Made a slug st. Au relationship chart, note that there's a few more characters in the AU, I just didn't want to add them into the chart because that would be .. A lot. Also, *most* slugs in the AU will already know each other with the exception of Saint, Enot and Nightcat, who in the case of Enot, are just not well known in the community, but in the case of NC and Saint, have reputation that would make slugs hesitant to interact with them. No lines just means that I haven't thought of their dynamic yet or I didn't find it notable enough to use a line for- if I used a line for every single dynamic we'd be here all day.

Hey guys! Welcome to drawing every rw ship!

On this blog, we plan to draw “every” rain world ship. …Within reason. Details will be under cut.

You can request ships to go next! Please do so in our ask box. You can get specific about what you want in the drawing, but just know we are allowed to disregard that. We also won’t do ocs or modded slugcats (Unless the creator/owner says it's okay), but if you want to submit a specific design of a canon character, that’s okay. We do have a blacklist on ships we won’t do, which is also under the cut.

Rain World Scugs, Code Lyoko Edition

(Dumb AU my Alters are forcefeeding me, !!They will be turned to Humans lmao!!)

Premise:

Survivor (Grade 8) and Monk (Grade 7) are a pair of siblings who discovered the factory to find scraps for Monk's robot, they discovers the lab and the Supercomputer, The pair of siblings meet Hunter, a virtual entity trapped within the Supercomputer, Survivor fell in love with them almost instantly, back at Kadic, Monk was electrocuted by a Vending machine, the event was witnessed by Nightcat and Inv (both Grade 7), who immediately took him to the Infirmary, Survivor, after hearing what happened to Monk, dipped his class and goes straight to the infirmary to check on his brother

Nightcat goes to check on Monk in his and Survivor's room only to discover Monk's robots came to life and tried to kill them, Nightcat pushes the siblings to tell them what the fuck is going on, they are forced to take him to the factory and the Supercomputer. Interested, Nightcat begged the 2 to send him to Lyoko, they decided to arrange the time they will meet again.

Nightcat sneaks out of his room to go to the factory, but Inv caught him and follows him to the lab. Inv, who always thought of Monk as a rival or sort, is surprised to see the pair of siblings there. But because she was already here, Monk decided to send Survivor, Nightcat and Inv to Lyoko. After some time, Monk was attacked by the sentient wires. The 3 arrived back just in time to save Monk from his death

(Monk will take the role of Jeremy in this AU, but Inv will be some sort of alternate Mission Control/Programmer, being the second smartest guy in the group)

also lots of design rambling underneath the cut. warning its very long and all over the place

-OKAYOKAY so you may notice that Survivor, Monk, and Gourmand all have similar markings- darker back patch, light tummy, tipped ears/stalks- this is because Gourmand is their grandpa in my interpretation!! they share traits because famly..

-neither Survivor nor Monk are fully grown, though Survivor is almost an adult. theyre the slugcat equivalent of teenagers. thats why theyre a little shorter than everyone else. however Enot and Rivulet are fully grown, Rivulet is just built for a different environment and Enots a fucked up inversion of Survivor

-Hunter, of course, gots the rots. i dont know why nobody utilizes Hunters scarred eye in HLL designs tbh- because the scar and the closed eye together make an X shape. and you know what else has an X shape? rot cyst. food for your thoughts :)

-the feds don't want you to know this but you can make any slugcat of your choice as fat and round as you want and nobody can stop you because they are your slugcat designs. anyways chubby arti :) and chubby nightcat :) and plump monk :)

-Nightcat has little silver splotches because I SAID SO. the silver bits by their eyes were actually inspired by Moonwatcher from Wings of Fire with those silver teardrop scales by her eyes, i always thought that was cool. my WoF phase haunts me to this day,,, also Nightcats ears point sideways because its cute

-okay you're probably wondering what the FUCK is up with Enot. the answer: who knows??? i made them La Creatura. theyre a little freak of nature who shouldnt exist but they glitched into existence or something and they have four ears and four hands and six eyes as a result

-Gourm... im love Gourm... theyre the second tallest slugcat, Spearmaster takes first place as resident stickbug

-okay so! if you may notice, pre-canon event Arti and current Arti have some differences. previous Arti has some little scars, and a darker end to their tail. current Arti has burns that cover those. thats intentional! i like to think that when the incident happened, the anger and grief took them over, erasing all personhood in the eyes of both the scavs and theirself in favor of carnage and fury and destruction. the burns represent that. the signs of a life well lived, that little dot of personhood? gone, replaced only by rage and hurting and memories of a tragic incident. (dont worry Arti fans in my little au they arent sad and enraged forever, they do heal. eventually.)

-more design notes about Arti but their right leg is burnt and hurts to put too much pressure on, so they prefer exploding if they have a long distance to cover or somewhere to reach. also, i gave Arti a tailtip that resembles a wick that was a result of the burn scars, thank you @pansear-doodles for bein cool about people takin inspiration from your amazing designs!!

-Spearmaster is comically tall and i love that. they also have Suns's logo on the back of their head. its like a watermark! Hunter doesn't have a watermark because in my interpretation, the rot stuff was intentional, added by NSH as a ticking time bomb as a sort of motivation for Hunter, so like why bother claiming a slugcat thats gonna either ascend or experience a fate worse than death

-also the pearl experience left a permanent scar for Spears because why not

-Rivulet.. the funny fishie.... i made almost zero changes to my orevious design of them because it is perfect. just added like some extra gills. theye very short and have little ears because little ears probably help with swimming and stuff to be like aerodynamic. they also have those little flaps on their side like nudibranches!! lil reference to sea slugs :)

-Saint takes inspiration from lynxes (ears) and sea bunnies (the spots!!). Saint is also the oldest slugcat here. i made their forehead dots eyes because that is COOL !!!! i love extra eyes. also chest floof :)

-Survivor and Monks parents had to take care of THREE pups ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT A COLONY TO SUPPORT THEM and they have zero special abilities to their name unlike Arti or Gourmand. theyre gonna be a little scuffed up

-Arti's pups are a mix between a carnivorous slugcat (Arti) and a regular slugcat (whoever Arti had kids with). the blue pup has a diet like Gourmands, where it can eat meat but it wont get as much out of it as a carnivorous slugcat. the green pup has the typical Slugcat diet.

Industrial Solace

Sometimes, when she feels like she needs to just rest, away from hunting, or from taking care of others, Flare of Passion goes to visit her friend in the industrial complex.

Silent Hand of Seventh Tail isn't very talkative, but that's perfectly okay. They're still a great friend to just relax with on their secret spot. Somehow, vultures never attack there [perhaps due to both of them going ballistic whenever any approaches], making it a very comfortable hideout.

Silent Hand of Seventh Tail likes when their friends visit them a lot. It's always nice, regardless if there's a conversation or not, there's always a degree of peace with those moments that they'd never trade for anything else.

----------------------- Oh I had so much fun with this. Been in a RW mood again for few days and decided to finally add to my original sluggers with the dlc squad; though so far sans Gourmand and Saint for reasons simple. Rivulet will appear maybe some other day, but for now, have my ocs of Artificer and Spearmaster: Flare of Passion; and Silent Hand of Seventh Tail respectively. Or "Flare" and "Sting" as the rivulet calls them. Silent Hand of Seventh Tail is a budding artist, he's not very good but he still likes his hobby. using his needles to do marks on surfaces. So he is completely responsible for the signs in the picture. Front wall, left: Vulture mask crossed by the Violence symbol Front wall, right: Lying Slugcat [vaguely] and Bonding symbol Side wall, up: SHoST's self-portrait. Side wall, down: Nine slugcat heads, each different. So, vulture mask is clearly a threat, and the lying slugcat is there to show the hidden spot. Those two are obvious. The self-portrait is basically SHoST's "signature", as they secretly calls themself "The most dangerous friend", using following symbol:

[Self/Harmony/Purity + Bonding/Friendship which means "Friend", and below that a symbol combining Self and Violence, as seen in RW's achievement icons.] They did figure out that it also looks like a slugcat shape, if you put his needle around the neck for that one missing line. There's a needle embedded under the drawing, too, perhaps they drew it recently.

And the final drawing is heads of all the slugcats - they're ALL Silent Hand of Seventh Tail's friends. From top, clockwise, and using rain world names, we have Saint [head with the (X) of ascension], Gourmand [head with four lines going horizontal in both directions, mimicking symbol of gluttony], Survivor [head with a roof over it, mimicking the survivor symbol], Monk [just a regular head], Nightcat [Head with multiple vertical lines to make it 'colored in'], Rivulet [head with six lines going from cheeks, akin to Riv's gills], Hunter [head with the dragon slayer symbol over right eye], Artificer [head with left eye in the shape of an X], and in the middle Spearmaster himself [head with the violence symbol around it, the four lines going from it.]

I had this image in head and I needed to have it on paper. You can understand. It's adorable.

Scug Ships

Today's the day I sit down and look at all the ships I like, dislike, or have in my hc. This will include the Parasite and the Caretaker, so be noted.

Also, the only ship I'm directly against is Survivor and Monk because family, obviously. Gourmand with them is fine in my books because they're not family, Gourmand is just from the same place they are.

-Karmaflower (Arti x Saint)

I can blame a-rabid-snake for this one. But they compliment each other well and remind me a lot of Sundew and Willow from Wings of Fire. One is a ball of pure, unadulterated rage that will stop at almost nothing, and the other can tame that rage and turn it into the real person hiding behind the anger.

-Bathbomb (Arti x Rivulet)

These two are a funny match in my head. Rivulet is hyper, but despite a lot of art, doesn't canonically sway towards happiness all the time. My Rivulet is silly, but she's just as likely to help Artificer with nefarious scav-killing schemes. Then there's Artificer, who finds someone who can fuel themselves not off the power of anger, but just naturally is hyper, and the two would never sleep.

Also the idea of Artificer on a floatie while Rivulet is doing circles in the water is funny.

-Godmode (Saint x Inv)

It's less of a ship, more of Inv trying to flirt and woo Saint who is thoroughly uninterested, but finds this mildly amusing. Now, it gets funnier when Artificer shows up and kicks Inv's ass, but the hopless romantic always comes back for more.

-Rosy Renegades (Hunter x Arti x Caretaker)

Caretaker and her 'bodyguards' that would die for her and her pups. She'd die for her girlfriends, too, to be clear, but really it's just a sweet slugcat mother with two protectors, and they love each other to death.

-Mama Bears (Caretaker x Gourmand)

While the ship is named Mama Bears, my Gourmand is male. He just wouldn't really correct the pups who want to call him 'mama', at least not until they're older. But both of these are large slugcats, both are defenders and protectors in some way, and they'd both rip you apart if you touch their kids.

-Rotten Heart (Parasite x Hunter)

This one popped in my head and made me smile, even if it's not possible given their timeline. Hunter would love Parasite, who sees Hunter for Hunter, as they're both rot-infected sluggies that the world kinda wants to watch die. Parasite would love a friend (that eventually escalated to s.o.), and could even share rot with Hunter, sorta turning Hunter into a stronger Parasite.
