Artfully made with Roasted Raspberries, Chipotle & Jalapeno peppers, organic cream, and our 32% POMPADOUR™ Pink Ruby Chocolate. Encased in a 46% semisweet chocolate first and then enrobed in a velvety 71% MORETTA™ Dark Chocolate. Sprinkled with either crushed Red peppers or our organic Rose Sugar and rests on a piece of Hawthorn Berry Wafer. m Truffle: This spicy Raspberry Chipotle ganache is typically encased in a 52% semisweet chocolate first and then enrobed in our Moretta™ 74%+ dark chocolate, or one of our fine chocolates below and topped with red pepper flakes.

As I wait, and wait, and wait... and wait... patiently for my 3 huge jar shipments to arrive, like a ship without a sail and I’m desperately missin’ my jammin’ kitchen! As I’ve said many times, stirring that jam pot, slowly and methodically, is a balm to my weary and scattered mind. It helps me think through all the things. Plus, it is a gratifying site to see rows of jars filled with jewel colored jams! A vision of productivity and industry! So in the mean time, I wait and clean, and organize and straighten and do recipe research and make up salts and mixes... oh yeah and start a vlog! I have loads of custom order to make and I cannot wait for the day that those pallets come in, but in the mean time, I am being educated in the fine art of patience and resourcefulness! One day soon the slow will be over and Ill be back to my normal routine... this year has had copious amounts of lessons and I don’t see them ending any time soon so it’s best to just be content in the moment.
