Produzione impeccabile dagli arrangiamenti attuali e di tendenza, dalla forte ispirazione latina che strizza l’occhio alle radio. Storia dell’artista

Un giovane artista catanese classe 1988 ovvero Luigi Junior Compagnino, in arte JL (Junior Luis). Junior Luis ha iniziato la sua carriera nel mondo della musica alla tenera età di undici anni, scrivendo il suo primo testo musicale ispirato dai “dolci sospiri” degli amori adolescenziali. Una delle sue più grandi fonti di ispirazione è stato Mango, celebre cantautore lucano scomparso nel 2014 ma rimastogli sempre nel cuore come una sorta di spirito guida.

Da lui ha mutuato la tendenza agli stili rock e pop, con il sound inconfondibile della musica italiana, ma senza mai rinunciare all’influsso latino-americano, agli stili rap e funk. Una commistione di stili ben amalgamati fra loro che rende JL unico nel suo genere, grazie alle sue rime e ai suoi versi inconfondibili. Nel 2017 JL parte alla grande pubblicando il primo singolo “Non ti penso”, apprezzatissimo per la sua sonorità da hit, testo e metrica davvero coinvolgenti. Prosegue con “L’amore vuole amore”, un duetto d’eccezione con Francesco D’Aleo che gli garantisce oltre due milioni e mezzo di visualizzazione su YouTube, traguardo notevole per un artista giovane come lui. La sorpresa, in termini di sonorità, arriva con la fantastica ballata “Parlerò di te”, con cui si rivolge a un pubblico vasto raccontando la “poesia dei sensi” che è l’amore in modo soave ed elegante.

A inizio 2019 esce poi “Dimmi cos’è”, pezzo che in molti hanno definito come candidato ad essere una hit estiva, non soltanto per il suo ritmo accattivante ma per un testo allo stesso tempo allegro e romantico. Sulla scia dell’allegria Junior compone il brano con cui si afferma definitivamente, ovvero “Non te la tirare”, che tra le altre cose ha ottenuto premi e riconoscimenti sia sul web che in eventi musicali. Qui JL parla del vissuto nell’anno corrente, della vanità di molti soggetti in un racconto che sviscera tutti i paradossi della realtà sul web con il sorriso sulle labbra e l’ironia che lo contraddistingue.

Il suo settimo singolo si chiama “Selfie” e vede la partecipazione della bellissima (e bravissima) Claudya Stella. Le due voci si intrecciano alla perfezione completandosi a vicenda in un mix perfetto tra soave e graffiante in una sonorità prettamente funk. Junior vede concretizzarsi un’ascesa sia in termini personali che professionali e lo dimostra al meglio con un

testo che trasuda maturità e consapevolezza, insieme a un sound rifinito e sempre più coinvolgente. Ed è questo il bello di JL: non è mai uguale a se stesso, cresce e si rinnova di continuo portando una costante ventata di freschezza insieme ad ogni suo brano.

Le Rock, mais plus encore. Révélé il y a quelques saisons grâce au potentiel abrasif de ses riffs, le duo formé par Maëva et Hugo impose sa stylistique musicale pour le moins singulière dans l’hexagone, ainsi qu’une aisance insolente à manier la langue française, grâce à son épatant premier album, 11 :11. Leur musique débridée, résonne fort tout au long d’un album dévorant d’un désir aussi insatiable que contagieux. Brique Argent libère ses névroses et ses espoirs dans des textes en français en forme de confessions, partagées sur des productions électroniques coups de poings ou au long de piano-voix délicats, toujours sur le fil. Car ce nouvel espoir de Saint-Etienne sait manier l’équilibre, vénère mais pas tout le temps, doux sans être ennuyeux, lettré sans être pompeux. Avec toujours beaucoup de poésie. Des chansons faites de lasers et de fleurs : voilà comment Damien Deparis, alias Demain Rapides, décrit ses poèmes scandés, hybrides romantico-violents tout en métaphores et images frappantes. - lil thunder - demon girl. 2 songs. It’s more hiphop again. I really like him (4th most listened artist or so in 2022), but this one isn’t as good as his other music so far and i feel meh about promotion of drugs so. Still it’s alright.

- j;key - romantico lp. 13 songs. It has some songs from romantico pt 1 and 2 - some i like, some not that exciting. Still he does all the work himself and it’s solid. He definitely works hard and i appreciate and respect him as an artist, typical underrated artist.

- szn - r&b szn mixtape. 11 songs. He’s an r&b singer under dok2’s label. I’m not really into r&b BUT i respect that he actually makes “traditional” r&b while everybody else (except dut2) calls themselves r&b when they make pop music. And some of the beats (love my job, go up!!) i like so much that i just like it. Also you can hear oceanfromtheblue rap if you’re interested :D

- errday jinju - home alone. 1 song. He’s such an experimental indie artist that he also goes unnoticed underratedly. Much more on the art side than on the entertainment side. Prod fredi casso.

- Goopy - come with me. 1 song. His regular indie pop rock. Too soft and ballad-y for me. Maybe you need to be in the mood for it.

- ap alchemy - freaky. 1 song. Idk it would be much more rounded if you didn’t just throw tons of random artists at one thing, like what do you expect. I do appreciate this new motivation of swings’, the whole project makes me happy. Maybe it’s supposed to be like a cypher? But not the kind of a song you’d listen to repeatedly for me.

- code kunst - archive 01. 2 songs. Pre-release for his next full album. Idk it’s too quiet and a bit always the same style from him. But i’m sure it’s the right thing for many ppl.

Il Cervello - Estranei

Il nuovo singolo di Il Cervello - In radio dal 7 giugno

E' fuori il nuovo singolo ''Estranei'' di Il Cervello, disponibile su tutte le radio dal 07 giugno.

"Estranei" è tratto da una storia vera: la mia. La copertina del singolo raffigura “L ’Appeso” dei tarocchi, dodicesima carta degli arcani maggiori. Nel mio caso rappresenta la mia uscita da una relazione tossica e la consapevolezza di accogliere il cambiamento, perché tutto è sempre e in continuo mutamento, anche se non sembra. Inoltre, il titolo “Estranei” si riferisce a quel momento in cui, persone importanti per noi, diventano perfetti sconosciuti. Oltre il rap e il punk rock, ho introdotto anche sonorità indie/britpop, sono un grande fan dei Blur di altre band del genere e hanno ispirato la composizione di questo mio nuovo lavoro. E’ un brano romantico, energico e al contempo ballabile.

Antonio Preziosi nasce ad Avellino nel 1991, si trasferisce a Roma all’età di 18 anni per proseguire gli studi in cinema, sceneggiatura, musica e inizia parallelamente la carriera di giornalista. In passato ha militato in band del panorama alternative, metal e punk italiano. Nella Capitale si lega al mondo della spiritualità, alla tarologia, al trasformismo e al mondo dell’esoterismo: temi ricorrenti all’interno dei suoi testi, della sua arte e nell’estetica, fino alla svolta solista con la creazione nel 2017 dell’alter-ego Il Cervello, progetto artistico inizialmente di stampo rap metal che porta dal vivo anche all’estero, ad Amburgo e Berlino, città in cui ha vissuto dal 2017 al 2019. Pubblica nel 2018 il suo primo EP, Spirale, nel 2021 l’album La Crisi, collaborando insieme al fumettista Miguel Angel Martin per la copertina e nel brano “Eterni Rivali” con Olly Riva degli Shandon e The Magnetics. Nel 2024 è al lavoro sul nuovo album di cui Estranei è il primo singolo estratto in cui l’artista mescola il suo passato, presente e futuro musicale su una sola linea retta.
