QCAnime-Zing Game Plan

Friday: APH Punk!England. I will be walking around with a punk America and Canada as well. I will be going as Dave Strider from Homestuck at the ball later that night.

Saturday: For the first half I will be Kankri Vantas from Homestuck, the second half I will be a pumpkin head if I can get permission from drawkill. If not, I’ll be Kankri all day.

Sunday: I will be doing kind of a ‘closet-cosplay’ sort of deal of Aiko Tanaka from Oyasumi Punpun.

So, uh, over the weekend I went to Anime-zing and totally forgot to make a post in reference to it beforehand.  I had a lot of fun!  I wish I had had a camera to take pictures of all the cool cosplays people had.

And on Sunday I was Jaune Arc

Besides being followed around by an annoying af relative, Anime-zing was pretty fun! c: I still maintain that the last Homestuck panel was some fever dream or something.

Mom had fun too; she spent most of the con stalking Eric Stuart. It's good to know where I get my dumb fan-ness from. :P

For anyone trolling around the tag looking for people, I was Terezi (or FLARP!Terezi) all weekend. uwu The one with the sweet-ass dragon cane, the too-dark grey makeup on Friday and Saturday, and the Kyuubei backpack on Sunday.

First they say that they knew in 2016, but continue to work for the guy until this year. They are literally admitting to turning a blind eye. V is for Villains truly seems to only be backing out because people came after them. If they cared that he us a rapist and pedophile they would have left in 2016 when they originally found out. Yes it’s a hard place to be, but seriously don’t associate with Ryan Kopf. There are other conventions out there where women and minors are not at risk.

Yes I know I posted this on my story yesterday but I'm still so happy I found this protag. So far besides them and a P3 protag there have been no Persona which is a big shock after Acen and I'm sad. It's two weeks so I should probs post this. (I'm so sorry I've been on hectic work mode cause how few people we have.) But I actually will not be hosting 1 but 2 panels this year! I'm excited for them but nervous for the new one. Information for when and where are listed above. Cosplay Chess does have a document this year if you want to read information ahead of time. You can find the link on my linktree! (Check my profile!) Just a reminder that it is not required though to participate. We will be strict on time limit again this year because I don't want people to wait for the panel after us. (Aka I'm still in disbelief we are before Greg Ayres) Also a certain someone (You know who you are) convinced me to do a Voice Acting Beginners panel since I have done online voice acting before. I did not know someone from the industry is doing one too. (I'm sorry if I knew I would completely give it to you but it's too late.) So please note that we will habe two paths depending on who goes to Amber's panel. If majority hasn't we will continue on like normal and focus on VA only. All right, we are a month away from QC Anime-zing now. So I think now would be appropriate to post my cosplay line-up. I’m also feeling so old, this is Brea’s and my fifth year at Zing and their tenth year. I’m super excited and while I’m not prepared with the costumes I need to finish, I cannot wait for the next month to go by really fast. We are back to more cosplays that need a binder (Kris, secret, Lala, and Ryuji) vs non-binder (Sakura, Futaba). This year, I am also proud to announce that I will be hosting not just one but two panels this year! Friday, I will be hosting my annual Cosplay Chess panel at 9:00 PM in Panel Room 1. Nothing new this year except we do need to make sure we end in time so that Greg Ayres’ panel can start on time, but I will be posting an information document on that soon. I will also be hosting Voice Acting at Home for the Beginner (or Hobbyist) on Saturday at 9:00 PM also in Panel Room 1. This panel will be a bit rough but we will try. Amber Lee Connors is hosting her Online Voice Acting panel earlier in the day and if I knew that I wouldn’t have applied because I feel like we’re gonna have the same stuff. (I would have totally let her cause she would be better then me.) But we are scheduled so we’re gonna go ahead. Depending on how many people went to Amber’s, we will either stick with our original plan or recap a bit and go for other areas that aren’t directly voice acting.

The usual if you see me at the con feel free to say hi! I like meeting new friends, especially for the fandoms I’m cosplaying! If we’re friends let me know cause you may have a surprise!

(Guys I can't contain my excitement here. Not only is Zing doing meetups again but Danganronpa has one for the first time!!!) Night-Futaba Sakura (Persona) in an original Jersey design for my Cosplay Chess Panel.

SATURDAY Day/Masquerade-Oops, this is a secret ;3 You'll have to wait and see. But I'm super excited for this costume since this will be a duo cosplay with moonlitneko_cosplay. This is our first time in craftsmanship along with participating in performance so it'll be an adventure. Night-Lala Hagoromo (Precure) for my VA panel.
