What if I told you that you can turn your free time into money? I may look like I'm fine, but honestly, my arms are so cooked-off the bone! Nothing like a great workout to start-off my day! Before I turned 21 last Friday, I made myself a promise to be better than who I was the day before. Every since, I've felt so much better, been busier in the best way and I have been using my time wisely and prioritising my time to not only make gains in the gym, but also gains for my mentality and self-enrichment skills. You can start building yourself in just applying these 3 steps! 1. Time=Money! Instead of going out with friends on weekends, try staying home more often to listen to podcasts or read a book. Yes, friends are amazing and spending time with them creates unforgettable memories, but wouldn't you cherish them, even more, when you don't see them so often? 2. Listen to more podcasts or learn something new. Learn a new language, a new skill, or listening to podcasts/books will make not only make you more knowledgable, but it will also make you know where you stand with the reliable information you've gathered. Instead of talking about something less irrelevant, ask the people around you about their opinions on current issues and have a healthy intriguing debate. 3. Set a goal. Many of us live life aimlessly just living day by day, going through the motions. I've been feeling that before I started applying new habits and setting goals in life. Set a goal, start making changes immediately, not half-assed in, giving excusesfaster another. Yes, was guilty myself too. But once you start, continue your habits, and find that momentum to continue with it until you reach your goal, and maybe longer! I don't ever plan to stop my habits, because I know I'm one step closer to my goals. There will be people bringing you down, but you know why you're doing this, you want to be better, for yourself and nobody else. Prove it only to yourself that you can do it, regardless how crazy your goals can be.
