gonna reiterate the idea that when a character says "im fine!" in rp or "its no big deal" we as the audience know that theyre lying but BUT other characters cannot know that.

you can be upset that nobody is there for your cubito in their dark moments, but saying that nobody cares is just plain wrong and angst spiralling. like the character can think that, sure. but you as the audience also assuming that? :|

the other characters dont know how much fred meant to tubbo, they dont know how roier and jaiden are still heavily grieving for bobby, they dont know that pac has certain traumas, they dont know that phil is losing his grip on reality, because, they are not mind readers, we are as the audience, but the cubitos are NOT

There’s genuinely been such much ableism directed at Tubbo these past few days it’s been hard to deal with, just completely open ableist remarks with /rp at then end or I love ccTubbo but… Constant remarks of him not following social ques, being too loud, having issues with tone, mocking him for having trouble reading the signs, saying that he’s neglecting Sunny because he’s not emotionally aware, ect. It sucks, I don’t like having to see so much of the fandom be openly ableist, why can’t people just be normal able disabled people of any kind. Also saying Tubbo shouldn’t rant about his interests because it ruins your immersion is just horrible and you all know it.

i gonna be so real and honest here and say that some of you do not know how to read:

QSMP2024 is still the same damn server with the same damn lore and they are STILL ON THE SAME DAMN ISLAND

Phil pointed out yesterday how they were 200k blocks away, today Luzu tried using the waystones but they were deactivated because the waystones in the og spawn and surrounding areas are still there, when Cucurucho was going around talking to the islanders he asked “how are you liking THIS PART of the island”

there wasnt no lore restart nor this is a new server, the lore is still there, but this is day TWO of this new era of fucking course theres no lore, bad even said that today on stream that “there could be lore at any point.” the eggs even have immunity!

yes! it was kinda shitty that Richas and Pomme went without Phil to rescue Cellbit and Baghera but maybe, just maybe, you guys should remember that this people have lives outside of the server and maybe phil couldn’t make it to the recording of the video!

Willy pointed out today that the reason he stopped logging in when he first joined the server was because everyone else was already way too OP with literal castles and armor so tough they would barely get scratched by mobs when he barely had diamond armor, so he got discouraged and didn’t logged on again. Now that everyone is back at being balanced he wants to log in again! Maybe even tell Vegetta to log in again!!

edit but also general minecraft knowledge: they probably traveled so far out to get new world generation because they jumped from 1.18 to 1.20 (from what i can see because the spawn wouldn’t generate stuff like deep dark don’t generate on already loaded chunks), so that is why they are 200k+ blocks out. also the create mod didnt got taken out, its just disabled at the moment because the admins probably dont want another tubchunk.

you guys SERIOUSLY need to stop doomposting and trust in the admins and in Quackity.

UPDATE: Baghera has talked about having planning issues and thats why they had to cancel the rescue mission with Phil!

"oh but they kissed!" so? people in platonic relationships can kiss, what's the big deal? "missa said he loves him" again, you can love people in platonic relationships. like why does it have to be traditional romance and not just a platonic relationship that doesnt fit in a box? why does have to be romantic even when phil says it's platonic?

and like if that changes in the future, great! more power to them! but insisting that "it's going to end up romantic, they just don't know it yet" as if it's better than a platonic relationship where they're comfortable doing "romantic" things is annoying and feels like you see platonic relationships as "less than" romantic ones

It genuinely irks me how often Tubbo gets shut down for mentioning very obvious game mechanics that could VERY EASILY BE INCORPORATED!!

The biggest problem I have is when people shut him down from meta-commentary or overall analysis of the lore or game and then say he's fail rp-ing when it's very obvious he isn't in character at that point! Even canon-compliant comments are taken as meta or fail rp just because he's more knowledgable than other people! The armor things absolutely could have been canon-compliant but people would rather call him stupid and a metagame then acknowledge plot holes or go off course from their picture-perfect storyline.

Game mechanics could be so cool incorporated into the lore and the overall storyline but people have such insane standards and expectations for lore and rp and anyone who deviates from their perfect idea of lore is fail rp and a metagamer.

Okay, why do y’all stay getting mad at Philza? Bros this is literally a world where the adults get as many revives as they want. Nobody /actually/ thinks Tubbo is an egg, therefore they have no reason in character to think he’s actually dead. They’re treating it as a bit because in universe it is one. There is no reason to believe otherwise.

The only reason it would be serious is if Tubbo was an egg… and Tubblings y’all hate it when people take that joke seriously! There’s no winning here because when Tubbo is treated as an egg as a joke it’s upsetting to some of y’all then when he’s treated as an adult with infinite lives then that’s also upsetting??

I’m so confused by some of y’all’s reaction tbh. I understand angsting a character you love (I’m literally a crow, that’s like requirement) but there actually isn’t a way for qPhilza to respond that would be acceptable to some of you??

There has been some talk (mainly on twitter but some here) about calling Em, Tubbo’s daughter. It comes off as so cold, and anti what qsmp family have been teaching, if you don’t agree with that dynamic being there that’s perfectly fine (you are allowed opinions funfact). The reason though is always upsetting, stating that Empanada has enough parents, that she’s perfectly happy without him, that any outsiders to her established family would be an intruder trying to take her away. Qsmp’s family’s are a village, what’s so disturbing about someone non official becoming an eggs parent that didn’t “join” the family.

Using Bad and Pomme as an example, Pomme has 4 other parents (in this case I guess it would be bad taking pomme from the french) that take good care of her. When Bad considers Pomme his daughter, it’s out of love, just because he wasn’t assigned doesn’t mean he can’t have parental love for her. Pomme would be fine without Bad being her dad, but Bad being her dad doesn’t Affect her negatively at all. Pomme still choses to wake up for her other parents, bad doesn’t have priority, and it’s ridiculous to assume that he took her from them. Pomme and Bad are not related by a family tree, they just love each other like father and daughter and so they became that.

It’s a bigger statement of the fandom as a whole and how we really push for familial ties forged by blood even in an adoption setting. For example no one had issue with the idea of Roier being Richas’s dad instead of his uncle because he had forged a literal connection to Cellbit. In the same vein people often depict Cellbit as Bobby’s dad in another life even though he never really got to take care of him. These were never considered taking Richas or Bobby from their parents because there was a marriage, Roier joined Cellbit’s family. The most I ever see going against this dynamic is people arguing Cellbit isn’t Jaiden’s family, which inherently pushes the point once again.

We are given examples of non traditional family relationships where everything is done by adoption and there is barely any blood relationships. Though as a fandom we still try to push things into a traditional box. Fit and Tubbo are not related, nor is Fit to any of Sunny’s parents, yet he still calls her his child. They love each other like father and daughter, so why should it be any different why should Fit be blocked from that because he’s not married to any of Sunny’s parents.

Why is seeing a familial relationship more similar to father and daughter between Empanada and Tubbo an issue. If you believe they love each other like that, shouldn’t that be enough. Why must we consider love like that to be certified, that anyone else getting involved is an invader that is just getting in the way of the old parents.

Every single egg was adopted none have parents that would be considered traditional, but yet we still push for the perfect traditional nuclear family were there is no village, there is no family outside the one given, and believing in anything else is disgusting.

yeah, it's all so dumb because i can excuse philza not knowing the lengths of missa's personality given his limited perspective and all of what he has seen is not helping with those "wet cat" allegations, tbh. but fans, especially crows, don't have that excuse; they can watch any of missa's streams at their leisure, they can watch clips or something! even if it's not in their main language, well, they should still try, you know?

Sadly it is pretty common to see people just not bother to actually research at all and just rely on whatever the hell rehash ppl are saying (which yk the interpretation some people have of his character is definitely... A choice)

okay but this is insane how almost everyone in tubbo’s chat and on twitter is claiming tubbo fumbled fred. it’s actual bs; how is that the case??? tubbo read the letter how he thought it was supposed to be read and tbh almost the entire chat back then also interpreted it the same way tubbo did. tubbo just straight up isn’t in the wrong here. it’s honestly very irritating to me that fred’s admin said all this to phil OOC because 1. tubbo wasn’t even aware that he ‘fumbled’ according to fred, 2. I don’t think tubbo’s lore should be mocked like this to people (phil in this case) who aren’t part of his lore, and 3. why didn’t the admin just contact tubbo in dms??? there was clearly a miscommunication but because Fred’s admin OOC revealed that tubbo ‘fumbled’ everyone is now blaming tubbo, his dyslexia, his memory, and whatever else, for ruining frubbo.

how can tubbo be blamed for mistaking what fred said when it wasn’t clear to at least most of his chat back then that fred was waiting for a letter back from tubbo. on that note too, why was it tubbo’s responsibility to reach out to fred, the last we saw of fred he got kidnapped by cucurucho and seemed to leave tubbo a goodbye letter that said they may be able to have a date together if fred comes back. fred proceeded to be gone a week and then come back and have an awkward conversation with tubbo and supposedly ‘confess’ to tubbo but the ‘confession’ was so unclear nobody took it that way. fred imo should’ve been the one to reach out to tubbo, according to what that last letter of his said to tubbo. why’s it tubbo’s responsibility to leave a letter saying ‘yes’ to the date when he already agreed in person, he was just waiting for fred to come back, if he wasn’t killed by cucurucho.

on another note, i saw another post abt the unprofessionalism of the admin and I agree. because the admin brought this up to phil and made it out to be entirely tubbo’s fault that frubbo didn’t work out, everyone has been calling tubbo dumb for reading the letter wrong and for not reaching out to fred with a letter to ask about the date.

At this point I want frubbo dead and gone, I hope they have a very awkward meeting in the qsmp where fred maybe even tries to ask tubbo on that date again and tubbo rejects him. I also wish a happy stop blaming tubbo to everybody who doesn’t even watch tubbo.
