People will ask well what exactly is #psychedelicintegration ?

Integration is working with what you learned.

And so this is something that can be done when having navigated the inner shadow world on psychedelic plant medicine or on non- psychoactive plant medicine or simply through a very self loving disciplined practice that does the same as the plants.... magnify& revealing by bringing up to the surface.

Nothing that I have not been mentioning for years&years, whether it be through the breath & self discipline of vama marga tantra/all natural self induced altered states or through the plants you still have a choice to do something with it or not. For example in my case the intent be the healing for #physical #healing. Very physical in as far as healing something medicine can not. My journey be far different from someone who is using plant medicine for healing a childhood trauma but still much more valuable effective &priceless when integrated.

From the #spiritual & #mentalhealth, these plants have infinite wisdom, their language, their kingdom has so much to offer if you really have #courage and the cognitive ability to recognize that.

When you integrate you bring in that heightened sensitivity & USE it. You hone your soul skills, you bring in to an argument that #realization that ALL perspectives vary but all are right&all are wrong & there is no time. You integrate & then see with effort &

* less resistance to the moment here & now that there is no argument necessary.

That there are many other ways in which to #manifest a situation that serves you and any other party.

#Integration means you use that vision to form world bridges to #communicate better, to see with your soul not just during a trip but always.

To sense more and worry less.

But this all takes #contemplation, and at least an interest in getting to self love so a begining #selfdiscipline.

It means you use the knowledge bought forth to set your personal #boundaries with more accurate decision factors. Much like having a psychedelic experience with the bee spirit perhaps in your visuals and using that

to see better in your daily life!

Dr. Rachel Turetzky has a PhD in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She has further training as a Psychedelic- Assisted Therapist through Sage Institute. Additionally, she has worked extensively with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) since 2012, currently working as an Adherence Rater on their Phase 3 Clinical Trials using MDMA to treat PTSD. Dr. Turetzky is also a Certified Integrative Wellness & Life Coach though Integrative Wellness Academy, a Certified Yoga Teacher through Marianne Wells Yoga School (Costa Rica), and Reiki Healer through the Usui System of Natural Healing.
