What seeds have you planted lately? Where have you been focusing your time through The Great Pause? For me music, art, and gardening have been my saving grace for sanity, comfort, and growth. My whole life I've wanted more time to do musical things, to create, to explore, to be present in the now. I've been a little less active on some of my social media conversations as I've been doing deep dives into my inner dreams and bringing them into life one little step at a time.
