My life is going well and I'm happy overall.

No one would believe that knowing everything about me, but it's still true.

Like I have DID and live in a van but the second one is temporary and the first one is what it is. But like right off the bat I'm crazy and a bum in the eyes of society even though THIS SHIT HAS MOSTLY WORKED OUT FOR ME!! Causes me trouble? Yeah. Has saved me a lot more trouble? Arguably yeah. But I'm working really hard still. And Idk I shouldn't have to hide things about myself to be believed about my feelings, and my genuine contentment doesn't discount the trouble I do deal with.

Idk where I was going w this bc everyone's life is like this w SOMETHING like we've said. But for some reason I'm still hung up on how so many people would label and shame me if I were open about my experiences irl. How come the average person who passes me on the street would judge me at the drop of a hat? Is that an assumption I'm making based on how I've been treated in the past? Bc it feels true and there is always a terrible lingering dread when you know you "have" to hide things that are integral to your being.

I'm happy and I genuinely care. That should be enough for people not to ask invasive questions or make assumptions about me. But it isn't, for many, is it? Not if I wanna be truly authentic anyway. Oh well.

When it came to anything tech, the twin-tailed fox was always the one to go to; Knuckles knew next to nothing on the subject except for the fact that red buttons meant bad news when hit and punching anything electronic usually just smashed... whatever it was and made it stop working.

     Since the last little fight with Eggman, Tails had gotten his hands on one of his newer bots to fiddle with. He gotten the idea of tampering and testing every new gadget and gizmo that Eggman put into his new string of robots. Being the tech-wizz, he wanted to know anything and everything about them.

     The only downside to this is that every bot was destroyed to crumbs before he could get one bot in perfect condition.

     “O-Oh, Knuckles!” His ears twitched, sensing that he was looking over his shoulder. “Uh, not right... right now? I’m just rewiring this bot to see if I can get it to work again. Just the regular maintanence, you know? Not.. exactly ‘maintanence’ but I’m just curious! I want to run some tests, but you might become in handy for it!”
