jungkook watchess you through the mirror as you're getting ready for work. he visited you very early in the morning, determinated in getting you breakfast just like he promised two days before. - changing in front of him was something normal to you as it didn't felt awkward at all. you had the mindset of it being like a bikini, so him seeing you in your bra and maybe panties wasn't that much of a big deal.

plus, you knew he would never do something to make you feel uncomfortable, ever. if that was the case (him making a move) he'll always ask first. It has always been like that.

as you put your shirt on, your hands fix your hair ever so slowly, trying not to make a mess out of it. - once you do, when jungkook's eyes are plastered on your back, he doesn't miss that little detail revealing just at the back of your neck.

"is that a tattoo?" his voice sounding very stunned when he asks and you try to lie as soon as he does but damn, were you such a bad liar. - walking towards you, when he reaches over your frame, he clearly doesn't believes your very bad lie. touching your pretty hair very gently, he pushes it to have a cleared view as you let him do that. feeling defeated.

he gasps in betrayal, "it is!" and just as if you were in automatic mode, you inmediately close your eyes waiting for what was going to come. - squinting your eyes just a little when you try avoiding his gaze.

"I told you we were going to make this together! how could you betray me like this?" pouting in all sadness and disappointment, he still doesn't touches your skin when his eyes scans the little details of it - since it's still on its healing process. how thoughtful. even though he's pretty.. annoyed.

"I'm sorry m-kay? I justㅡit was the day I got a call to check on our sketches and then, Iㅡwhen I saw mine was done first I just.. did it?"

"without thinking of me first?"

"I did think of you!"

"while getting tattooed?!"

"no! I- ughㅡjungkook," you clearly don't know what else to say.

when jungkook rolls his eyes with a scoff, his body leans over your night table once his forearms help him into getting some support. he sighs, more calmer now. "you couldn't even text me? I told you to get it with me.." but of course, still sulking about it.

when you lean towards him, you cup both of his cheeks as you speak now. "I'm sorry koo, I guess I was too excited.." your lips pouts back at him, "I promise I'll make you company once you get yours done, okay? we can even make the other one we talked about these days if you want." you say to him very enthusiastically. just trying to fix your betrayal.

"don't know if I should trust you.." he murmurs, eyes no longer looking rounder as he squints them at you.

"here," you take his tattooed hand out. "let me promise you. "lacing your pinkies together. "I will go with you this time and I will not get a tattoo by my own ever again. I promise." you blink to him. "do you promise?"

after a minute of silence accompanied by his very piercing gaze and a very intense game of who stares the longer ends, he finally responds.

"okay." locking his pinky finger with yours. "but if you ever betray me again.. believe when I say I won't be talking to you, neither responding to your messages.. ever."

..and you want to take him seriously, really, you do. but the way he pronounces each words is just too endearing for like him wanting to pick and fight or warn you about ignoring youㅡeven if it's for decades but as much as cute as he looks, you also know about him talking truth.

so when a little chuckle escapes your lips, his eyes are already throwing daggers at yours and so it makes you to inmediately clear your throat as you say, "okay, okay! damn, I've heard."

💖 Day 3.5 is now available! 💖

For the last couple of months, only Server Boosters had access to the 3.5 update... Buuuuut now it's available for everyone to play in the 14DWY Discord — and soon itch.io once I'm happy with the QA and state of the game — so please don't feel pressured to join unless you want to!!

What's been added to the 3.5 version?

📺 Streamer Mode!

I've been told that it's difficult to stream and monetise age-restricted videos on YouTube and Twitch, so I added an option to remove the sexual content and strong language used in the demo.

Now y'all can invite Ren into your bed for cuddles without putting your streamer career on the line /silly /lh

This won't affect the 18+ rating or dark themes/elements of the game, however! Although Streamer Mode will prevent you from seeing any "gruesome" CGs in the future, most of the core elements of the game will still be tied to the choices and decisions you make. So you won't miss out on the overall experience by using streamer mode!!

⚙️ Custom Pronouns!

It only took me one entire year to get around to it, but you can finally choose your own preferred pronouns (or use a set of pronouns instead)... At the cost of being able to change them mid-game ^^;

Since the original pronoun screen wouldn't update until a new scene was displayed, I temporarily disabled the feature. But once I find a workaround, I'll bring it back!

💗 Choose how others perceive you!

You can now choose how the cast and narration perceive you! Originally, the narration was kept strictly gender-neutral (outside of pronouns and genitalia picked by the player), but this will soon change in future updates.

For more clarity: you don't get to choose the words specifically, but you can choose between masculine, feminine, and androgynous terms!

📋 Separate top and bottom genitalia!

You can now choose your tatas and pps separately! >:3

Alongside that, you can also choose your preferred body type!

I removed the "both" genitalia option because a few players still assumed it was an obscure version of "intersex". That wasn't my intention and I don't want to mislead anyone, so I took it out for now ^^;

I also didn't want to include a screenshot of the new genitalia choices in action (because it's NSFW), so y'all get the same character menu screen for the nth time instead lmao

📱 Relationship Screen Overhaul!

You can now change your own status for more immersion, and long-term Server Boosters will eventually be able to submit and use their own icon within the game as well!

Stalking finding your friends has now become easier by using "Buddy Maps"; a new app that allows you to see the location of all the cast members!

I want to offer players more incentive to check the relationship screen since they tend to miss the status updates, so hopefully this might help ;v;

It also says it "updates every few hours" so folks don't go overboard and check every 5 seconds to see where Ren is gdsghf (also keep in mind that he's a hacker lol)

🖤 Additional Scenes Update!

Day 2 received a brand new CG!!!!! Originally, I planned on only adding a few CGs sporadically throughout the game, but it didn't feel right to leave Day 2 so... empty... so I added a brand new CG to (hopefully) make things feel more balanced and natural!

If you decline Teo's offer on Day 3, Leon will now call and try to convince you to reconsider. However, players are still allowed to decline, and if they do, they'll reach a dead end.

After listening to feedback on itch, I changed some of the dialogue during Days 1-3 to make it seem more consistent! They're only small changes though, so it's honestly not worth looking for sdgjssga

🎶 Updated BGM and SFX!

I wanted to try out a different style of music to see if it fits the vibe of 14DWY more! The BGM features more acoustics to suit the "beachy" theme of Corland Bay, though I made a conscious effort to include piano elements as well to stay true to the original!!

I figured it'd be better to give players a live example before I make a poll (to see if they prefer the change or not) and publish it to Itch.

Some new SFX have also been added, though it's very minimal and honestly not that noticeable.

How to download and play the update?

(warning: clicking on the following links will open Discord!!) To download the Day 3.5 update, simply join the 14DWY Discord server, verify your age, and visit the "14dwy-updates" channel!

Alternatively, you can also wait until the update is publicly released on Itch to play it as well!! (It normally gets released shortly after a round of QA testing/getting feedback from the server, though I may release it earlier if I feel like it hehe ^^)

everyone is expecting you to wear a black tank top to cover up your chest but you absolutely break the internet when you show up with your front exposed and red riot gears pasties with ruby rhinestones just barely covering your nipples

which has red riot a sweaty mess inside the costume that was made to match your hero suit, all of a sudden feeling too tight around his big, muscular body every time he’s around you throughout the event because you’ve been his hero crush for as long as he can remember and the sight of you looking so sexy in his hero suit has him fighting back a boner all night

hey y’all!

so i’ve been considering this a lot in the past few weeks, and figured i’d make an official post so you all know i’m alive and what not since i have been very much inactive as of recently.

i’m taking a break.

not forever! not because of anything in the fandom! this break is solely due to personal life reasons and the fact i just can’t be as active on here right now between my jobs and personal affairs. and it also won’t be long — i’m going to be off here probably through the end of november. if i have the time/mental capacity to come back before then, i absolutely will ��� but right now, tumblr isn’t something that fits easily within my days and also, writing for my fics hasn’t been something i can easily do not due to lack of inspiration but lack of time.

again, this is just due to my own personal life currently. nothing happened in the fandom that motivated this decision (i honestly don’t even know what’s happening on here currently solely because i haven’t had the time to scroll lol) and it’s very much not permanent, and will HOPEFULLY be very short. like i said, until the end of november. i’ll still be writing in my free time, and my hope is to be able to update fics once i’m back and worse better than ever! 🖤
