Sorry I’m late on this. Came down with a nasty bug and just started recovering from this near death experience...lol. So here are the two truths and one lie:

1. My dad spotted Colin Firth at the Heathrow airport in London once.

2. I was once an extra playing a zombie on the show “The Walking Dead”.

3. I’m allergic to the cold and literally break out in hives if I stay in it too long.

Daily Record 10—11:55 PM, Sunday, March 29th, 2020

        Here we are again. Eleven twentyish. Whoop-dee-doo. Also, at this point, I have given up on trying to hide my origins through formal language. Of course, I will be maintaining my grammar because ungrammatical sentences are a pain to read. I say this despite my tendency for run-on sentences. Now, I ought to use all the colloquialisms! Quite clever, no? I am a chancer!

        That was painful. Interesting, but a lot of consulting the Interweb on my part. There, mates, that is why I focus on foreign languages.

        I got pulled away for a while and ten minutes elapsed. Bloody spectacular.

        ...I am going to be getting myself into some hot water if I keep this going.

        That's not even slang anymore, it is an idiom. Old people slang, maybe. The language of the ancients.

        ...In only one hundred words, I have said enough random things to get me murdered. There is going to be that one phrase with a definition I was not clear on, or with a heavily negative connotation or etymology, and then this blog will never have another post ever again.

        Hm... I suppose I am in a better mood than usual today. It seems like I usually get pretty down and negative in the evenings, and it manifests in my posts.

        Well, today was productive. Somehow, I made it through many tasks. Of course, it could have been even more productive, but I shan't let myself get caught up on that.

        Ah.

        The computer editor I use just displayed that I had "potentially sensitive language" and "bloody" was not the culprit, so now I am mildly concerned.

        Other than productivity, exercise may have also been the cause of my current elevated mood. On this blog, I have noted my attempts to exercise more, but only the HIIT sessions. These last few days, I have been planning out a new exercise schedule with more activities than the previous one, and it has been serving me quite well.

        Today, I did three drops sessions, two Spanish and one Japanese, which reminds me, I need to go do three more sessions before I sleep. I also spent forty minutes on Duolingo—twenty each for Spanish and Japanese. I also spent some time working out KawaiiNihongo, to be addressed in a later post, either the one tomorrow or Tuesday's.

        In a previous blog post, maybe the one from this morning, I commented that I was going to do an in-depth review on Duolingo on Thursday. I was wrong. I miscounted; this foundational week ends on a Wednesday, so I will go over it Wednesday. I also need to pick a topic for the next foundational week. I have a list, but also a hard time deciding.

        I did not do conjuguemos today. Shame on me. I kept telling myself that I would, but I guess I kind of just kept putting it off.

        I also switched up my skin-care routine. It went from two steps to three! Haha. Bit underwhelming.
