think about it until kaminari was being pretty open about being a regressor himself one eday, so, Izuku being Izuku went down a rabbithole of researching and found it to be a great coping mechanism for himself! ᯓ★ when he's regressed, he prefers to be called "Izu" or "Zuzu" by his close friends who aren't his cg but still know he regresses! ᯓ★ speaking of cg's, he has a couple. Because I like katsudeku, I think that Katsuki is his main cg!! His other main ones are Todoroki and possibly Aizawa ᯓ★ when little, he calls Katuski either "Kacchan" or if he's really small sometimes he'll slip out a "dada". He likes to call Todoroki either "Todo", "Roro" or "Roki". As for Aizawa, usually just a little "Zawa" ᯓ★ Besides his main cg's, most of class 1A likes to care for Izu when he's small and absolutely love it since he's just such a little sweetheart! but kirishima, ochaco, momo, sero and Iida spend the most time with small izu ᯓ★ his love for All Might only grows when small! He just loves to watch All might documentaries, movies, little youtube clips. Dont even get me started on the amount of all might little space gear he would have hehe! paci's, decorated bottles and sippies, onesies, plushies, teethers, absolutely everything! ᯓ★ he's an absolute angel for the most part! especially when around the ages of 3-6 loves to cuddle, always smiley and giggly, just a joy to be around!! howeverrr, when he slips tinier than around 3, he can be a little sleepy, leading him to be fussy ᯓ★ loves to play hero games with his friends and cg's, "saving" them, usually pretending to be all might. ᯓ★ because i headcannon izuku to be autistic, i think he stims a lot more when hes regressed!! he loves to rock side to side and back and forth the most! ᯓ★ he also tends to babble nonsense, just complete babababa and all his cg's can do is just sit there and nod while he has a full conversation with them in baby ᯓ★ his favourite pet/nicknames (and the ones only katuski and shoto are allowed to call him) are baby, sweetie, honey/hun, sweet boy, bunny, bubba, cutie, dear, dearest, little love and munchkin! but everyone else can use little one, buddy, kiddo, things like that hehe thats it for now!! i will definitely be making more little izu posts bc hes just so cute!! i will also be posting little izu stories on my ao3 if anyone is interested :33 bye bye lovelies, hope you have a wonderful day or night!! 💗

- before i start i wanna say that he definitely used to be a scene kid i can smell it i can smell the sour patch kids and monster energy off of him

- ok anyways this guy was also a HUGE vocaloid fan and im not talking about he only listened to miku songs he listened to ALLLLL of them

- back in the day if u asked him which song was his favorite he’d probably mention some scary, obscure and super old song like idk Alice of Human Sacrifice or (my favorite) Fear Garden but really his favorite song was probably either Romeo and Cinderella (ALSO MY FAVORITE) or World is Mine

- his favorite vocaloid is probably IA

- he’s probably the only one out of the boys that actually knows other vocaloids other than miku

- if you went up to him now and asked him what his favorite song was (cus i know motherfucking well he still listens to vocaloid) he’d still say some obscure shit just to sound cool and original but shhhhh its ok buddy i know your favorite song is Matoryoshka and Magnet

Alphonse:

- i know damn well he listens to vocaloid in private

- “i can’t let the bros know i fuck with this”

- he leans more towards the pop side of vocaloid like GimmexGimme and Freely Tomorrow

- he’s too scared to listen to any of the creepy vocaloid songs cus he’s a PUSSY (this is very lighthearted) he heard one kikuo song and couldn’t sleep

- his favorite vocaloid is rin

Auron:

- you know damn well he also listened to vocaloid i mean like he HAD to because of Faust

- at first he thought it was cringe and told Faust that all the time just to spite him but after a while be was like holy fuck this goes hard????

- he most definitely got too curious when Faust mentioned the scary vocaloid songs and went down a horrible HORRIBLE rabbit hole (its ok me too)

- it started out with Rotten Girl, Grotesque Romance then Secrets of Wysteria and ended with Okaasan

- he ended up pretty NOT normal after that

- his favorite song would either be uhhhh Q or maybe Closer to You

- when it comes to his favorite vocaloid he’d probably tell you its miku just because but i like to think his favorite is ACTUALLY vflower because of how strong her voice is

Charlie:

- after hearing about it he got a little curious and started off with a classic Ievan Polkka because everybody knows that song

- he doesn’t really care about vocaloid that much and wouldn’t have a favorite song but shhhhhh he dabbles a little bit into it

Jack:

- i mean come ON guys he said he was a theater kid why wouldn’t he listen to vocaloid at least a LITTLE

- he probably wouldn’t be THAT into it like charlie but if you mentioned it he’d be like “oh yeah! i’ve listened to a couple songs!”

Mikunology Reviews: Boku wa Hatsune Miku to Kiss wo Shita (2013) (Pt.2)

Alright, here we are with Part 2, where I will chat about the album's second half! Let's get to it!

Ii, Er Fanclub: I think anyone who vaguely knows of Mikito has heard this one, if it's not ROKI. XD This is another more goofy, fun track about Rin and Gumi being fans of Chinese culture. And I love it! It's a great song, the back-and-forth between Rin and Gumi is so fun to sing along to - the inclusion of actual Chinese words is really fun as well. The drums are great here too. There's not really much I can say on this one that isn't just regular praise?? I highly recommend checking out it's PV by the wonderful Yori and Ryuusee! (Actually, I do have one comment I want to make: unpopular opinion, but I like this original Rin & Gumi version a lot more over Giga's Miku & Len mix. The goofy charm of the original song just jives with me more, although Giga's tuning is stellar.)

Wednesday Blue: This is another remaster, this time of one of Mikito's much older Miki originals. This is more typical rock'n'roll-style track, and it's a bit noisier than Mikito's usual fare. Unfortunately, I do think it's my least favorite on this album: it's a bit…all-over-the-place, compared to Mikito's later work? The Miki vocals are clearer and a bit better than the original NND upload, but they're still notably clunky in some places which can kinda take me out of the song. That said, the song as a whole isn't bad or anything, and it's actually pretty catchy after a few listens - it's just kinda clear this song was written by a less experienced Mikito. (Not to poke fun - everyone starts somewhere!)

Setsuna Plus (Momentary Plus): And here we are, back to Miku Dark again. This song is a bit more abstract in terms of lyrics, I think, but I still find myself coming back to it. There's not much I can say about this one either, honestly? Other than that it's good and that I like it - it has that usual great atmosphere again. However, I do have a slight criticism, I think - as much as I love the way Miku sounds here, I think this song could have done with a bit more powerful vocal instead, after hearing a few covers with characters like Amaga Eru (who can be pretty loud in her base voicebank).

Sarishinohara (Distant Fields): I remember not being too keen on this track at first for some reason? I don't know what was up with me because this song is really lovely XD This is a rock song about the forbidden love between a boy and his best friend and classmate, who has become an idol (and since idols can't date, she can no longer see him). There's such a tragic, melancholic feel to this song that really gets across the pain the boy is in, both in that he can no longer be with the girl despite her being "everywhere", in a sense, both in the instruments and in Miku Dark's vocals. Personally, I find this to be my favorite in the "Sarishinohara" trilogy, since 1) I think the melody is a bit easier to get into compared to the others and 2) just the sheer vibes.

Secret DVD: Ah, this one…the spicy one. A more straightforward rock track with a bit more "vanilla" Miku voice instead of Miku Dark, about doing sexy things. I actually like this one quite a bit despite the mature subject matter - it is pretty catchy, and the guitars are really good here. There's a part in the second verse where there's a harp-like strum and it's really satisfying. I also gotta say, something I always appreciated about Mikito's more sexual songs is that they're usually written in a manner that actually makes the act sound romantic rather than…well, you know. XD (*looks at REOL and Umetora*) I recommend this one for the music alone even if you're not into the song lyrically.

Salad Banya Cauda: Now for something completely different! XD This is one of the very few completely album-exclusive tracks, since I believe all of the tracks on this list have been released with PVs with the exception of this and Gariben Hirose no Shouri. This isn't really a rock track at all - it's a cute little folksy-type song with more acoustic instruments and simple Miki vocals (with the exception of some electric guitar between verses). I like it, though! It's a cute song, it makes you feel like marching through some sunny trees to find some berries or some adventure. However, I do think it can come as a surprise given the vibe of literally everything else. I think you might enjoy it, still!

Gariben Hirose no Shouri (A Geek's Huge Victory): OK, back to rock - this is the other completely album-exclusive track, and honestly? I've come to like it quite a bit. It has that signature nice Mikito J-rock vibe, with some lovely Gumi tuning to go with it. There's not much I can say about it that I haven't said for other songs on this CD, though? Just more of the same good stuff, I suppose. XD However, I really like the end part, where Gumi starts singing some "lalala"'s - something I like about Mikito's rock songs is that some of them feel like they could be played at the end of movies or as ending themes to anime episodes, and this is definitely one such song with the way it plays out.

Sayoko: Ah, this is another famous one. Sayoko is a soft J-rock track about severe depression, and once again uses Miku Dark - I think this is a really brilliant use of her, though, it really fits the song's theme since Miku sounds so melancholic and tired here. The melody is again a bit more understated, but it also really fits. I'm running out of things to say about the music itself XD I really think this song has a great calming vibe to it, despite the sad lyrics…I think someone could find it a great comfort, especially if you relate (like me!).

kiss: Finally, the last track, and the single collaboration on this CD: featuring the great Vocarock producer keeno! Together, he and Mikito form Mikeeno! (I love it when producers do that.) Predictably given their respective work, this is a slow, calm rock ballad about love. Now, I'm not the hugest fan of rock ballads? But I really love this one: the lyrics are really sweet and wistful, the lead guitar is perfect and Miku Dark returns to the gentle sound usually associated with both these producers. If you really like songs like "glow" or the slower songs I've already talked about on this album, you'll definitely love "kiss".

And that, my pals, is the whole CD! Yeah, all in all, for a first album, I think this is an amazing start for Mikito-san and an absolute must-listen if you are an enjoyer of Vocarock. Sure, he isn't the hard-rocking 164 or Utsu, but the soft and atmospheric yet fun and lively tunes by Mikito are incredibly worth hearing. Team "Dabohaze no fun"

I headcanon that the remedial course-squad will end up being frien…-dish (guess who’s making it difficult to simply label them as “friends”?) with each other.

Half-way through the course, Todoroki explicitly refers to Bakugou as a friend; and almost right afterwards they both (plus Deku) basically spent 24/7 around each other as Endeavor's interns: Normally most people would become friends... Bakugou just happens to be a ducking drama-queen special kid.

I imagine that Todoroki accepted Utsushimi as a friend fairly quickly - her flirting just went right over his head. On her part, I don’t think that she was too romantically invested in him anyways. I headcanon that after Utsushimi noticed how this pretty boy was not only totally clueless regarding romance, but so many more important topics, she took it upon herself to become his pop-culture tutor.

Now, every once in a while, Todoroki uses slang that even Kaminari can’t decipher ("Slangy-roki" must be among Bakugou's most disliked iterations of Todoroki). He and Utsushimi also exchange cat gifs frequently.

Overall, it seems like Todoroki considers other people his friends fairly quickly, as long as they’re not nasty (as in, insanely nasty. Afterall, he called Bakugou his friend).

I feel like the only person Todoroki has ever seemed reluctant to befriend, is Inasa. Inasa’s type of too much, has been just a bit too much for Todoroki. Furthermore being compared to, and then judged as being just the same as his father, was something that left a bitter taste in Todoroki's mouth.

However, if Inasa can eases up on trying to force the friendship and Todoroki can experience him being dependable and capable ally on the battlefield, there should be potential for them to become friends.

I imagine that Utsushimi gained points with Bakugou when she did the Glamour-roki illusion – just to promptly lose them, AND more, when she did a "Moe-baku" illusion the next day.

Headcanon: Bakugou being mean to Todoroki, and Yoarashi comforting the latter.

Bakugou finds Inasa to be a ducking drama-queen. Todoroki deadpans, that Bakugou is in no position to say such things. Bakugou threatens to blow Todoroki up. Yoarashi gets in between to defend his new reluctant friend.

My point is, out of the four of them, Utsushimi is the only one who’s not a drama-queen but simply a queen.

My Top 3 Event Songs

Another on going series I have on TikTok is me sharing my top 3 event songs every few months (kinda a per season thing tbh). This is the only playlist where I will be changing the songs as time passes, because my favorite event songs change as time passes.

And the way it works is:

• The event and the song BOTH have to be on EN (which sucks for Showtime Ruler) when I make the ranking video (it's how Hollow ended up getting into round 2, but Bug wasn't able to get into round 1 because I had already released 25ji's first Top 3 event songs video)

• I have to take in a few things:

- How often do I play the song in game (solo or Co-Op)?

- How often do I listen to the song outside of the game?

- If the song has an MV (3D or 2D), do I actively watch it? Or do I just look for the audio (as in full version)?

- Do I want to learn something from the song (the lyrics, the choreography, the instrumentals should I ever pick up an instrument)?

- Does the song make me feel something (kinda tying in my playlist of prsk songs that make me cry) and if it does, how long does it last?

• Some of the songs haven't changed and likely won't change (Becoming Potatoes, RAD DOGS and PEAKY PEAKY), while some units have had changes in their rankings (Kanadetomosusora going from first to second in round 2, while all the songs MMJ had in round 1 were replaced in round 2).

• Yes, I call them rounds, don't ask why.

There was a test Monday morning for class 1A. They had all tried to argue with Aizawa for a later date but he wouldn’t budge. Because of the nerve wracking date of the exam, most of the class decided to study over the weekend either by themselves or in a small group.

Iida decided to lead on of these study groups, which he typically did with Shoto, but he was having a harder time trying to get a grasp of the material than usual. They had all made little flashcards to help but all it did was anger the half-and-half boy when he got the fifth incorrect one in a row.

“This is stupid!” Shoto yelled out in frustration as Sero told him the correct answer, “Hey, love! It’s okay. I know they’re pretty tough but-“ Sero was interrupted by Shoto standing up from the floor and walking out to the middle of the room, trying to release his frustration in some way.

“I should know this stuff though! We’ve been going over it in class for nearly two weeks now!” Shoto yelled. He sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose to calm down a little, he didn’t want to have an angry breakdown in front of everyone.

“Like Sero said, this is complicated stuff.” Kirishima said reassuringly, and Shoto looked back at them, calmer but clearly a bit distressed. Sero smiled.

“Yes, even I’m having a bit of trouble with some things. It’s nothing to be too upset about, Todoroki. I’m sure you’ll understand everything fine come Monday” Iida nodded, waving his arm around a little.

Shoto just sighed and went to sit back in his spot, getting a small head pat from his boyfriend beside him, “You’ll get it, Roki.” Sero said as he smiled at Shoto.

“I vote break time!” Denki exclaimed and his hand shot up. His legs were aching from being crossed on the floor for so long. “I second that.” Kirishima agreed and stood up, most likely to grab snacks and some drinks for everyone.

“Yes, perhaps a break will do us all some good. Great idea, Denki.” Iida nodded.

“Eh, I wanna get this stuff done first. Then maybe I’ll join you all for a break.” shoto spoke up as he reached for his flashcards again. It was clear the stress was getting to him though.

“Ah! Nope! You’re taking a break.” Sero said, reaching over to poke Shoto in his ribs, earning a small giggle and flinch in return. Shoto was oblivious to the three new pairs of eyes that were now on him until Denki spoke up.

“Dude, are you ticklish?” He asked excitedly and without hesitation. The question intrigued Iida and Kirishima as well. All it did was cause a blushing Shoto. “Uhm, no?” He lied straight through his teeth.

Sero poked him again and got another giggle. “Hey Todoroki, I think we found a way to help you relax.” Denki teased, holding up his hands and wiggling his fingers a little.

Shoto tensed and scooted back a little despite him and Denki being on opposite sides of the table they were all sat it. Nonetheless, a wobbly smile of anticipation began to make its way onto his face and he made no move to get away.

“Aw, I think he wants us to tickle him.” Kirishima said not entirely trying to tease the poor boy, he was excited if anything. Shoto’s face burned a bright pink as he turned his head down in embarrassment.

“That it, Roki? Want us to tickle you silly until you have to take a break?” Sero teased, Shoto had a truly evil boyfriend. His only answer was a small whine as he hid his face in his hands.

Iida was going to say something opposing to the idea of tickling Shoto, but seeing as he hadn’t moved and Shoto makes his boundaries clear to his friends and would’ve said something by now if he really didn’t want tickled, he stood to move over to them. Denki and Kirishima quickly followed behind.

Iida at Shoto’s side, Kirishima next to his upper legs, and Denki at the lower. Sero gently pulled Shoto down so his head was resting on a pillow in his lap and he grasped Shoto’s wrists in one hand.

If Shoto didn’t feel nervous to begin with, he definitely did now. He giggled in his throat as he bit back the real thing. Not wanting to wait to long, Denki gave a little experimental scratch at Shoto’s knee, not disappointed one bit at the reaction.

“Ehehehehe!” Shoto giggled, bending his knee a little to relieve the tingly sensation leftover on his knee. But it didn’t do much good when Denki decided to keep tickling his knee.

“Dude, you’re laugh is adorable! How’d you keep this from everyone for so long?” Denki asked, smiling at the blush that spread across Shoto’s face. “I dohohon’t knohow. I don’t gehet includehed in this kihihind ohof thing tohoho muhuch.” Shoto giggled, secretly hoping him saying that would change his lack of invitation in tickle fights and other affection amongst their classmates.

Iida started squeezing at Shoto’s thighs and Kirishima got to work on poking around his torso, eventually settling on his hips after it got a little squeal. Shoto’s laughs and giggles were all over the place now, “HeheHEhey! NohoHOHOHO!” Shoto’s laughter went up an octave as Denki tickled the underside of his knee and Kirishima found his belly button through his shirt.

They were all shocked to find out just how ticklish Shoto was as it greatly contrasted with his usually stoic personality. “Man, it’s almost unfair how adorable you are, man.” Kirishima grinned as Shoto slightly squirmed around.

“NOHOHOHO! IHIM NOHOHOT AHADORABLE!” Shoto said through his laughter. Sero eventually got bored just holding up Shoto’s arms and ever so gently started dragging his nails up starting at Shoto’s ribs.

Shoto’s laugh was constantly flipping between regular laughter and pitchy, high laughter. He nearly screamed when Sero got to his underarm and throughout his upper arm.

The tickles got light again after that, and Shoto returned to softly giggling at the gentleness that he quickly learned he preferred over heavy, aggressive tickles. Shoto’s giggles got a bit higher pitched when Sero’s light scratching reached Shoto’s palms.

Everyone was surprised by the strange tickle spot, even Shoto. “Roki, theres no way you’re hands are ticklish. This is adorable.” Sero cooed, making his boyfriend blush all over again.

“My- My hands peheheel a lot, ahand rehecently Mihihihina hahas hehelped mehehe wihith skin cahare stuhuff. S- so my hahands are rahahather sehensitive.” Shoto gave his giggly explanation, and Sero just about melted right there at the cuteness of his boyfriend.

The tickles eventually fully came to a stop, Sero playing with Shoto’s hair as Denki brought back a few cans of pop and some popcorn. Iida would have preferred some healthier options, but they were taking a break so he allowed the comfort food.

The night went on much smoother. Shoto getting a little poke to the side whenever he began getting a little frustrated again or refused to take another break. It didn’t once fail to lighten the moods of everyone in the room.

News/Announcements: Shoutouts to Patreon Patrons, Creatives Rebuild New York (CRNY), Asian Arts Initiative and More The next few months will be especially busy: If you’ve been frequenting this site over the past couple of weeks, you’d remember that I was in Wichita, KS. And while in town, I spoke at a panel and covered the inaugural Elsewhere Festival and Music Conference, produced by the good folks at Midtopia and Marauder. I’ll be in Philadelphia for a weekend or so between late March and roughly mid November for the Asian Art Initiative’s inaugural Sound Type Festival and Music Writers Workshop. And I’m hoping to work out some more travel for speaking/panels and music festivals. As I’m writing this, I’m packing and getting myself together for a trip down to Philadelphia on Monday morning. Yes, pretty much as soon as I got myself acclimated to being back home, I have to hit the road again. When I started this site 14 years ago this month, I couldn’t have imagined the breadth of things I’ve covered. Nor could I have imagined the opportunities that have come about as a result of a burning passion for music — and a burning passion to be creative. I’ve covered roughly 1,100-1,200 shows in NYC, with a handful of shows in Chicago, Baltimore and Philadelphia I’ve covered about a dozen or more festivals, including traveling to Montreal for M for Montreal twice — in 2019 and last year I’ve been a panelist at Mondo.NYC Festival and at New Colossus Festival, speaking about PR, promotion and press for indie artists, giving my perspective as a indie blogger I made a cameo in a JOVM mainstay’s music video — and it’s a very noticeable spot towards the end of the video  I’ve photographed George Clinton, Patti LaBelle, Buddy Guy, Snoop Dogg, Blondie, Nile Rodgers, Roky Erickson, Philip Bailey, Blind Boys of Alabama, and a growing list of legendary and beloved artists, as well as this site’s growing list of mainstays By the time, this posts, I would have been a panelist at the inaugural Elsewhere Music Festival and Conference in Wichita, speaking about creating a career in music With this site, I’ve managed to carve out a unique path for myself — and in the blogosphere. ㅡ bakugo

i spent the whole day thinking about how he'll agree to fake date. let's just say he's the one in need.

his mom has been bothering him for a long time now. she wants to see katsuki bring home a partner for them to meet.

it's a pain in the ears and he's very TIRED so he decided to just fake date somebody.

the only person he can tolerate in class a aside from kirishima is you. he doesn't care about the other extras.

he'll search for you in the heights' lounge area and ask to talk.

"hey, can we talk?" he grumbles, "uhh, sure? do you want to talk here or somewhere private?" "somewhere private."

when you guys are in a more private area, he'd glare at you for a minute, it'll make you wonder if you did something wrong, before finally speaking.

"date me for a fucking day."

you'll snort at what he said and laugh thinking it was a joke but the annoyed and impatient look on his face says otherwise.

"wait.. are you for real?" "what do you think, shithead?"

bakugo trusts you so much that you have this significant role to play in his life.

you agreed, of course. it's the bakugo katsuki asking for your help. a once in a lifetime chance. (you just like him, stop making things up)

he brings you to the bakugo household the day after and his house is BIG big.

mitsuki, his mom, welcomes you with a big smile and a hug. he then glares at his son, "WHY ARE YOU ONLY BRINGING THIS PRETTY LITTLE CREATURE NOW, YOU BRAT?" "SHUT UP, OLD HAG! BE NICE OR I AIN'T BRINGING THEM HERE NO MORE."

masaru, who's just sitting there at the couch like nothing's happening, gives you a wave.

the dinner was good. his mom's a great cook, his father's a chatterbox. what surprised you the most was how quiet katsuki is. you're not sure why. maybe he's like this at home? quiet, calm, just serene.

"it's not everyday i see a person who can tame my brat of a son. i can see why he likes you, (y/n)." his mom beams at you, "you're pretty, a kind little one too. take care of my son, will ya?"

not knowing what to say, you smiled at her and said what's currently inside your mind, "if he'll let me, i'll take care of him for the rest of my life." you looked down, "but knowing katsuki, he doesn't need anyone to take care of him. he's strong and independent and he knows it. it'll hurt his pride if someone helps him without him asking them to." you smiled to yourself, "i just hope he knows that when he needs me, i'll always be here for him."

mitsuki smiled at you in awe. you have the mother's approval, congrats!

katsuki just stared at you with furrowed eyebrows, masaru pats his back, "good job, son. i'm happy for you."

he then murmured a protest before drinking his water.

time passed by and it's eventually your time to say goodbye to the bakugos.

mitsuki hugs you for the last time and ask you to come have dinner with them again, masaru pats your head and thanks you for being there for his son.

both of you were in a car provided by the school for safety protocols when he spoke, "did you mean it?"

you looked at him, confused, "mean what?" "what you said earlier to my mom, shithead. did you mean it?" "well, yeah. i mean it when i say i'll always be here for you."

he wore this unreadable and unclear expression on his face. he looks mad? confused? no one knows.

"why?" he asked, "why what?" "WHY DO YOU KEEP MAKING ME REPEAT MYSELF. WHY DID YOU SAY IT?" "YOU'RE A FRIEND OF MINE, THAT'S IT."

he chuckled bitterly, "a friend. that's fucking funny. i literally though you also like me for a second."

huh.. what does he mean? also? you laughed nervously, "hey, did i hear you right? thought i heard 'also' there."

"you're fucking dense, aren't you? do you want me to scream it straight at your face? i fucking like you."

you froze. yes, but embarrassment caught up and you covered your reddened face, "WHY ARE YOU SUDDENLY CONFESSING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT? WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SAY?"

"I AIN'T EXPECTING YOU TO SAY ANYTHING, SHITHEAD!" "I LIKE YOU TOO!" "SHUT THE FUCK UP I DON'T WANT YOUR PITY OF A CONFESSION." "IT'S NOT A PITY OF A CONFESSION BUT FINE! I DON'T LIKE YOU." "OKAY THEN. I'M BRINGING SOMEONE ELSE NEXT DINNER AND TELL THE OLD HAG WE BROKE UP." "NOOOOOOO!!"

ㅡ todoroki

i was contemplating whether to have him help fake date or have him need help. it's fitting if he's the one in need so i decided just that.

he might seem dense and clueless most of the time but he's the epitome of evilness.

he talks about you all the time that's why fuyumi has taken a liking to you and asked shoto to invite you to dinner with them.

shoto sees this as a chance. he'll take advantage of the situation because he knows you won't say no.

he goes to where you are sitting, "i apologize but my sister, fuyumi, she thinks we're dating. she wants to invite you to dinner at our house later." he said that with a straight face but this mf is smirking on the inside.

"uhhh, okay? sure? but uhm, why would she think we're dating?" "she thinks everyone close to me is dating me. she's like that.. yes. fuyumi likes you the most, i think. that's.. uh, that's why she's inviting you to dinner." (I HC HIM AS A BAD LIAR)

sounds suspicious and weird, but okay? you have a lot of question in mind.

"i would go. but how should i act? why didn't you tell her we aren't dating though?" "i don't want to disappoint my sister. you can act like you're dating me, if it's fine with you. just for a day."

"sure, sure! just tell me where and what time. i'll be there." "no, you can come with me. we'll go there together."

he brings you to the todoroki household after class. their house is soooo pretty. it's a traditional japanese house.

fuyumi was the first one to greet you, with her sparkling eyes and bright smile, she held both your hands gently and said, "i'm so glad you came! i've been wanting to ask shoto to have you come eat with us. thank you for coming!"

natsuo jogged from the back and gave you a cool wave, "hey, (y/n). how was it dealing with shoto?"

you faked sighed, "awful. how did you deal with him for the last 16 years?" "we never did." "oh.... OH NO I'M SORRY!" "HAHAHA. it's fine, i'm just kidding. no biggie."

enji won't be home for the day. he's busy doing number 1 hero works.

the dinner was fun. it was the funniest dinner you have ever had.

shoto's quietness is the exact opposite of natsuo's talkativeness. that man is talkative and funny as fuck. throwing jokes everywhere. it was entertaining.

all shoto did was take care of you. he serves you all the food you point at, gets you water, he even went too close for comfort and wiped a stain just above your lips. it made you blush, yes. you don't know why but it left you lightheaded. (you're in love with him, that's why)

fuyumi.. our beautiful and beloved fuyumi.

she exposed his brother's ass.

"aww. you guys are so cute together. ah! (y/n), do you remember that time when.. uhm, kaminari was it? i forgot his name but do you remember that time where he told you, midoriya, and the girls to wear a maid costume for the festival because your class is having a maid cafe booth? shoto told me you were so pretty that time! he hated how the boys in your class looked at you like you were some sweet treat, isn't that right, shoto?"

"and do you remember when you fought bakugo at the sports festival? where it was a close fight and you gave him a hard time? shoto said you won if the decision was up to him and that you were so cool!"

and she went on and on.

shoto was red as a tomato (or even redder) beside you. he was clutching his pants as if he was asking the floor to just eat him up.

you decided to ask him about this later to not uncover the fake dating plan.

dinner ended after a little talking, fuyumi gave you leftovers to take home which you will not reject because her cooking is divine, and asked you to come again after giving you a big and warm hug.

natsuo gave you a high five and thanked you for coming. he also thanked you for laughing at his jokes. he feels like he's very funny now.

both said goodbye to shoto.

the journey back to the heights was quiet but not awkward. it seems like shoto knew you have a lot in mind.

you spoke when he's about to open the main door. "what was that?" he looked at you with a confused expression, "the one at dinner."

"ah, if it isn't obvious yet after my sister opened her mouth, i like you. i have been for a long time now." he said that with a deadpan expression, "it annoyed me at first, it annoyed me that you're in my mind whenever i try to sleep, you're in my mind everytime i wake up. it annoyed me that i want nothing more than to hold you near me, hold your hands, warm you up with my fire everytime you feel cold, hug you, kiss you." he sighed frustratedly, "i just want to do everything with you... i'm sorry. i'm not good with words."

WELL YOU DID NOT EXPECT HIM TO BE THIS STRAIGHTFORWARD.

but again, this is todoroki shoto.

"..what? shoto... i didn't know you felt that way. why didn't you tell me?" you asked him concernedly, you lifted your hand to hold his face but stopped halfway thinking maybe he doesn't want to be touched.

but then he held your hand and guided it to hold his face, "i didn't actually plan to confess but when people started talking about how good of a hero you'd become in the future and when everyone started saying they all want to date you, that's when i decided it's now or never." he looked at your eyes, "i don't want to lose this chance. that's why i started telling fuyumi stories about you and asking her what to do."

"is that why your sister thought we were dating?" "yes. she knows about how i feel for you. she told me to confess and i told her i did and that it went well. i lied to her. i don't know why."

you coughed, "so, she doesn't really think everyone close to you is dating you?" "yes." "you lied to me?" "yes, i apologize."

"you could have told me you like me too!?" "it's not that easy to confess. plus, i really wanted to know how everything will go. it went well, i'm satisfied. you like me too, right?" "i do, shoto. i like you so much." he smiled at you, that rare fucking smile he knows is pretty, "that's enough for me."

"BUT YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF EVERYTHING?" "yes. yes, i did." "WHAT THE HELL'S WRONG WITH YOU!!?" "date me, (y/n)" "OKAY!"

ㅡ midoriya

a lot of guys from the other class have been bothering you. they kept on asking for your number and stuff. one even sent you flowers and a box of chocolates.

you appreciate it if you're being honest. what you don't appreciate is them sticking to you the whole lunch.

you told mina what's happening and she told you that the best shot of getting off those admirers of yours is to date somebody.

you don't wanna to that though. aside from focusing on studies, you have feelings for this certain someone with green messy hair and freckles. you don't want to date someone just to use them and lie to them.

"you know, what if you just get your shit together and confess to midoriya?" "MINA, BE QUIET! SOMEONE MIGHT HEAR YOU!" "confess to midoriya!" she whispired.

"or just ask him to date you until your followers stop following you around?" kaminari interjects, "what, you mean like, fake date him?" "yeah. something like that." "you're really useful sometimes, aren't you?" "shut up, mina."

you've thought about it all night. would izuku think i'm using him? would he reject the idea? would he be mad about it?

after contemplating, you finally went out of your room and walked straight at his door. he opened it with a smile after 3 knocks.

"hey, (y/n)! how can i help you?"

you looked at him nervously. what you were about to ask is a big part to act. "i will get straight to the point. some people from the other classes have been bothering me for a while now. they keep on following me and asking for my number even though i rejected them all the time. i want to ask you if you could date me? IT'S FAKE! OF COURSE. will you please fake date me until they get off me? i, uh, i'm not taking advantage of your kindness. i promise. right?" you said with a shaking voice.

he laughed at your rambling, "no need to be nervous, (y/n)! i would love to do the honors and fake date you! it's like an undercover hero mission. it's so cool! when do we start?"

you smiled at his enthusiasms. izuku is really the kindest person here on earth. you told him what to do, who those people are, etc. your fake dating starts tomorrow.

izuku was waiting outside your door when you opened it, he has his usual beaming smile when you saw him, "hi, (y/n)! ready to start our mission?" he's surely so into this whole thing.

you both walked down the lounge area holding each other's hand. everyone was gaping at the sight except todoroki who remained munching on his sandwich and bakugo who, well, "fucking finally you idiots." he said.

izuku let go of your hand and held both his hands up while shaking his head in a panicky manner, "no, no! we're just fake dating. i'm helping (y/n) get rid of their admirers! they said it was bothering them!"

"okay. but (y/n), why deku?" the motherfucker was smirking at you. todoroki, bless him, caught the panic in your eyes and called bakugo off. "that's enough, bakugo. leave them alone." "tsk! fucking icyhot a fucking killjoy."

most of your admirers stopped following you after they saw you holding hands with izuku. he's been doing a lot for you. he tried to tie your hair at training and brought you water. nothing much happened inside the classroom because everyone knows it's just a show. lots of outsiders believe you're dating izuku. some still bothers you from time to time especially at lunch.

you were sitting with bakugo, todoroki, kirishima, and of course, izuku, when a group of 3 went to your table (they're brave. no one would come bother bakugo's table because everyone's terrified of him.)

"hey, (y/n). can you give me your number now? i just wanted to get to know you better." "(y/n) give me your number! i'll send you lots of chocolates. i promise!" "they're liars but i'm not. i'd take you to your favorite movie this sunday of you'll give me your number?"

you pursed your lips in an annoyed manner, your friends are here and they're embarrassing you. you were about to speak when izuku beats you to it, "please stop bothering (y/n). it's obvious that my partner doesn't want to give you their number."

the group stared at each other with bewildered expressions on their faces, one looked at izuki and asked, "partner? you mean, combat partner or boyfriend? (y/n)'s dating someone?"

izuku wore a prideful expression on his face, "yes, i am their boyfriend and they're dating someone. that's why with all due respect, please leave them alone."

the 3 backed out and apologized. not everyone has the same personality as mineta. the person who seemed like their leader walked forward and bowed, "we're so sorry. we should've stopped when they rejected us the first time. they're just so intriguing that's why we wanted to know more about them. we're really sorry." with that, they left.

you faced izuku and thanked him. it was nice to finally walk and look around without seeing unfamiliar faces follow you. "thank you so much, izuku! you saved me. really."

he smilled at you, "it's nothing! i'd do anything for (y/n)." izuku froze at what he said and started chuckling anxiously, "i.. i didn't mean it like that! hahaha! but if you need anything, i, uhm, i'd always be glad to help." you stared at him and said, "me too, izuku. i'd always be glad to help you! you can come to me everytime you need something." he blushed at what you said.

"FUCKING IDIOTS JUST GET TOGETHER ALREADY! I'M TIRED OF HEARING BOTH YOUR SHIT! CONFESS TO EACH OTHER GODDAMNIT!" "oi bakugo. that's not how to do it." "SHUT UP SHITTY HAIR!" "bakugo, you're too noisy." "YOU HALF AND HALF BASTARD I'M TIRED OF YOU TOO!"

izuku coughed tensely, "(y/n), can i talk to you outside? i just need to tell you something." you nodded, "of course!" you both stood up and left the table of wild animals.

when the two of you got outside, izuku's hands were obviously shaking so without a thought, you held it. "are you okay?" "I AM... i am." "why are you acting like this? did something happen?" you asked worriedly.

"no, everything's fine. i just.. i don't know how it started but i just woke up one day thinking how i'd love you to be mine. i want to walk you to school, i want to tell everyone i'm your boyfriend, i want to kiss you good night. haha, is it to much to ask, (y/n)? i like you a lot." he told you that nervously, the boy was shaking and sweating.

"i can't believe it... izuku, i like you too. oh god, are you serious?" "i am, haha! i didn't know you feel the same. i'm really happy!" "i didn't know you feel the same too! half of our classmates knew that i like you. katsuki's just too noisy. he literally told everyone when you did extra training." "(y/n).. kacchan also knows about my feelings for you! he told todoroki and kirishima. is that why he's so persistent in getting us together?" "i don't know. that's just how he is."

you both were awkward as fuck but izuku asked if you'd like to date for real and you said yes.

when you came back to the table, it was bakugo who spoke first, "are you idiots finally together?" you replied to him with a middle finger which aggravated the blondie, "YOU FUCKER!"

It was a day in winter, which month? That isn’t exactly important. The only thing important to a certain student was how he felt. Which student? Shoto Todoroki.

Shoto sat on a bench slumped over and leaned on his knees with only a scarf that's giving him added warmth. He didn't need much, he had his quirk. Even though he wasn’t fond of his quirk at times, he still was blessed because it kept him warm. Not that blessed because of his depressing backstory, but you catch my drift. Todoroki continued to stare blankly at the manga that he was going to give Sero in return for the one he had borrowed. Something was off, it wasn’t the same as all the other times. Hell, the boy had even been avoiding his friend some days because of it. He would’ve asked Mina, but since she was close to Sero he was worried she’d spill and tell him everything. 

So he just stuck with ranting to Midoriya. It was only fair since Midoriya tends to talk his ear off a lot. Not that it was a bad thing, he was fond of it. It helped Shoto realize some of the nerves that he had whenever he was nervous or if they were in some sort of bad situation. He sat up, continuing to look at the manga in his hands with a scowl. Was he this mad over a manga? No, he wasn’t mad at the manga. He was mad at the lack of knowing his own emotions. What was this feeling? Every time Sero was around, Shoto felt.. clingy? No, that’s not the word for it. He just felt touched, that’s all it could be. There’s no way he felt romantic attraction towards him. That would be absurd; bad for his image. That’s what he had always been told. That’s what he believed. All those years he would have to shut out certain feelings. Guess that was really making a difference now, huh?

“..roki.” 

“Earth to ‘roki!” 

Todoroki must’ve been so deep in thought that he hadn’t noticed Sero calling his name. He looked up, seeing the grin that he seemed to be addicted to on the tape user’s face. 

“You okay? You seemed pretty deep in thought there.” Sero laughed softly, meaning no harm by his actions nor his words. 

“I’m fine.” The words came out stiffer than Shoto had wanted them to. How would he recover from this one? Now it was sure that there was something wrong. How could Shoto say it? Just say what was on his mind? That would probably end in disaster. Without realizing it, Shoto’s eyebrows had furrowed, his eyes narrow as he went back into deep thought once again. 

“Okay, sorry bud, but somethings definitely wrong. You wanna talk about it?” Sero asked, taking a seat next to Shoto with a slightly worried expression. The question made Shoto sit up straighter, obviously tense. 

Say what’s on your mind. Nothing could go wrong with that. 

Say it. 

What if Shoto gets rejected? What if Sero thought he was weird? Wasn’t it wrong to love someone like him? There was so much that he didn’t seem to understand. Relationships, sexuality and social cues weren’t his best strong suit. He knew about friendship and he knew about the basics of whenever it came to simple relationship prompts. That was such as dates, marriage and eventually kids. That’s all he was ever taught. 

Stupid Endeavor. 

“I don’t know how I feel. I don’t understand.” Shoto said after a moment of silence. He refused to look at Sero, the sight of him would only make things worse for him to explain.

“Okay, well what are you confused abou-” “All of it. I’m confused about all of it,” he paused, motioning his hand between the two as if to make a connection somehow. “There’s a part of me that doesn’t know how to explain it. I was always taught that romantic feelings were reserved for a perfect woman; someone worthy enough to bear the ‘Todoroki’ name. I can’t help but want to do small things like… hug you. It’s random. I’m normally not a touchy person, but lately whenever we read manga together I feel the need to lean on you. I guess that’s just being comfortable, I just saw it as being romantic.” Another pause. 

Sero was stunned, going to speak before being interrupted by a confused Todoroki yet again. 

“I’m sorry, what I guess I’m trying to say is… I love you? Is it wrong? Is it wrong for me to feel this way? It’s fine if you reject me, I just felt the need to have to get this off of my chest. Midoriya says talking is the best way to relieve tension. I guess he’s also rubbed off on me. I’m still ranting after all.” Shoto stopped himself after that, wanting to give Sero a chance to speak. 

Sero was a bit stunned. Honestly, Sero had felt some romantic feelings himself, but how could Shoto think so badly of something like that? He didn’t seem to mean any offense. Sero would just have to educate the clueless boy. 

“Of course it’s not a bad thing. Love doesn’t stop directly at a guy liking a girl. You can like a guy too. It’s not just one solid thing, y’know?” Sero smiled, slowly taking Shoto’s hand. Shoto was a little surprised by the action, yet wasn’t complaining. 

“Look, I’m not going to reject you. I don’t think you’re weird either. In fact, I would like to take you up on your love. If that makes any sense at all.” Sero admitted.

Of course, to Shoto that made no sense. In fact, it dug him into a deeper hole of confusion. 

“Offer? What do you mean?” Shoto asked, his voice back to his normal soft tone. It was such a change in demeanor.

“I didn’t mean offer as in like you offered your love. I meant that I love you too. I was just trying to be cool, like a knight in shining armor to remedy the fact that you were so confused on this subject.” Sero was the one to be nervous now, rubbing the back of his neck softly. 

Shoto felt his tension release, relieved that Sero didn’t think lowly of him. So this was okay? Shoto could love a guy? He didn’t have to be confused anymore? Scratch that last one, he still had a lot more to learn. That could be done at a later date.

“This is okay? That we both love each other?”

“Wouldn’t have it any other way, ‘Roki. C’mon, let’s go back inside. The others are probably waiting for us to help set up.” Sero said as he stood, holding a hand out to the dual quirk user. Shoto, while hesitant at first, took his hand. Sero didn’t let go, so neither did Shoto. 

“Oh! By the way, here.” Sero pulled out the manga, swapping it out with the one that Shoto had. “We were so busy talking and confessing to each other that I had completely forgotten about the manga.”

“This is a new series, isn’t it?” Shoto asked, looking at the cover of the different manga.

“Yeah. It’s a love story, ironically about a clueless boy trying to figure out his own identity. I think now you can relate to him.” Sero grinned, nudging Shoto with his elbow gently. 

“You think so?” Shoto asked.

“I wouldn’t have said it if I didn’t.” Sero said, his other hand going inside of his pocket. 

“Alright.” Shoto nodded. “What does this make us?”

“We don’t really have to label it, but if we love each other equally, we could consider ourselves dating?” Sero suggested with a more serious look in his eyes. 

Taboo. That’s all Shoto could think of. This was something so taboo to him he almost wanted to search up everything about it so that way he could understand easier. Though, Sero could be there to help him with that. Sero couldn’t understand everything though. Or did he? 

“I would be-.. Happy. If we did start dating.” Shoto was awkward about it which made Sero laugh at how cute he looked clueless. Who was he kidding, Shoto always looked cute. How was Sero just now figuring that out? 

“Alright, then we’re officially dating. Now come on, this Christmas party isn’t going to help set up itself!” Sero said, now pulling Todoroki along with him gently. 

That’s right. It’s December 24th. Christmas eve. 

Guess Shoto did get what he wanted for Christmas after all. Even if it wasn’t stated directly.

MHA Flowers Headcanons

Just a headcanon of why these boys would bring you flowers and cute stuff that comes from it.

Includes: Kaminari, Bakugo, Kirishima, Shoto, Iida and Midoriya

Kaminari

. Always spontaneous as heck!

. Literally. This man, being the bumblebee he is, would be coming home from work and be like, "Look at this pretty flower! I bet Y/N would like this!"

. And before he knows it, he has a small bouquet forming.

. He'd probably take a longer route home in search of more pretty flowers to add to the bouquet so it would look fuller when he gave it to you.

. Would present it with a smile full of pure sunshine!

. A couple minutes after sniffing the beautiful flowers he'd collected, a rash would form across the bridge of your nose and across your cheeks.

. "Aw crap!" Kaminari would quickly make sure to get you medication to help calm down the redness all while apologizing profusely.

. You still kept the flowers, just didn't sniff them so closely anymore. You'd catch Kaminari narrowing his eyes at them every time he walked by them until they withered and he happily tossed them.

Bakugo

. He's actually really good about remembering important dates in your relationship.

. There was always an internal struggle going on with this man when it came to giving you flowers and cute things like it: He wanted everyone to know he showered you with gifts but he didn't want to be caught dead shopping for them.

. So, on anniversaries and holidays, it's pretty standard for an arrangement to be delivered to your office.

. Your coworkers would exclaim about how sweet and thoughtful he was and they really would brighten up your whole day.

. He usually got home after you, sporting a little smirk of pride. You'd have to walk up to him, tell him how lovely they were because he sure as hell isn't bringing it up.

. "Tck. Yeah, whatever. Wasn't that big of a deal."

. But, he'd wind his arms around you, pulling you in close and you knew he was a softy underneath it all.

Kirishima

. More like Kaminari, the red-haired hero would show up with any bouquet of flowers just for the sake of seeing you smile.

. But, when you texted him telling him you'd gone home early after a particularly tough day he decided he really had to do something special this time around.

. So, he'd been standing in a flower shop, still in his hero costume, trying to ponder which one's you'd like best.

. The guy would start a group chat with all the people in 1A that might be able to help him. "Help! What's Y/N's favorite flower!?"

. After gushing about how sweet he was for trying to figure it out, it became very apparent that none of them were any help at all but they did remind him of your favorite color and he could work with that.

. He pulled them from behind his back when he got home, as nervous as the first time he'd brought you flowers. "So, which flower is your favorite?" He asked while you put them in water.

. You pulled out one of the flowers from the bunch and handed it to him.

. You'd told him how you didn't use to have one but that flower had coincidently been in every bouquet he'd given you and thus, became your favorite.

. Kiri nearly broke down from a cuteness overload.

Todoroki

. Todoroki rarely gives flowers.

. He just didn't want to resort to giving flowers in the way his father did to his mother. It felt sort of like a copout to him.

. Still, he can see the way you light up when other people get them and he really wanted that reaction out of you.

. That meant he had to get creative. Literally.

. He'd told you he was going out with Midoriya via text while you were still out on patrol and you thought absolutely nothing of it. Told him to have a fun time.

. "Why is this so difficult?" He grumbled while Midoriya picked it up so easily. He'd get it though, he was determined.

. When you arrived home, tired and longing for a shower, you were greeted by Todoroki holding out a small cluster of colorful paper flowers. "Do you like them?"

. Like them? Like? Like was an understatement! You loved them!

. He explained how he talked Midoriya into taking a class with him on how to make them and held up his hands so you could see all the bandaids from his paper cuts.

. After seeing your reaction, Todoroki got in the habit of hiding little paper flowers everywhere just to make your day.

Iida

. You told Iida how much you liked flowers on your very first date with him and ever since he's been known to go a little overboard...

. Like bouquets that were twice the size of your head.

. One time, when he was called away for work and was gone for two weeks, he sent flowers to your house every. single. day. You ran out of space to put them all!

. Still, seeing how happy he is to give them to you is more than enough reason for you to never complain.

. So, when he shows up to Friday night dinner, dropping a kiss on your cheek and whispering a soft, "I got you something." You weren't exactly surprised.

. You should have been though.

. He pulled out a small box and inside was a preserved flower. You recognized it from the first bouquet he'd ever given you.

. Iida sat across from you, adjusting his glass. "My mother had to help me get the preservation process correct but she assured me that as long as it is stored at..." He trailed off while you were still in awe of the incredibly sweet gift.

Midoriya

. Yeah, Midoriya knew your favorite flower before you even started dating. Well, he thought he did.

. He actually just jotted down things he knew his friends liked so he had a cheat sheet for gift giving.

. He was a studdering mess when you eventually corrected him.

. Ever since then though, he wouldn't just give you the actual flowers, he'd send you pictures of them. Get you artwork or a flower made out of clay for your desk.

. "I was on an assignment and saw this and I knew I had to get it for you!"

. Midoriya leads a super busy life but he always wants you to know he's thinking of you.

. He'd get big puppy dog eyes when you tell him you have the absolute perfect place for it.
