This might just save my neck- literally. Last month, my atlas vertebrae was so out of place that I was having facial numbness. Scary! I’m seeing my chiropractor 3 times a week now, and have no more facial numbness, but when I spend more time on my laptop, which normally sits on my counter, I have significantly more neuromuscular issues. Last weekend, when I didn’t touch my laptop because we were away for the Fairy festival, I had zero problems despite sleeping in a strange bed. Since I can’t avoid my laptop forever, I am listening to my Occupational Therapist self and correcting my workspace ergonomics.
