They would have a dog or two and then inevitably, a small parade of adorable little brats who would call him Uncle Cosmo, and they would spend less and less time with him, not on purpose but busy with the rest of their lives, and ultimately Cosmo would learn to make his peace with it because he’d have no other choice and he would have to try to move on and not live too much in his memories. He could picture it so clearly, he figured if the songwriting gig with Monumental didn’t pan out, he could always return to the backwater circuit with a new act: The Amazing Cosmo of the Cosmos—ladies and gentlemen, he sees the future, he reads the stars, he silently pines for his best married pal and all the while tap dancing! Don and Kathy inviting him along on their honeymoon, though—that part was a surprise.

I bet the metropolis echo is confused as hell watching arti and scav king start dating. They told artificer they have two options (leave or continue to an unrewarding battle to the death) and then she starts dating the dude instead. The poor echo is probably just like ???? I guess that’s an option now????? What?????? Why????

I can’t imagine they would be mad because it means artificer is letting go of their violent rage that’s consuming them (therefore avoiding the same fate as the echo) but I would imagine they would be like “You know I expected you to meditate or something not start dating the guy you tried to murder”

This is likely the hardest I've laughed in rain world yet. Basically, you can glitch a spear into a quantum state using a dead bat body, allowing stabbed enemies to follow you through tunnels. So I tried bringing a leviathan to Moon. And the game really, really didn't like that

Raindrop, rain eats a hot pepper for the first time

Had to ask Google a few really weird questions about fish taste receptors to see which direction I would take this.

Rain likes to steal food and usually it's not really a problem but today, Mountain had brought Dew a bowl of garden fresh peppers. He was snacking on them while he took on the tedious job of cave exploring in Minecraft while Rain set up the farm and consequently, was too distracted killing zombies in a spawn room to see a pale grey hand filch a particularly bumpy red pepper out of the pile.

"Oh, that's got a kick to it." Rain comments.

Five minutes later, Dew had abandoned the game to fetch Rain milk and tissues as the water ghoul wheezed into a pillow, tears streaming down his flushed face.
