Encased in a 46% semisweet chocolate first and then enrobed in a velvety 71% MORETTA™ Dark Chocolate. Sprinkled with either crushed Red peppers or our organic Rose Sugar and rests on a piece of Hawthorn Berry Wafer. New release! 49% Raspberry Anise, Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador! This is a European Silver awardwinning @chocawards 2022. End of last year we made this bar for the first time. It has been a Limited Edition, but it was so very well received by you tat we decided it earned its own box! I would say it eats more like a dark milk chocolate, you will taste raspberry and anise in a chocolate that gives itself easily and will give you a lovely chocolatey warmth and melt.
