Chocolate Protein Do(ugh)nut / Pronut Recipe
Who doesn’t love a good doughnut…?!
Unfortunately, these sweet treats often aren’t very filling, so may not be the best choice for a dieting phase.
Feeling satisfied with our food’s taste is important too, though - so I’ve created this single serving, microwave, lower carb and fat & higher protein chocolate doughnut to help you on the path to your goals.
I used a silicon doughnut mould to make this. I highly recommend silicone muffin cases, doughnut moulds and even baking sheets. They’re nearly always microwave and freezer safe, tend to help make some awesome shapes and are reusable. Plus, you don’t have to grease them.
Don’t have a silicone doughnut mould? Do not fear - you can get similar results by putting the batter in the bottom of a small cereal bowl. Although it won’t have a hole in the middle, you’ll still be able to flip the bowl upside down to release the ‘doughnut’. I’d maybe microwave it for slightly less time, though, as the cooking vessel can slow/speed up cooking.

Most silicone moulds come in sets, so you could increase the recipe to your needs to make more than one serving.
Ingredients
For the doughnut
5g high quality cocoa powder 
5g chocolate whey
5g coconut flour 
20g apple purée (or pumpkin purée). For this ingredient, the baby food aisle in your local supermarket has exactly what you need - 100% puréed apple.
For the topping
10g Choc Silk Vitamin Protein from The Protein Works (this creates an especially nice texture as it is a blend of proteins)
10ml water 
5g cocoa powder optional: a few cacao nibs (approx 2g), or some chocolate sprinkles!
Method
Put the dry doughnut ingredients in a mug and mix until evenly distributed.
Add the 20g apple purée to the mug and stir in until evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture into a silicone doughnut mould or the bottom of a bowl.
Wipe out any remaining mixture from the mug and set it aside ready to mix the icing.
Spread the top of the mixture so it is flat. Wipe any spillage around the sides so it doesn’t affect the shape.
Microwave for 35-40 seconds (850W).
Remove from the microwave, and immediately flip the mould/bowl upside down over a plate. You may need to use oven gloves if the bowl or mould is too hot to hold.
Going back to the mixing mug, add 10g Vitamin Protein, 5g cocoa powder and 10ml water to the mug.
Stir the ‘icing’ toppings until a thick paste is formed.
Carefully spread the icing over the doughnut.
Sprinkle over any toppings.
Dig in!

I kinda get the grammer but it’s pronunciations that bug me the most. I can’t do those french ”R” that are probocued really weird in your back throat. Or maybe it has to do with the fact that I don’t have good pronutions in language in general.
The “R“ is like the most horrible letter in every language. A lot of people who speak french have a true difficulty to say the english “R“, because it is opposate to our way to speak. 
To pronounce the letter “R“ correctly, the “beginning“ of the pronouciation sounds exactly like the English word “air“. On the “R“ itself, you take it from your throat, What I mean, is that you don’t only roll it from your throat, like “rrrrrrrrrr“, you say “ai - rrrr (throat)”. But in some words, we just roll it, so if you want, you have two types of pronounciation (the roll and the “ai - r”)
The advice about the “R” I could give you, is to try to imitate the tiger, or someone who snozes really loudly. Because as you said, it comes from the throat. So you still can try to make long “R“, when you make it last, you feel like if you were doing a mouthwash. Once you find the sensation, after many times, you can make it but less and less longer.
